Really great customer service here 5/5. Couldn’t have asked for anything more I was very impressed with the staff. Very clean grounds well kept. Shuttle service was a nice perk. Beds were too hard 2+/5 for the comfort of sleeping.

The front desk staff. They were warm, friendly, informed and had warm cookies. Made us feel like home instead of a hotel next to an airport. The shuttle to the airport was on time and knew the short cuts. Logan is just a mess with construction. Would stay there again.
