We had a very great experience parking our car at this location. It was a fast check in process. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes it was right on time. Brought us to our terminal on time. After we arrived from a 5 hour flight we went outside where we were told to wait for the shuttle, it did not take more than 10 minutes and we were picked up. I would definitely recommend this place it was a clean parking lot, gated, wonderful staff and very organized.

Great value, GREAT STAFF, especially Anthony! Super friendly and beyond helpful and he saw us running not to miss the shuttle, remembered us from our drop off and made sure to stop and helped with our bags. We also love the “Security Guard” who we dubbed “BOB”🤣. Saved me a considerable amount then paying for long term Parking at the airport and was very close to the terminals. Parking lot is safe. And the process was super easy. Will be using them again. I must say in this day and age having an employee so dedicated as to never be late and never leave the lot like “Bob” is very rare.

I really do not understand these less than 5 star reviews. As a small business owner, I say these guys are very nice, the stuff is amazing and so helpful! I read their policy before placing reservation. Had spare 30min because it says right there that shuttle comes every 30 min, but people should understand there might be traffic at a rush hours as well. When I parked I was lucky to catch the shuttle the same minute. When I came back I knew I might wait for the shuttle so I grabbed coffee and just chilled outside for 15min and shuttle came. So, my point is I'm completely satisfied with service guys provide, and for the price!! Definitely will be using their parking for Newark flights. This place is my honest RECOMMENDATION 🫶

I normally use a different off site parking lot when I go to Newark airport, but it was sold out the weekend I needed it so I decided to try Pink Elephant. I thought the price was reasonable, and both shuttle drivers I had were very courteous and great drivers. The shuttle was prompt for pickup and returning to get my car, and the parking area is well secured and well lit. I would definitely use them again. The shuttle bus is also very nice — it’s not just a van and it was very clean. Thank you!!

The location was easy to find and get to, and the prices were reasonable. driver on the way to the terminal arrived quickly and explained instructions. But on the way back, we were out there at 745pm in the cold/rain and it was over 30 mins before I had to call ( never given an apology for no one being there) and then another 10 before they arrived so the shuttle was not running every 30 mins as they stated- the driver arrived and was not phased by the fact we had been waiting for so long, but other than that it served its purpose for LTP

Nothing negative to say about Pink Elephant Parking. We left our car there for 2 weeks. Lot was safe and secure and filled with all nice cars. Shuttle was comfortable and simple. When exiting the airport we crossed the street and waited at pole 1 by shuttle transportion. Recommend, and will use them again.

Very easy to access from the GSP/route 22. I pulled in at 11:20, quickly found a spot, and was on the 11:30 shuttle. *note that the shuttles run every half hour. The driver was very friendly and helpful as far as the pick up process on the way home. Got to the airport in no time. Very painless process. Will use again!

The location is ideal for the price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our driver Anthony was particularly great. He was polite, a careful driver and incredibly empathic of me travelling alone with my 6 month old. Not only was he punctual but he insisted on dropping us off at our car rather than the drop off point to save me a difficult walk. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again

We liked the idea that this is a park and lock. So park your car and take the keys with you. The shuttle van followed us to our selected parking spot and after we locked the car he took us to the airport. The van driver gave us a Pink Elephant reminder card with the telephone numbers and where our car was parked. Return shuttles run twice an hour - at the top and bottom of each hour between 4 am to 12 am. Between 12 am and 4 am you need to call for the shuttle.

Just used over Christmas vacation. Price was great compared to parking inside EWR. The bus shuttle did leave a little bit early it comes every 30 minutes :00 and :30 from the parking lot I recommend arriving 10 minutes earlier so you don’t miss it The return trip to the parking was great too. The same pink elegant shuttle was at the pickup spot in the picture and it was a quick ride back to the parking lot. I recommend giving this parking lot a try, I will definitely use again on future travels

We had such a great experience here. The lot was well lit and secured very well. They also have security that monitors 24/7. It was pouring rain when we arrived so security had the shuttle picked us up right from our car. The shuttle dropped us off right our gate and they also gave us an instruction card on where to meet them when we returned from our trip. They were very organized and will definitely be using them in the future.

