Actually this Comfort Inn far exceeded my expectations. Bed was absolutely wonderful. Outback restaurant on premises great food service. Hotel's phones were not working but the staff came up at 3:30am knocked on our door to wake us up then find our cell number and ring that number waking us up for a very early 4am shuttle ride to airport. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay here next time we travel.

I stayed at this hotel on Wednesday night because I had to pick my mother-in-law up from the airport the following morning. Checking in/out was easy, quick, and staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Being near the restaurant and the mall was a plus. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to have their breakfast because I had reservation for breakfast elsewhere, but I'm sure it would have been just as excellent as the service they have given me!

Very nice Comfort Inn. Close to the airport, with shuttle service. Outback Steakhouse is attached to the hotel, so you don't have to go outside if the weather is bad. Room was clean and comfortable. This is a good place to stay when traveling through MSP.

This place is precisely what I need every time i go to the city. Lovely setting. Delicious food plus the Outback restaurant experience. Price is just right. Staff is always very helpful and pleasant. The amenities are also great perks.

They need to get a front desk clerk who understands "Hospitality", she clearly did not! Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Shuttle to airport was ontime.
