Aardwolf Parking (JFK)

I have used Aardwolf Parking three times now. They are courteous and easy to use. My car has always been taken care of and I have the ease of being able to drive myself and or my family to the airport on my own time and avoid Uber surge charges and waits. Add to that that this past time, I dropped/lost my wallet in one of their lots and they found it and kept it safe for me to come pick up, completely intact and with all of it contents. I couldn’t be more grateful!!

Great parking lot and cheaper than the regular airport parking and a lot of other places around. The shuttle came in 5 minutes when we got there and same thing when we came back from the airport. Easy and quick!

New management is absolutely stellar. Abdul was more than diligent and exceptionally helpful. The shuttle ride was safe and really close to the airport. They will most certainly be receiving my business again and I would gladly recommend this service to anyone of my family members or friends.

Exceptional service!! Dropped and picked us up in a timely manner. The elder pathan gentlemen was a sweetheart went above and beyond while picking up my parents from the terminal at 2am. God bless such people!

After arriving at a location close to Aardwolf that I had booked through Way app, I was told there was no shuttle to JFK available. I went to 2 more lots nearby and was told there was either no shuttle or spots without reservations. I was panicking a bit but followed another person to Aardwolf because we hoped we’d get both a spot and a shuttle to nearby JFK without a reservation. Within 5 minutes, our car (plus the other person’s) was parked and 10 minutes after that a shuttle got us to the airport in traffic with plenty of time to get our flight. I am grateful that we came upon Aardwolf by chance and that we were accommodated without question or issues. I thought I’d have to pay mightily for this but the cost was only $40 more than my original reservation that didn’t even work out. I was concerned that it might be difficult to get the shuttle upon returning from our trip but that proved to be untrue as the shuttle arrived within a half hour. All in all a very good experience during a stressful time of traveling.

Great and convenient and u get drop off and pick up from airport can go wrong with that and the price good definitely telling my family members.one thing i found strange is they have a sing that says "article left In car st own risk" and i was wondering why if I'm paying to keep my car in a safe place i would understand if i leave it outside but inside i shouldn't have to worry bout it. they did move my car an turned it around don't know why and my doors was left open didn't like that .other then that it was good and nothing was missing from my car .would definitely park here again .

Whenever we fly out of JFK this is our preferred parking lot - it is very reasonably priced and offers convenience like no other. We have used this parking lot three times now, and have a reservation to use it again in a couple of weeks. The lot is located near a quiet neighborhood but is still just a quick shuttle ride to JFK. It is very convenient and easy to use - you show the attendant your reservation and drop your keys with them, and they will valet park it in their lot. The shuttle brings you to JFK, and picks you up when you return (you call the number and they send it over to you) - and by the time you get to the lot, your car is pulled up and waiting for you. Last September (2020) the shuttle was not running due to COVID concerns.

I was sooooo reluctant to park my car here based on all of the horrible reviews. I waited until the last minute to try and find airport parking (very dumb) and this was literally the only option I had. I found them on way.com and was ready to book but I called to make sure they would honor a third party reservation first and they did. When I arrived the check in process was very quick. He took the reservation # from way.com then I filled out a registration form. When I went back out side I did a FULL VIDEO WALK AROUND of my car before getting in the shuttle and also included the office and property signs in my video...just to be safe. The ride to the airport was very quick. When I returned to jfk the shuttle did take a little longer to arrive..like 10-15 minutes. When I got back to the parking lot my car was ready and waiting for me with no damages. Overall MY experience was a good one and I would consider them again if I didn't have any other options

They’re so sweet! I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews. Shuttle was already there when I arrived. Super convenient and fast. Very caring and friendly staff that made the process easy! Would recommend:)

Excellent service and excellent price. They were friendly and on time when we called upon our return. Would definitely use them again.

I was a little upset that they played a game when I arrived and made me literally pay $16 more even though I paid in full online. He said since I didn't use WAYS that I had to pay more. Just a rip off but they were on time for pick up and drop off! Just be careful about paying more than expected.

EDIT: We used them this past week and the shuttle was running.

Best parking lot for long-term parking at JFK airport. Friendly and helpful staff. I will highly recommend this business for your long-term parking needs.
