The pick up and drop off to the airport was smooth no wait time or issues. Our experience with Nadia was a pleasure. She was professional, polite, and answered all of our questions as we were first time rental car customers. The tire was low on the original car and she immediately got us the keys to a car of our choice. She made our experience a great one.The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star experience is because the second car needed new brakes. I would definitely rent from here again.

We were a little skeptical going with Routes as we read some of the reviews. We just got back from vacation last week and rented through Routes for the first time and loved them! We waited at the airport stop to be picked up to be taken to the car rental building for less than 10 minutes. The driver was very friendly and helped with our luggage. When we arrived to the car rental there were two people ahead of us but two employees working the lines so it went quickly. Now I rated it a 4 star and not 5 only for one reason and I came prepared because I read this in another review. If you choose not to carry Routes insurance you must show proof of your full coverage insurance “binder” I had asked my insurance company ahead of time for this and told them what the rental company needed it for and I printed it out and even printed out my insurance card. I showed them to her she told me it wasn’t the right thing and I said well this is what my insurance company sent me when I specifically told them what I needed it for. She said “well do you have the app” I pulled the app up and when she seen me doing that she then said “oh this will work never mind “ It led me to think they try to see how far they can go and pocket that insurance money from people who aren’t educated enough to know better. Anyway that is the only bad part I have to say about them. I seen where someone said their car wasn’t checked out for awhile and I can see why bc when u pull in the gate someone on an iPad takes a couple quick pics of the vehicle and tells u leave the keys on the dash. I think the checkout process needs some work. Overall it is cheap and I would rent from them again just make sure you have your insurance printed out and ready to go!

Raed was very informative about his job 👏. Very helpful in educating us on the toll n how to get around knowing we aren't from this state. Very pleasant and patient ☺️. I was about to cancel not knowing about the company policy, but he took the time out to educate me. The vehicle was very clean n the attendant was quick n precise with his check-in n out. Very pleasant staff overall.

We had a great experience compared to the reviews I have seen on here. Was a little nervous after booking but I would absolutely come here again. We did arrive at 1 am, but we had no wait, we were in and out in under 10 min.
WARNING!! Be careful of the upsells though! If you buy the sun pass "toll pass" at the airport its substantially cheaper than the $14 a day we paid or the other option was a 50$ ticket each time you drive the tolls without a pass.
Also, bring something from your insurance company stating you have coverage in Florida as they will need to see documentation not just an insurance card or you will end up paying 29$ a day just in liability coverage only. Or an extra 50$ for full coverage a day.
We booked through priceline and thought we were all paid up only to have to pay another $536 EXTRA in insurance for our 7 day rental. It was again, 1 am and could not get a hold of our insurance company for them to send anything to verify we were covered in Florida. Just a heads up! Our priceline deal quickly went from $300 for a week to almost a thousand! Just be careful!
