We drove across the state for a job, and stayed for two weeks. The worst place we’ve ever seen.
The room was absolutely filthy. Crumbs on the bed, stains on the bedding, cigarette holes on the comforter, dog hair, dog bones under the bed, dirty floors and counter tops, damaged furniture, and the list goes on.
Due to the circumstances, we were committed to the place for the time of the reservation. The biggest regret.
The staff was very unprofessional.
People of questionable character can be seen standing around, especially at the corner of the property. If it were the last place on earth to rest, we wouldn’t return.
It was terrible.
Check in was a hassle. Got to our rooms, one of the rooms had no sheets, no blankets and no pillows. Instead of staff bringing them to us they made us carry all of the stuff around the building and set the bed ourselves. In my other room we found 2 roaches (obviously if you find 2 there's probably loads more hiding). The person in charge told us they wouldnt refund us but that we could just change rooms. Then, that same person told us if it were them they wouldnt dare sleep in the rooms after that (uh yet you're not allowing us a refund so we can find a safer place). Please save your money and time and stay somewhere else!
The hotel was a great choice for a cost effective option in Kent, WA. The staff at the front desk (GM Ms. Donna) was very inviting and in a positive mood upon arrival considering it was pretty late in the evening. When the issue arose, which would be the one and only reason I was considering never returning to this property in this lifetime or 10,000 afterwards, the staff was extremely resilient and surprisingly cooperative (to the best of their ability) when having to be subjected with my overwhelmingly unfortunate circumstances in trying to find a resolution. Because of their professionalism and cooperative effort to reach a resolution or solution to my problem it's the saving grace that would make me return in a heartbeat. If you've ever dealt with Hotel staff in the front desk before you know how difficult it can be to find some kind of human inside behind the nametag and uniform. This staff here is the Michael Jordan of hotel concierge and I just wanted them and the rest of the world to know it. Thank you, Donna and Terrence, for your help with my situation.
It's an adequate, tho bare bones low budget room with comfy bed and a kitchenette.
I am filing a complaint against this motel, because whilst booking a reservation, the hostess told me there were no rooms. However, my family were able to book a room. Granted this is a sub-par motel, where I always had to clean my room, and had to supply my own blankets, comforters...I have 1076 loyalty points, and want to cash them in. I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and FTC.
I have stayed here before many times. The rooms were always dirty, but i kept coming back because of cheap prices. This time 10/26/2019 there was new employee, the gentlemen that clean my room is beyond friendly and so helpful. Room was extremely clean. Unfortunately I forgot his name, he was thin build and looked hispanic. I was hoping to see him today again 10/27/2019 sad to find out his working thru some agency and is not an actual hotel employee.
Paid for 3 nights $348 for my girl and I. I had to work long hours in Everett so I didn't use the room. My girl was so discussed and frightened she had a friend come to stay with her while I worked. Two days after checkout the hotel added an additional $400 charge to my card. No explanation. That's fraudulent and thievery.
I will be perusing this further until I get my $400 back.
Also, toilet was plugged and no plunger. Office was closed. Dead bugs found in the bedding. They slept in their clothes.
-10 stars if possible! Worst place! Before we checked in cops were all over, tried to cancel as my kids were scared, they wouldn't let us. Went in the room that smelt like pee, had sticky walls and no shower curtain. Parents screaming at kids as they went to different rooms (they must live there). We did not feel comfortable so canceled and left. I think I deserve my money back but they refused to refund me so my family could go to another hotel and feel safe
The new management is on top of things!! So much quieter. More pleasant atmosphere. Not afraid to sit outside at night. Thanks to Miss Donna and Bonnie. I truly appreciate everything!

It's not worth the money, no privacy, management and staff tenant who live at hotel intermix, more run like a shelter Dirty, smells, have been completely rude and disrespect to guest unless in the clique with management. No professionalism, reeks of urine, towels are dirty and never enough. They should invest into their employees and property. Employees are great!!! General Manager could use a hug and dose of love. A place filled with sadness. ZERO STARS
