I arrived with my family at 5:15 am . It took an hour to get us to the terminal 1.4 miles away. When we returned from our trip I called them for pick up at 8pm. At 9pm no one had showed up yet. I called a few times and no one answered the phone. My husband called from his phone and they answered. Basically told us there is 1 driver and they have no idea how long the wait is. If we didn’t want to wait they suggested we take a cab. Spent another 20 min trying to find a cab. Wouldn’t recommend this lot to anyone. When we finally got to the lot another guy picking up his car also took a cab. So if you pick the lot based on price, when you consider you have to pay for a cab to get back to your car your not saving anything. The lot is small, with garbage everywhere. Terrible experience.
Please do not park here if you can help it. The address is 133-98 142nd St in Queens and I note this because from previous reviews, it seems that this business changes its name once in a while. I had a bad feeling as soon as I dropped my car off because a staff member kind of yelled at me because the key was sticking and he wasn't able to start my car. I let it go because they seemed busy but when I returned to pick up my car, I realized that there is no order or organization to they way they manage their day-to-day tasks. It took the staff member on duty that day some time to locate my car and my keys: they had not made a note of my parking spot when they first parked it. All in all, my car and I made it home just fine but if you read a few other reviews you can tell I'm the lucky one. It took the shuttle about 30 min to pick me up from the pick-up spot at the terminal, which is fine, except on the phone the driver told me to wait at area B, except he ended up driving past me to area C, and I would totally have missed it had I not recognized the shuttle (which, by the way, does not have the name "EconoPark" or any other kind of marker on it with which to recognize it....). The kicker is that a few hours after I left I opened my Altoids tin that I keep in my car to store quarters for parking and there was nothing in there. There was about $10 worth of quarters in there, which I distinctly remember because the day before my trip I had refilled it with quarters with very distinctive bats on the back of them. Granted I am not saying that there is no shadow of a doubt something else could have happened to them, but please: do not park here. If you do, arrive at least an hour early to make sure you can catch the shuttle (they only have one driver on rotation), do not leave anything valuable in the car (which should be a given, anyway), and do not expect an obstacle-less experience. One thing I will say though, is that except for the guy who yelled at me when I dropped off my car, everyone else was really really nice. It's not the staff's fault that management is disorganized and that they are understaffed. Please be kind to the staff and tip them because they're just doing their best.
No shuttle service on drop nor pick up as they said shuttle bus got a flat tire and parked on a parking lot. They asked us to call uber with our expense. My trip was 4days and they still have No shuttle service to pick us up. We had to use uber on both ways.
This place is horrible and I would agree with all of the other reviewers. I would give them a negative rating if I could. This place has no business being in business. We missed out flight because of them and when we came back, we called them multiple times only to be told that it would take 5 - 10 minutes each time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
If I could have given a 0 stars they would have gotten it, 1 star is too good a review for this so called business. I do not recommend if you are trying to save a couple bucks on parking you will, but your time will be wasted waiting on them for a pick up and time is very much more valuable than to save a couple bucks. THE WORST SERVICE EVER
The attendee smelled like alcohol when I arrived. Then they said that his "boss" said that he feels my crv should be considered an oversize vehicle and charged me additional fees. The shuttle to go to the airport told me to wait so that he can finish a conversation with someone there that was passing. They told me when I came back there would be a shuttle available to bring me to my car but when I arrived back and calling for a shuttle no one answered the phone for 30minutes and when i final got in touch with someone he said someone was on the way. I waited for 1.5hrs and no showed up. I called over 45 times and no one would answer nor call me back. I left messages to the point the mailbox was full (but i have reason to believe someone else was leaving messages also). No one ever showed up, to where I had to take a taxi. When the taxi arrived they refuse to pay referring to a "boss" that was connected to the number that no one would answer. I was never able to get in touch with this said boss. Even after that day no one would answer the phone and this was the only number associated with the parking lot. Which to mention, didn't seem so secure nor monitored because it looked as if this clerk was sleeping when I arrived. I would never park with them again. They are very unprofessional.
DO NOT GO HERE! The lot was full when I arrived, the one guy there was clearly overwhelmed and tried to direct me to another lot but first I had to Pay an additional $9 per day for "an oversize SUV" which I did not have! A lot of stress and nearly missed my important flight. Never again! And when I contacted the customer service email address provided, it bounced back as undeliverable.
This is the second time I have used this place. The first time I arrived and it took them 45 minutes to attend to me to park my vehicle. After explaining to them that I had to catch a flight the rep kept assuring me that he would get me there in time. After another 30 minutes of waiting he kept saying he couldn't leave his co worker by himself which makes me wonder if you are properly staffed. I had to take an Uber to the airport because I could no longer wait and I ended up missing my flight.
