We've stayed here twice with good experiences both times. Comfy bed (though I'd prefer it be firmer), nice clean room, love the pool and hot tub. The gym is surprisingly large and well-equipped. The airplane museum on the 3rd floor is pretty fun, too. The kids really loved it!
There is not a free breakfast but the "grab n go" options at the coffee shop are reasonably priced and the hotel restaurant is legitimately good and inexpensive.

I would like to apologize to the young lady at the front desk. Not only was my mental slip embarrassing but it was rude. I used the wrong pro noun and that is just wrong. She was extremely professional and told me it was fine. Thank you for showing me respect and I hope I get an opportunity to do the same in the future.

Professional and beautiful views, well prepared event hall, absolutely delicious dinner with appetizers, sweets and professional services. I definitely recommend to all local and Minnesota Purple State guests. The hotel is so convenient to all, it's very close to the airport, Mall of America, and to the other major shopping and beautiful Minnesota sites.
