This place was exactly what was needed. Our arrival was immediately following a Patriots game in the pouring rain with Gail force winds. We were given gift certificates for coffee and Cocoa's as well as fresh baked warm chocolate chip cookies. Check in only took 2 minutes and we were in our room within 4. We were called by the staff to set up our transportation for the morning shortly thereafter. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was warm and inviting with plenty of amenities. We felt very welcome and appreciated as customers and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

I liked the hotel rooms, clean and updated. Reasonable rates for the room and parking. And very close to T station. We felt safe walking from station later at night. The only thing I didn't like is that there doesn't seem to be any cafes or restaurants near by. I don't want to eat at the hotel when I travel, so we ended up planning breakfast in other parts of Boston when we were sightseeing.

The staff made my experience 100% spot on. Came to Boston for Lacrosse, they worked with me on everything to make my stay comfortable, and very worry free. Anyone of the staff is the best kind of person for the hospitality business. Rooms were great! Always fresh towels with the cleanest white of sheets. This hotel in my eyes should be rated higher. Worth the stay anytime.
