We chose the hotel based on its proximity to JFK and the free shuttle to the airport. We had a newly renovated room which was clean and well appointed. The check-in staff member who helped us, Andrea, was very friendly and welcoming! The hotel isn't close to any restaurants, so we opted for the one in the hotel. The restaurant left a lot to be desired given that it was a small buffet that didn't have a lot to offer. It didn't help that the soda machine had no ice, the beer on tap was flat, and they were only accepting cash because their CC reader was down. The bartender was very apologetic, and it was evident that she was doing her best. For the convenience of the shuttle and the quality of the room, we were satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is excellent my husband and I checked in with Ashana and she was amazing! We are only staying here one night before we fly out on our honeymoon and she upgraded us to a better room and gave us a little gift how thoughtful!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling in or just looking for somewhere to stay in the area great service!

My wife and I came here for just one night before flying out of JFK for our honeymoon they offer on-site long term parking and an airport shuttle which is perfect for us! We checked in with Ashana who was absolutely amazing! She upgraded us and gave us a little gift she really went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay even for one night! She also called when we got into our room to make sure everything was great! She is amazing! And I highly recommend staying her and dealing with Ashana! Thanks again!

This hotel is conveniently located with a shuttle to JFK, clean, with complimentary breakfast, and an amazing staff. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Latoya and Andy were such a pleasure to work with and were extremely helpful and wonderful. Will stay here again and again and would recommend to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

So my company booked this hotel for me for a business overnight and I was quite concerned. Bad reviews everywhere. I was honestly going to just book another place if it was truly that bad. I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed on the 11th floor and the room was immaculate. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I did a THOROUGH check of everything. Bed was brand new, no crumbs on the carpet, honestly just really clean.

I will say the lobby had some odd characters in it at 11pm when I arrived. Two ladies who were a bit odd, but as for the room and amenities inside. I have to give this the most surprising 5 star review I’ve ever given. Like i said, I was concerned as soon as this was on my schedule, only to be pleasantly surprised.

Stay at this Radisson and you won’t be disappointed.

Airline put us up here after delaying our flight. Was a little skeptic because of the reviews however my experience was favorable. Check in was smooth and easy, the room was clean and looked to have just been remodeled. Our shuttle back to the airport was on time and helpful. I don’t have any negatives to say about this hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel. Great location, very friendly and courteous staff, one in particular stood out to me her name was Latoya C. She was extremely helpful in making my stay comfortable. The view from my room was amazing. I enjoyed watching the aircraft ascending and descending. We didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for 4 people but, as soon as we called the front desk and requested more she sent it right up and with minutes, we got it. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the especially Latoya for doing an amazing job.

If we could give the Radisson a higher rating we would. Chelesia at the front desk was beyond accommodating. She along with the rest of the staff are as friendly as could be! She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our room was unbelievably clean. We have stayed here before and each time is even better than the last.

My husband and I had a room on the 12th floor with a king bed for one night after arriving home late from a flight into JFK, and it was a great spot to rest. The room was clean and furnished with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and sheets fresh. I liked that we had a single serve coffee machine - it came in handy for the midnight instant noodles when we got settled!

Ashley at the front desk is amazing - she handled a long line of customers at 11:45PM with grace, and thanked us for our patience when it was finally our turn. Thank you Ashley!!

My only gripe was the morning breakfast options. We did not get a voucher for a complimentary breakfast, so we had to pay either $16 for the continental (coffee, pastries, yogurt, and other basics), or $26 for the buffet (scrambled eggs, bacon, and other better choices than the continental). We walked 10 minutes to a local breakfast spot instead because it was too much money for the hotel breakfast. What a shame! I wish we picked a hotel that included breakfast, or at least was affordable.

Overall, we're happy with the quality of the hotel for a quick stay.

Great breakfast sandwiches. Great managers personally took our bags to the holding room and personally escorted us to the laundry room. Great service. However, the drier didn't dry anything. Perhaps it is not vented correctly.

We stayed there the evening of 2/10/24. I say this because the entire staff was so very helpful and accommodating. We stayed the one night and used their parking service as we were flying out of JFK in the morning. Again - staff was incredible, hard working and fun! And I’m a kinda cranky guy who used to travel extensively and have stayed in many hotels. Yes they are renovating and it will be beautiful when completed but our room had already been completely renovated and the bed was soooo comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel and at first when I called for the shuttle I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes boy that rubbed me the wrong way but when I got there the staff two females were pleasant and professional. The young lady that helped me put me in a room on the 10th floor. I can’t remember her name but she was very help and had a good sense of humor I truly enjoyed myself and rested well. Oh it only took about 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrived. Great job this was 2/11/24 at approximately 2215 we arrived. Thank you for your professionalism. I think I was in room 1001.