I booked here a second time not realizing it was the same location (or I would have never booked). Upon arrival they told me the lot was full and gave me a piece of paper with an address for another lot they said was 5 minutes away. I simply went to airport parking. I have saved the name of this business in my phone to know never to book with them again going forward
It is the worst service I have ever had in a parking lot. The airport shuttle service that they promote on the WAY page does not correspond to reality. Since I arrived to leave my vehicle they did not have the service available even when I returned to my trip neither. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the manager was completely drugged and asleep. He didn't know where the keys were. He didn't know where they had parked my vehicle. It was 2 in the morning, tired from a long journey, with the flashlight on my phone, I started looking for my vehicle along with three other people who were in the same situation. I found it after searching the entire lot. It was filled with vehicles so close together that prior vehicle damage reviews are evident. When I found my vehicle he gave it to me without asking questions. Evidence that there is no type of security since anyone can come to the lot saying that it is their vehicle without being it and steal it so easily that it was worrying. I do not recommend this place. It is clear that cheap is expensive.
The worst service ever! Upon drop-off there was no “free shuttle available” And got the nerve to charge me $15 for a oversized car (Acura mdx=mid size car) and when I arrived back, waited an hour for the shuttle that never came; ended up ordering a Lyft. Wouldn’t recommend this parking spot!!!! This place sucks balls!!!!
It is important that customers know of the horrid service, and total disregard for your property you would receive at JFK EconoPark JFK Airport Parking prior to booking their long-term parking needs. The lot location is 133-98 142nd St, Queens, NY 11436 as the operation looks very shady and may change its business name often. When I approached the place, I instantly felt some bad vibes. Unfortunately, I had already booked the service and since I was traveling soon, I had little choice but to leave my vehicle. I was aware of the extra $3 a day for an SUV so I wasn’t concerned when the attendant informed me. The problem was that I booked the parking for 10 days and was charged $36 for the service (So an extra two days and the attendant would only take Cash). I was in a hurry to catch my flight so I paid it, but the calculation bothered me until I figured it out later. When we returned, I called ahead to inform the parking attendant to prepare my car and send over the shuttle. However, he cut me off mid-sentence and did not take my car information. The shuttle came, and it was full, so I called to inform the attendant to send another. He said the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. 20 minutes passed, causing me to call again. Yet, the attendant did not pick up. I then continued to call every 10 to 15 minutes after that for a full hour. The calls were being deliberately declined. When we finally arrived at the parking lot, I found a new scratch on my brand new car. This was ultimately the worst experience from start to finish, and people considering their services should know the frustration they are in for.
This is very poor service. I made a reservation. They charged my card and when I got to the parking lot they said there is no space so the guy sent me to another parking lot and when I got there they also said there was no space but yet they charged me 3 dollars extra per day to keep my CRV. And if my day wasnt going bad enoug when I asked for the shuttle to take me to the airport the guy said the shuttle will be here in 30 mins
Make sure you take pictures of you car in it’s entirety. Staff drive through the lot like with total disregard for your property. Our car had a large blue scrape down the side of it. Worker gave my husband a phone number to send pictures to the manager and he never responded. Waited over a hour and nothing. I highly recommend saving yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. Shuttle van was falling apart and driver drove like a lunatic. Purchased through way.com- they should be ashamed of themselves for affiliating with this company
In all my years I’ve never seen a place run this poorly. Waited at the airport for two hours with many phone calls for the shuttle to pick me up finally I took an Uber to the place to get my car. When I get there I find my car is buried in the back of the lot , there was a woman ahead of me yelling and complaining that she’s been there for over two hours and she still hasn’t gotten her car yet so she called the police, It took me over two hours to get my car out from the lot, so that’s a total of 4 hrs just to get my car. My flight from Fla. was less than 3 hrs. Do yourself a favor spend the extra money and park somewhere else you’ll be glad you did!
Dishonest, unprofessional, discourteous. Do not patronize this parking lot. I had a reservation for this lot and when I reached there, the gates were closed. Many cars were circling trying to find an open gate. After circling the lot for 10 minutes, I called the parking lot phone number and the person on the other end said that the gates would open in 30 min. When I told him that I had a flight to catch and could not wait 30 min, he said "Go somewhere else". Shameful, Unprofessional.

If you want your car safe don’t park here. This place is a dirt parking lot with no security, no light, one worker parking your car locking the gate and driving the shuttle. They charge you extra for a small suv. The Shuttle van is old and about to break down. Called upon return and was told to rush outside the shuttle will be there in 3 mins. 4o mins later after standing in the cold the old broken down shuttle with out of town plates finally shows up. When we arrives at the lot it took the same guy 20 mins to find the keys to the car parked in front of mines. This place needs to be shut shut down. You definitely get what you pay for. Its cheaper for a reason.
This is the worst parking. There's only one person whom does the receiving and the drop off to the Airport, which make the process very difficult for the customer. I do not recommend this place.
I tried to give 0 stars but I was unable to. To Start, there are too many cars. The lot is cramped and the guys are horrible drivers. PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR! DO NOT LEAVE WITH TAKING FULL PICS AND VIDEOS, if you do. I car had damage in 3 places, the trunk, side, and the rear bumper. To add to the unprofessionalism, one of the workers was fist fighting with a customer due to damage when I arrived to get my car. I FULLY RECOMMEND finding another parking place. It took long to get the money for my damages. They only paid for the dent, not the swipes.
