Was more than pleasantly surprised by the staff and the property. Allison the event manager was spot on and more than helpful. I needed 140 rooms for a night and they were accommodating and helpful and were able to extend room nights for many of my guests without issue.

Good location for the city. Front desk staff has always been courteous and helpful. Gym is well kempt. For a diamond member I don't understand why I was charged for breakfast, might be normal for this part of the city. Picture from breakfast was my 3rd fork after going through to check cleanliness. I shouldn't have to go through 4 sets of silverware. Luckily the staff sat me next to the stack of silverware so I could get it myself. They were friendly and courteous but had to mark down one for that.
I had to make a last minute reservation and for my birthday and the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nicholas, the front desk associate, was helpful beyond measure and went out of his way to make my experience unforgettable; he is the real MVP and I am so thankful from the bottom of my heart. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfy. Looking forward to my next stay.
The staff are very nice! The lobby and gym are well sized, no complaints about the overall cleanliness of the common areas. Had a few not clean places in our room, but we found a great deal on it, so definitely cannot complain. Gym is open 24 hours. Breakfast cost $20 at the hotel, you might be able to find a deal on a third party sight. There isn’t a pool. Shuttle services from hotel aren’t every 20 minutes, ended up being 45-60. So if you are in a rush shuttle won’t be a great idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very nice!
Overall good hotel. It has been updated which shows in the clean and modern rooms but some parts show the building age. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The gym is well equipped with cardio and free weights. They have a free airport shuttle which is a plus. It is about half a mile to the fashion center(a huge mall) and the metro station. Or you can walk to the pentagon. They also have self service laundry which was nice although it was a bit expensive. Overall due to its location, the outstanding views and all the shops around it. It is also better than staying downtown dc.