I'm so glad a friend recommended Pink Elephant for a 7 day long-term parking near Newark airport. I liked that we parked the car ourselves and took the key with us. The pink-themed vans are on time going to and from the airport and are very easy to spot. On the way to the airport the driver gave us a card with very clear instructions about what to do when we return, and he made sure to verbally explain as well. Everything went smoothly and the price was great.

Superior service, great location and very convenient especially during the Holidays when we were hit with snow/ice storms and uncertainties - the Pink Elephant team was very understanding about Last Minute cancellations and No Shows - Mike was very friendly and helped me cancel the reservation with no penalty - Mike - thanks for that.

Safe, secure and straightforward long-term parking for Newark. Price was competitive and the customer service was on-par - reserved online a few days before, lot had a few spots open when I got there, missed a shuttle but another came around within 15-20min, as expected. Return trip was even faster. Elephant's roar was icing on the cake.

All good things to say about this company! Don’t mind the bad reviews; they are mostly made by people who don’t care to read ALL the specifics about how they work! The shuttles run every half hour from the lot for pickup, and at the airport for pickup. Instructions are clear and easy. We had our car parked for 8 days, and the lot felt and was safe and there were plenty of parking spaces for us. Definitely will use in the future if flying out of Newark Airport!!!

Easiest part of my journey! Super reliable shuttle, easy to get in and out of the lot. My flight was late coming back so I had to pay on my way out, but that was super easy. Shuttle was reliable and easy to find (the pink makes all their stuff very visible.) The woman working at the parking lot was also extremely helpful!

When we arrived back from our trip, there was a shuttle bus already waiting on us and I was honestly expecting to wait. The shuttle drivers were helpful and courteous. Really great off-site parking lot at Newark airport. Reserved a spot during a recent vacation. Parking rate was quite reasonable. Everything went smoothly from the very beginning. The parking lot is easy to find, well lit and attended. The staff and bus drivers are extremely helpful. The shuttles run every half hour (explained clearly on the website), so plan to reach the parking lot accordingly. Pickup on our return was uneventful; had to wait for a few minutes before the shuttle showed up (shuttle is not on-demand, so you may have to wait a bit depending on when you reach the pick-up spot; again, this is explained on their website). Overall, it was a great experience and I will certainly give them a shot the next time I fly from Newark.

I was very happy with the entire process. Had a 6am flight. As soon as we got there the shuttle was there within 7-10 minutes. Return flight was delayed by half hour landed at 11pm again the shuttle was there within 10 minutes. Driver was courteous. Said hello with a smile both times even with the odd time of the day. He jumped right out and put our luggage in the shuttle. Left the vehicle there for 4 days. Returned to NO damage to the vehicle. I will definitely use them again. We use airport parking service quiet often. Thank you.

I packed at the Pink Elephant on Saturday Sep 30th, I arrived around 6 since I had an early flight, the guy at the gate was super nice an helpful. The gate opened up really easy by scanning the code. The lots was really clean and ai felt security. I travelled alone so I was worried to leave my car in a weird place so I felt much better being in a secure place. The van picked me up right next to my car and the driver was a few minute earlier, she was very nice and helpful too. Picked up at the airport was really easy and the van was on time. Just keep in mind that the shuttles leave at the top of the hour and 1/2 the hour from the parking lot. I will def use them again in my next trip.

Excellent place to park! Staff is very helpful and the shuttle is very timely! When we returned from the airport, our battery died in our vehicle. Thankfully, the security guy had a portable battery charger and we were able to get the car started in less than two minutes. We will be going back there in a few short weeks for another trip.

I’ve now parked here 3x and plan to park again in the future.
Shuttle drivers are friendly and very helpful. Each time I have parked at various times during the day and night there is always a security guard present in a car. It feels safe and I’ve not had any issues.
It is important to note the shuttles are NOT on demand but leave the lot every half an hour on the hour and 30 minute mark. So it is important to time your arrival to arrive at the lot for those times or you may need to wait. Similarly when waiting at the airport - know that the shuttles will arrive just after those times to pick you up based on traffic.
Pricing is quite fair considering other options in the area.