Great People! The shuttle driver was warm and friendly (sadly I forgot his name). Everyone we encountered her was helpful, but especially Cheryl the Bartender/cook who made us dinner after a long day of travel. Hotel was clean and comfortable and newly remodeled. We were not here long as it was not our final destination but I would have loved to take this mattress with me.

Took a day room for several hours at a reasonable rate. Room was refurbished and very comfortable as was the bathroom. Shuttle to the train drop and same for shuttle to property: from the train station. They all do this and it works OK.

The Reception Staff - well trained , polite and courteous, Mr.Ronel and his colleague missed the name , did a fabulous check in process .

I stayed in room 938 - very spacious room , comfortable bed, pillow selection good - i personally like soft pillows.

Bibi the housekeeping attendant very attentive to all requests.

The hotel is old, and you should not have expectations of a 5* luxurious property.

The bathroom is really really small - not suitable for anyone with disabilities.

Breakfast 🥐 is simple / limited to croissant - pastries and Yogurt and coffee.

Airport Shuttle Service 25 minutes drive / very efficient.

a half mile from JFK Airport. We ended up in a suite. The room was clean and neat. Must say,the hotel needs updates but the bed was very comfortable. Has a shuttle service to and from the airport. A huge convenience. All said and done I'd stay there again. I recommend this hotel.

Rion at the front desk went out of his way to help me with a reservation issue I had. The room was new and clean and made our morning flight out of JFK so much easier. I appreciate the secure parking this hotel has. The restaurant was under renovation so we ate dinner and breakfast in the grand ballroom. The food was very good.

My stay at the Raddison was an excellent experience. Upon checking in the receptionist Latoya immediately made us felt welcome. She was kind, concern and was quickly to give us guidance and her expertise on where to purchase some goods for the kids. Her advice like Latoya was awesome. Upon checking out I was so flabbergasted when she saw me struggling with the luggage and the kids and she can and assisted. She is a gem of a lady. As a result of Latoya's beyond excellent service and also the shuttle drivers I definitely will make this my New York hotel to stay in. Stayed here for one night for my company and flights got messed up so I ended up in the lobby at 7 am.... Celesia and Rae at the front desk are incredible and somehow got me in a room by 9 AND made sure I still got breakfast even though it closed at 9. Absolute angels. Stayed a night, happy with the room, great service. Late check out at 1pm. We were able to stay and work in a quiet business office. The receptionists went above and beyond to warm up food and water in their backroom microwave. And a free continental breakfast rather than grab-and-go was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, a 5-star experience.

the rooms are fairly clean. The only bad part is depending on the room, if it faces the back, it is mind breakingly loud!

The best part of the hotel is the amazingly kind and considerate front desk staff! the staff truly wants your stay to be pleasant and comfortable.

The other negative, there is nothing at all near the hotel and cabs are ghastly expensive

I booked over 7 rooms at this hotel for my wedding party, as well as parents approximately 3-4 months ahead of our wedding weekend. We knew the check in time was 3 pm but given this was for a wedding and things needed to be set much earlier on we requested that we could check in earlier than 3 pm on the day we would arrive. When the day finally came I started to freak out a bit because up to 72 hours ahead I called to remind that I would need the bridal party rooms to be able to check in a bit sooner for preparations etc. The morning of, my planner and I called several times to get this situated and unfortunately it seemed like early check in would not be happening. Thankfully, one of the front desk workers with impeccable customer service and patience (BIG SHOUT OUT TO ASHANA) finessed a room to open up around 1pm so that my girls could at least start the process of getting ready. By the time check in actually occurred she also upgraded the room I personally would be in, which was very thoughtful. Knowing just how frustrated and stressed I was, I was met at the desk with kind words and a snack and drink on the house. The rooms were clean though one did smell like cigarettes. Nonetheless, the front desk were very pleasant to work with that weekend. One of the rooms I booked for the parents for one night was a no show due to logistics on the first day of wedding weekend. Despite speaking with the team, the manager refused to give us a refund on the room which was quite unfortunate given the amount of rooms we had booked, we'd hope for some grace/leniency. Breakfast was simple but did the job and complimentary. Parking is not free and will be charged to your card so don't forget that! Overall would use the hotel again.

This stay has been outstanding. There is a very friendly staff that create a comfortable atmosphere, they were always professional, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were always clean with meticulous attention to detail. The people at the front desk, more specifically Thanusha and Ashana, always greeted guests with a smile and provided the utmost attention to their needs. Throughout my stay, they made themselves constantly helpful. The valet parking was great here as well. The parking attendants were always very friendly and took care of the cars well. This is one of the best stays I have had in a hotel throughout my life!

The service was great. Every employee we interacted with was not only eager to be helpful, but also just so nice. However, one went above the rest…Latoya…. you were so helpful and responsive while we dealt with travel delays. She coordinated a shuttle, provided exceptional customer service, and made us feel at home in a hotel space. @Management you should promote this person. These are the type of people who are the drivers of return business. This would be a 5 start review, but the actual space was fairly average. Latoya (and the rest of the staff), keep being above average!

