This a very nicely updated hotel. It’s beautiful, spacious, and clean. It’s in an area with a lot of shopping and dining. Breakfast was decent not amazing but had some nice options. The only negatives for us was the barn door on the bathroom and the pillows. The barn door is cute and trendy but doesn’t offer a lot of privacy especially without a bathroom fan. The pillows were so flat. All of them were flat and uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Customer service was awesome! Had to cancel my room at another hotel and I was able to snag a room here. The staff bent over backwards for us. The hotel was very nice and the amenities were great.
Great stay but bathroom doors don't lock! I was on a room with a stranger for a meeting for a couple of nights. When I got to the room, the bathroom door was a sliding door and it doesn't lock so the other person would just open the door when I'm in the bathroom. Other than that weird thing the stay was amazing and I loved how nice the staff were. Just make sure you know who your staying with.
Wonderful staff. Nice rooms very comfortable bed & linens. Join the club online and earn points prior 2 ur stay. Had a to go breakfast in a bag for me as my early flight to airport was prior 2 breakfast service. Free airport shuttle and free parking 4 your vehicle while away.
