All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are very clean. Good location. Breakfast was fresh with a large selection. The housekeepers forgot to clean our rooms. We did not display do not disturb signs so no idea how that happened. I called and a housekeeper was sent up immediately. Nice experience. Valet parking only.

Convenient location to Port Miami. The employees were extremely nice, always smiling. Room was clean. Decent price point. The only complaint is the oatmeal. Rubbery, mushy oats with disgusting consistency. I will stay again but will stay away from the oatmeal.

So many great things I can say about this hotel and staff. The room was AMAZING !! It was clean and the view from our bedroom overlooking the Biscayne Bay was beautiful. The staff was friendly and very accommodating! I needed to freeze dry ice to keep my breastmilk cold on our flight back. Unfortunately the fridge doesn’t have a freezer but the staff offered to put in their freezer and I collected it upon checkout! Valet service was so convenient. It’s in a central area so getting from place to place was easy. We plan on staying here every time we come to Miami!

Love this hotel. It's beautiful. The staff is beautiful 😍 The rooms are big and beautiful. The king size bed is very good. Great breakfast. The hotel is located at midtown and is very centrally located. There is great dinner places nearby. We walked a little bit to Denny's dinner. Great. 😋👍🍔
There is a beautiful pool and a fitness room.
24/7 there is several different coffees and other in the lobby. There is a little shop at the reception where you can get something to eat and drink.
No smoking inside but you can smoke outside at the parking garage. My only little wish is a little green oasis in peace with some benches for the smoker's.
