Holiday Inn and Suites Chicago O'Hare Rosemont

United Airlines canceled our flight October 8, 2021. Unable to find a hotel that night my husband and I had no were to stay except in the terminal. The next day, 10/09/2021, we found this hotel with an available room and they had a bus that picked up at the airport baggage. When we arrived the desk agent was so nice to let us check-in a bit early. They also had toothpaste and toothbrushes available. My husband has been awake since we had arrived at Chicago O’Hare airport. He had a flight scheduled for that evening and my fight was on Sunday, 10/10/2021. This hotel was very nice and had a Restraurant in it so my husband felt that I would be safe. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the transportation driver. I ordered a burger from the restaurant and it was delicious. I love the market next to the front desk it had great coffee free to the guest, drinks and snacks! Thank you Sonesta for being a bright spot in this nightmare with United Airlines. Your staff was very nice to a traumatized traveler - I will always be grateful to them!

Nothing to complain about here. The staff was nice and the room was big and clean.



They had a computer that I was able to use, which seems to be a rarity these days.



This was one of the Hotels that American Airlines offered as a free option when my flight was cancelled.



I can't say anything about the price since the airline picked up the bill.



Overall a quick but nice stay.

Very solid hotel option nearby the airport. Convenient ice and vending on the floor i was staying. Shower drain was a bit clogged. Checkout quite early at 11. Great shuttle service.

I can not say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. From check in to check out, my stay was so perfect. My woman's flight arrived close to midnight and after flying for 8 hours, she was worn out.

Our room was beyond great. The front desk allowed her an extra hour to check out due to her physical disabilities.

Located 10 minutes from O'hare and shuttle availability, this is the place to stay when flying. So many great food places within 15 minutes of this hotel.

Nice hotel, definitely upgraded. Nice rooms and an easy walk from the rental car center. Airport Shuttle service is convenient every 15 min. Coming back next week

I stayed one night at Holiday Inn before flying out of O'Hare in the morning. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. The location is super convenient. Right next door to the rental car return, so I dropped my car off the night before and didn't have to deal with it in the morning and took the free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Saved on the rental car and on parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying close to the airport.

Maybe this is more of a 3.75 star, but nice in general. The walls are a tad thin, but not awfully so; even so I could hear other people's alarms in the morning (thankfully we were up early anyhow).



Good restaurants aren't far away, but if you're driving, there is a charge for parking.



The beds are comfortable and they have plenty of pillows of various firmness.



Best of all, the staff are excellent! Everyone is kind and courteous but also genial and approachable. Will probably stay here again.

Great Hotel. Fantastic front desk staff and Bar Louie is a great place to hang out. Excellent night manager always on his game and real people, person.
