Nice hotel. !!! I checked in on the app, used the digital key. Checked out on the app. As a frequent traveler I can say this is the way I wish all my travel was. I'll definitely stay here again.

Really nicely done! Upscale 3 star with great friendly staff and a nice amenity package. Lots of thoughtful touches that make a stay a bit more enjoyable. Shower is hit with excellent water pressure! Towels are clean and soft not sandpaper from lots of washing and bleaching. Beds are soft but not too soft. Food is usual fair not extraordinary but the setting is nicer than most. Fireplace in lobby with open floor plan is a nice touch of elegance for a this level of hotel. We will stay again.

I've been coming here stay after stay for about a year now. The hospitality here never fails to make me feel at home. Big shout out to Breanna at the front desk. She recognizes me and always gives me a warm welcome and I honestly couldn't appreciate her more shes deserves so much for her work here is priceless. Everyone here is so great and without hesitation, the reason I book the Hilton CAK everytime I'm in the area. 5/5 stars and about 20 stays later this past year and im still amazed by the consistency in excellence in service. If you haven't booked here yet, you don't know what your missing, and I 100% genuinely mean all of this from the heart. I know I always have a home away from home here.

Was only here for a hiring event. Staff was very pleasant. Lobby and conference rooms were very clean and well setup for the event.

Great location so close to the Akron/Nth Canton Airport with a courtesy shuttle too. This hotel is clean and well maintained with a really helpful Team of staff that give it a comfortable, relaxed feel where nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are large and well furnished. Would highly recommend

The jacuzzi room was fantastic my wife and i loved it and everything about the hotel except the food. It was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. But other than that our stay was great! :)

Nice pool, great staff, and not the same boring food! Breakfast made to order, fresh fruit plus more. The bar and grill at night are great.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and the accommodations are exactly as portrayed. The rooms are clean and worth the price. Location is great as it is right across the street from the airport. Shuttle provides transport when needed.
