They said that they cleaned the place but there was evidence of the previous guest. I stayed 11/14, during a covid peak and they don’t even do a decent job cleaning the hotel rooms. Absolutely will not be staying again. I also want to add that there was the last guest hair all over the shower. So if they won’t clean the showers I’m sure they do not clean much of the hotel room. So glad I’ll be getting an automated response. I will not be staying with them again since they can’t clean a room during covid, so they have lost my trust of somewhere I’d sleep.

Major disappointment. Although the room was clean and comfortable, no amenities were available. Bar/dining, gym, and pool were all closed

Bed was good, had a great night's sleep. Windows could partially open for fresh air, heavy drapes kept out light and noise. Shower was good with shelf and hooks and very hot water. Coffee maker did two cups at a time. Spacious two rooms. Big luggage trolly made moving our packs easy - we had a lot with gear for desert camping and both oil painting and pastels. One can walk to Cunard Tavern, 24 Orleans street. Good food and beer, helpful staff, nice relaxed ambiance.

Room was clean and front desk provider was friendly, but luxury hotel is quite a stretch... firstly the website states the spa and pool or closed due to covid.. when we arrived we quickly realized EVERYTHING in the hotel is closed (except of course valet parking which the hotel is apparently valet only for 55 dollars a night...to me this makes no since considering all the other regulations in place due to covid.. we should be able to park our own vehicles..they also make sure to hand you a ticket that states they aren’t responsible for things stolen from vehicle or damages that may happen to vehicle in their possession..so you have no choice but to let them park it but if something happens to it oh well) .. they offer a “box” breakfast with either burritos, bagels, or frozen breakfast sandwiches.. my daughter chose a bagel and cream cheese.. after this we found out not only is the bagel not cooked but they have no means in the hotel to toast it..so she ate an uncooked cold bagel.. housekeeping never came to our room once the 3 days we were there to offer new towels or anything etc.. now I’m not trying to be that person who comes on to complain about everything but I can tell you now I would not recommend this hotel if You’re looking for accommodation at least not during this time...

Fantastic service and personnel. Considering the challenges of today's Hotel environment they went above and beyond.

Even though the hotel is under construction, the staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was also very clean and welcoming. Also, the hotel continues to offer a grab and go breakfast that limits touchpoints taking into consideration current events. It was very much appreciated.

Embassy Suites is always a nice place to stay. Less than a block from the car rental terminal, which was nice when returning the ride. Santarpio's Pizza (local pizza joint since the early 1900s) a few minutes walk from here. Clean rooms, great breakfast as usual.

The staff are fantastic. They took the time and patience to answer all my questions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to airport and they have a shuttle service.
