Do not Stay here!!!! No BUENO!!

No WiFi, TV has only local channels and really bad reception. Bathroom are falling apart. Towels are very old, fan doesn’t work in bathroom. There is a smell dew all the time. No electrical outlets that work in bathroom. The room floor smells like pee. The bed mattress squeaks and the floor too. The breakfast is very old and no good. I can’t think of on good thing in this place. I ask about the WiFi and it never was fixed.

Horrible dump! The receptionist is rude and doesnt know how to speak with customers. Walked out and rented a room across the way at the holiday inn! Caravelle is zero stars, unfortunately, it made me pick 1.

The place was quiet and the front desk staff were nice. The room was well maintained and good enough for the price. The place is very convenient because we managed to book a room past midnight and checked in around that time too. The place surpassed my expectations. I would definitely return to this place if I ever need to. The only problem I saw was the typos on a few of the signs, but that's just a minor problem.

Stayed here for two days during the weekend.

👍 Positive Points:

1. The front desk upgraded our room to suits for free, which is good.

2. The front desk has good attitude.

👎 Negative Points:

1. The AC is not fully functional and The room is hot inside.

2. Too many ants in the room. We put a soda on the table and ants are all over the table next day morning.

3. Bedbugs make my skin fell uncomfortable.

4. Front desk didn’t not pick up the phone after we did the reservation.

I mean, it’s a motel. What else can we expect?

We did a park & fly. When we arrived the lobby smelled horrible. The room was not much better - old, dated, smelly. The room felt insecure. There was marks on the door jam that looked like the door had been kicked in. The sliding glass door in the rear of the room opened onto a narrow patio with a wooden fence that could easily be jumped. While the shuttle bus to the airport was prompt, the return was terrible. When we called after picking up our luggage we were told to go to the designated area and the shuttle would arrive in 10 min. After 20 min, I called and was told that they would call the driver. Several minutes later I received a call back informing us that we would be picked up by a cab in 5-6 minutes. In total we were at the curb waiting for over half an hour watching the other hotel shuttles make numerous runs back and forth. It was a lousy way to begin & end a vacation. I only award one star because I have to give a star rating to post. They don't even deserve that.