After a long flight I was greeted by an amazing front desk agent by the name of Latoya. She is such a wonderful person.she made me feel like I was at home.. The rooms are newly renovated which is a plus and the bed was so soft. I was able to have a great night sleep. There was a free shuttle which I was pleased about and the trip was only a few mins away from the airport. Overall I would recommend but make sure to ask for Latoya.

My stay was originally for one night , the first night I had issues with the refrigerator door not able to close , and it was left unplugged and the bathroom sink faucet was leaking and not secure. I informed the front desk, no action. The following day when to the front desk, and Ms Victoria was very pleasant , and offered me another room to extend my stay which I accepted.

I ended up choosing this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport, and I must say that it ended up being a good choice. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the wonderful service that the front desk clerk by the name of Latoya. Checking in and checking out was easy and efficient.

Parking is available and my room was cleanly ready when I arrived. Hotel guests were also friendly. The hotel has a decent menu available for guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who want to stay in close proximity to the airport or decide to stay in the area.

I am a very frequent traveler, and I had a one night stay here in between work trips. First off, this hotel has WONDERFUL and friendly staff, especially Latoya, Andy and Cory, they were AMAZING! My work trip was much later at night and these three helped accommodate me for a later check out last minute. I’ll be sure to pass their names on to my fellow coworkers who stay at hotels near JFK frequently, and I appreciated their flexibility!! The location is great just a few minutes away from the airport and they have shuttle service. Check in was very easy and quick, my room was very clean it even had a microwave and a mini fridge. The fitness center was spread out with quite a bit of equipment and there is a free breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re looking for something close to the airport with reasonable prices and wonderful staff.

Review for long term parking.

I’ve used this lot for a few trips and every time it has been a positive experience. The shuttle drivers are prompt, friendly and even picked me up after the 11pm cut off which saved me a $40 Uber in the rain.

Attention to detail when dropping and picking up the car. Never had any problems.

Stayed there for 1 night as part of a stay and parking package before our trip out of JFK. Front desk service from Tanisha was exceptionally friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed a very nice renovated room on the 12th floor with a king bed. Airport and highway noise was minimal. Cheryl in the bar was wonderful in providing excellent drinks and tasty sandwiches for dinner. Valet parking attendants were polite, prompt, professional, and we appreciated that our car was nicely kept secure. Would not hesitate to stay there again, except for the limited hours of airport shuttle service - our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until midnight after the shuttle service ended at 11pm.

I enjoyed my stay here!!! Although, they are going through a renovation, the room was still great as was the service. Recieved, a warm welcome upon first arriving. My only complaint would probably be the elevator🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. I am guessing because of the renovation they only have 1 of the 3 in the lobby running. This elevator seemed to stop at every floor going down, whether or not there was a person on that floor waiting. I stayed on the 10th floor so getting down was about a 10 to 15 min process. Once again, I am guessing this is due to the renovations that are in process🤞🏾🤞🏾. The location was perfect and room was great. Considering how close I was to the airport I was surprised that we couldn't hear planes taking off and landing. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely do it again.

Staff was incredible! Corey and another gentleman professionally handled a handful of tired (and some grumpy) passengers that missed connections due to mechanical issues coming in from Europe. Of particular note was how Corey worked hard to correct a mishap where the interline desk did not send us there with individual vouchers. She saved me a trip back to the airport with my elderly father in freezing weather. We spent 6-7 hours in the hotel, which was clean and comfortable.

We booked at Radisson JFK for the simple function of having convenient proximity to JFK airport. Not expecting much more than a transit stop on our journey from Paris to Miami — turns out of the three hotels we stayed at for this trip this was the “one!”

Undergoing a hotel-wide renovation right now, we were given a room on a high floor that was just impeccably appointed and offered a beautiful sunset view of the New York skyline off in the distance. Everything was new and fresh — sheets and towels included! Shower was modern and clean as well. But I’m saving the best for last here, and that was the warm and professional service we received from the front desk staff, Dewayne and Latoya. It’s like they were friends just waiting for us to come in the door. I know this might sound over the top, but it’s all true. Thank you for making this last stop — which we expected to be nothing more than a nice pillow and a good night’s sleep — very special indeed!

We stayed at this hotel for one night to fly back home from Europe. The people and service there was super nice and helped us travel to and from the hotel to the airport. The only thing I would say took some stars away was the fact they didn't have a cart for your luggage. The room was super nice and had a great view of New York and the whole room was decked with neatness and thought.

I haven't stayed here but I did use their service for parking my car for a week and using their shuttle. The location is perfect for going to and from the airport which is a 3 min drive if not traffic. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to park their cars while traveling.

Rooms are comfortable and staff are so friendly. The bar area is nice and Cheryl the bartender is amazing. She is so nice to talk to kept us company in the bar, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your great service. Also Cheryl your orange nails are great 💋
