My first time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton. The room was very nice and clean. They have a nice breakfast and I went on a Saturday and they have
"Ballroom" dancing with a live DJ. The only problem I found was I checked in that afternoon and the "Supervisor " was not a friendly people person....when working with the public you should always have good customer services. I drove four hours and I chose to stay at Four Points when I could have went somewhere else. I would have given them a 5 star but I thought about how her customer services was and so I give them a 4 star! P.S. I would stay again if I'm in the area!!!

We had arrived late that night to the Richmond Airport and decided to spend the night vs the long drive home. The hotel was easy to find and is a nice property. The two people at the front desk were great- a nice lady and gentleman. They worked together- to get us checked in. They went over the hotel amenities and the area - and answered our questions with knowledge and expertise . The king room was spacious and clean . The bed comfortable, shower water hot with good pressure, nice in room amenities. The property is quiet. The prices reasonable. A great overnight stay.

The absolute best hotel to stay at, that's near the airport. Very clean facilities. The customer service on all ends was excellent. They have the best shuttle carriers. Friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were great, but more importantly the rooms were really clean. The hotel has a pool and an excellent restaurant. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. It's 20 minutes from downtown. Ms. Gwen and her staff made me feel like Family!! This hotel definitely has my recommendation!

Hotel is nice, but the staff was fantastic. What a fun group of professionals that make you feel welcomed & appreciated for being there. Good week of traveling thanks to the people there at Four Points.

Clean hotel great for a quick stop-off. My room was a bit weird in that my window was overlooking an indoor pool, but overall it was an OK room! Bed wasn't extremely comfortable but it was only for one night.
