Baymont Inn in Des Moines was such a great hotel to stay in. My colleagues and I had an amazing time. I think the staff might have been the best I have ever had in all the hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Des Moines.

The staff was nice, the hotel was clean. One little hiccup was they hotel gave someone a key to my room and they tried to enter my room at 3 am. The GM Todd called and apologized, NOT 1 excuse just a genuine apology.

This is my first time visiting Des Moines And I had a great time. I large part of my enjoyment came from how I fell staying at this hotel. I feel incredibly welcomed by all the staff, they were happy to answer any of my questions when I arrived. The rooms were great as were the bathrooms, the facilities all round pretty spot on. This hotel ticks all the boxes, and I will definitely stay again if I'm ever back in this beautiful area.

This place was nice and spacious which is always great! I had to share a room with my colleague it was nice to have a bit of room in the hotel. The staff are actually very helpful as well as we got in late from our flight so it was nice to have a bit of help at the desk when we arrived. Great location too

Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Rooms and common spaces were very clean and comfortable, and we were even treated to complimentary beer and wine during happy hour in the breakfast room. Excellent service!
