I stay in hotels over 200 nights per year and this is one of my favorites. The tall gentleman that checks me in every time is top notch. While I unfortunately don't recall his name, he always uses my name. The rooms are lovely and I love the bar and easy dine in or room service option with the tavern next door. This is my go to hotel when I'm in Cleveland quarterly.

Perfect stay! Front desk staff were very friendly and gave helpful tips and recommendations! Hotel was very clean and had great amenities! The snack area had lots of options and the hot breakfast sandwich option was delicious and a good deal! The housekeeping and kitchen staff were also friendly. The availability of a shuttle drive was awesome and the driver was great! Great tavern around the corner with a discount for Aloft guests was really convenient! Highly recommend this Aloft!
