The hotel is in pretty good shape. You can tell it's in a transition period. The beds arent very comfy and the fan in our room was very loud. But all in all cheap place to stay amd park your car if you're traveling out of Logan.

Very impressed with the hotel from the pricing to location, to how updated and clean everything was. The room was modern and had plenty of seating. Hot shower with great pressure. Will be using it again very soon
Calling this an airport hotel is being very generous as it sits in some clapped out suburb and could definitely do with a makeover as well as, more than anything else, a proper cleaning. The lift going up reeked as if someone had hidden some old clams behind the panelling about two years ago and the aroma that greeted us on the fifth floor was equally reminiscent of the pathology department at Skegness or some other seaside hospital that deals with a lot of drowning victims. Noisy a/c in room reminiscent of the Farnborough Air Show back when they still had V Bombers performing. On the plus side, the shuttle driver and receptionist were very friendly.
Didnt even end up staying there. As a normal person traveling duering Covid restrictions, prior to making my reservation I called to check if the pool is open. I guess there is a "reservation line", people that answer it, they are not located at this particular hotel, but they know all the info and they say YES, pool is open, but at the time of check in you have make a reservation to use the pool, and that perfectly fine. But then, were the pool hours extended? To get that answer i have to call back again same number and pick ext 0 to speak to front desk. Ok, no problem. BUT, front desk says that pool is actually closed!!! Do you see this info anywhere on their website? Cause I dont. Would you imagine that 6 months since Covid started was enough time to update the website, to specify that pool is NOT working? Hotels.com also said they had no idea of that, that properties are responcible of sending their updates....
Only stay overnight in Four points for transiting to New York City. During breakfast, a staff approached me and questioning whether I was belonged to one of the tour groups by a staff suddenly. I noticed that I was a only one be questioned and keeping her eyes on me at whole time. Her action made me feeling very much uncomfortable and resentment. Sheraton is well known an international hotel group and their staffs should be well trained and professionalism of standards. This incident change my point of views and full of disappointment. I will make a serious second thought next time visit.
The breakfast is gross like a couple days old
Pros : lots of towels are given in the rooms and lots of pillows
Cons : the hotel hallways stink and the rooms smell I think the carpets needs to be deep cleaned....
And the breakfast is horrible ,look I'm not picky with food I eat plenty everywhere. But the food looks old here and tastes bad. I have had better breakfast at motels ....
First this place is not really close to Logan Airport. It took 20 minutes for the shuttle to get to me and another 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Second it felt a little bit tired. I expect more from a Sheraton. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioner was very loud. Coffee was excellent. Shower was okay.
Nice rooms, easy access to/from Logan airport. Free parking for up to two weeks with each room - bonus! Staff was very helpful and nice breakfast buffet available as early as 5 am. Lots of airline crews stay here. Enter through shopping mall entrance - it's a little confusing, but follow the signs.
I was there as part of group 2 weeks ago. This hotel was so accommodating to us. The staff was friendly and helpful in every respect. They bent over backwards to make our group of ladies (and a few gents) feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. I especially welcomed the fact that breakfast starts at 5am since I am an early riser. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a problem with retrieving messages from the phone system. There seems to have been a programming problem, but I am sure that will be resolved. I would absolutely stay here again... Thank you Four Points Sheraton at Boston Logan Airport for making our fan group feel so welcome.
