Smooth check in. Clean room. The shuttle to the airport was efficient. It is a 5 or 10 minute walk from the car rental places so it was convenient to return our car and walk to the hotel. It has a nice little restaurant and bar area. Good gym with dumbbells, some universal machines, and treadmills. I was happy with the hotel.

This place is not bad at all and in a very convenient location and very close to the airport. I’ve actually stayed here on 2 separate occasions and they haven’t failed me yet. Very nice and peaceful location and the staff is very friendly. Haven’t stayed long enough to try the breakfast yet I’m gone before that even opens. But I will definitely go back when I’m back in town.
My Quantas flight developed engine trouble. They put us up here at 3am in the morning. All one million passengers. The desk was cool, professional and friendly. The work
ed though the massive line quickly and efficiently. Then in the morning the van driver did a heroic job getting us back to the airport! Super Duper Service with a GREAT breakfast!!!
The hotel, in places, seems to be a bit tired. Some of the information plaques are crooked and posters in the elevator display cases are off center and hard to read. The staff are excellent and our room was great. The bed was comfortable and the cooling panel was easy to navigate. Shuttle service was prompt and our driver was fabulous. We would stay here again.
