This hotel was AMAZING. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Lobby had a cascading water wall.....very tranquil ( nice touch ). Room decor was modern. Bathroom was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was on point ;-) in the very hot and humid weather. The pool was large ! THE BEST PART of the HOTEL.......was the many choices in BREAKFAST....... Good Lord....a real blessing in the morning. Thank you Best Western !!!!
Great for my staycation!! The room was very nice and spacious. Everything was clean, bed and pillows were soft. Nice size tv were i was able to hook up my fire stick with no problem. The breakfast was good, enjoyed using the waffle maker. The staff was nice and friendly, check in & out was a breeze. Only con i had was the pool and its area just didn't look appealing. Other then that everything was just fine.
We had a long layover at New Orleans airport, they lost electricity. When we made it to Baltimore, Southwest put us up in a hotel. The shuttle was on time and the front desk was fast, very important after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and free, that NEVER happens. Overall I was impressed, I would have never booked Best Western before and now they are in my search category.
Very nice for an inexpensive stay. Rooms are clean and the Pool is nice. The check in/out process is seamless. There is a great complimentary breakfast. They also offer shuttle service.
We used this hotel before and after our flights out of BWI. Both ways we needed shuttle service in the middle of the night. The overnight staff was so incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Even though I was too early for breakfast (2 am), they made me coffee, gave us bottled waters and bananas before leaving for the airport. The airport shuttle driver was so nice and picked us up promptly. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The park and fly price is a super bargain and the restaurant next store is an added bonus. We left our car at the hotel for two weeks without incident. I would highly recommend this hotel!
