I stayed here for roughly 36 hours to defend a thesis. Before arriving, I let them know that I would need desk space to work during my stay. My room was fantastic - extremely clean, smelled great, modern, and comfortable. I had a perfect desk area to hole up in. All of the staff was very nice. Even when I had various hours before check-in/after check-out to hang at the hotel, the lobby area was very comfortable and accommodating. I'm staying at the same hotel in NYC in December and am really looking forward to it.
I had to choose a hotel close to the airport for an extended stay over 2 weeks. The Four Points did not disappoint! Rooms are well cleaned and the beds are Super comfy! Full American breakfast was included in my package every morning. The breakfast was amazing as the staff made me my egg white omelet every morning. All the staff are really friendly and always willing to make your stay more comfortable. I can not fault this hotel, it’s great for a single night or an extended stay. I will be back.
After flight being cancelled, all I wanted to do was rest. When I walked in a saw the wallfall and some type of calming smell, everything was on the upside. I bubbly Jackie checked me in and was the most helpful ever. Upon my check out another kind, customer service front desk agent Addison was super. The room was clean and it felt clean. I will be staying again, with all to chose from, the FREE parking was an added value, especially since I was there overnight.

I love this hotel! This was my second stay and they are extremely nice and accommodating. Excellent pool and rooms are very nice. The staff is bilingual and wonderful to work with. Keep up the great work guys.
