Hampton Inn

We were unable to get on an earlier flight so needed a place to rest after spending hours in the airport. Great staff at front desk. Ralph made sure our check in was smooth. Very professional front desk staff checking in and out. Very Clean Rooms. Comfortable beds. Even Housekeeping staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Convenient airport shuttle 24 hrs/day that picked us up and dropped us off to the Philadelphia Airport. Demetri was a great breakfast and host and keep food items well stocked as well as keeping the area tidy. The Rep made homemade waffles which was a nice touch! (Hampton thinks of the little extras like flavored coffee creamer!!) This Hampton exceeded expectations. Great experience and grateful Hampton was able to accommodate our early check in because we were exhausted from airport experience. Thank you and I highly recommend this Hampton location! This hotel was a great choice!!

Quick in and out, close to the airport. Didn't hear a single plane. Room was clean. Only 4 stars because it was pretty much a normal hotel room. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for one night.

The service was superb from the time we checked in until we checked out. Was enjoying breakfast when the service teamed walked through the dining area verbally greeting everyone with a smile before starting their day. I recommend this location highly.

Staff was friendly and courteous. When I showed up 20 minutes after breakfast had ended, I was informed that breakfast was over. However, the staff brought out muffins, danishes, and left over waffle batter and even made waffles for me. All was offered with a smile, like I was someone very important.

Front desk clerk was helpful and friendly, despite being very busy. Rooms were clean, with no problems.

Grounds were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel.
