I'm going to start saying that this place looks better in pictures.
We got in a room where the ac was NOT working, we call the lobby and they said they will send someone to check on it. After waiting for a wile we call again and the maintenance guy came. He was really nice but he said there was nothing he could do. We asked the Management to change us to other room and they said they were fully booked, they should have at least one vacant room in case something happens. Anyway we have to stay one night in that Hot room, no apologies, no discount, nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place
The hotel was all good except for the 3 live bed bugs that we found in my mother's bed. They were the size of a small tick. We were told by the front desk that we had to contact the corporate office even though we just wanted to have confirmation that our room for the next 3 days would be safe. Our original room was number 903 and it just didn't seem that we were being taken seriously so we decided to go to the Marriott. Sad...
Front desk excellent they the whole nine yards to make you happy, the hotel is clean some floors smell funny like old stuff , in general the hotel is in need of a good redo is extremely old paint is scratch, bathroom faucet is too closed to vanity top you barely can wash your hands there ac unit thermostat is from the cave era. Window is locked and to me that is a very dangerous issue since there is a fire in the hallway you do t have an scape exit see attached pictures
OMG!! Very comfortable, I had to open the pillowcase and took a picture of the tag because the pillows and the bed was very very comfortable. My flight had delayed until the next morning, so the airline gave all the passengers a stay for the night but if in the future I have a choice of where to stay, I will definitely be staying at Clarion. Big nice clean room.
At this time Excellent Service. Excellent at check in. Great breakfast! All clean. Beautiful room. We have one more night left. I would like receive the same. Thank You
