I was running late. And Rocco did a good job keeping me calm and assuring he'll get me to my plane on time. Great staff, good experience.
Excellent Customer Service. Great prices!!!! I was running late for my flight because their was a explosion with a dumb truck on the I-75. Not only did they immediately drop me to the Airport but Rocco was an excellent driver. Can’t wait to use them again.
My wife and I enjoyed a vacation to Florida recently and rented a vehicle from green leaf. They picked us up from airport. Spent one week in southern Florida we their car, which was great. In this time we only consumed, one tank of fuel. This car got us everywhere we wanted to go, swiftly. Once return can time, their service staff was helpful on getting our car checked back in and use shuttle to our plane. Their 24hr operation was a great help also.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER! If you can avoid parking here do so. The line to park here was incredible long (45 minutes). I would have gone somewhere else but I had a reservation and I was boxed in.
The shuttle to AND from the airport was a long wait. When you call to get picked up you go to voicemail. THE DRIVER HIMSELF SAYS IT'S A WASTE OF TIME.
They have 1, sometimes 2, shuttles going to the airport. The airport may only be 20 minutes away but they do account for the time to drop off or pick up passengers.
On top of that they advertise at least 5 different parking lots here. Check the address and choose somewhere else. I sure will.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Why?
1. Unable to organize check in. Also, no instructions for return pick up, phone number, pick up at the airport, hours of operation, etc
2. No shuttle schedule. Everything was run 'by ear'
3. Limited verbal instruction. Also, no written instructions as far as the check in process, pick up time. ETA arrival at the airport.
4. No policy on necessary requirements for the driver to depart for the airport. Ex: the shuttle was full and all the passengers were made to wait an extra five minutes for another LATE passenger who slowly arrived and sat next to the driver.
5. No communication at the airport. We were dropped at the terminal and left to figure out where our air company was.
6. Lack of business courtesy
I give it one star only because we arrived at the airport, after a crazy, speedy ride.

This parking area is secure. The check in/checkout process is easy. We have arrived as early as 4am and left as late as 1am. They seem to be open 24/7 and are very organized. I have done online reservations and shown up without reservations. Keep your ticket or take a picture of it. Shuttle service typically comes every 15 minutes. Can be slow when picking you up from airport.
I made a reservation to park here for Thanksgiving day. I paid the full amount on line. I called the day before to confirm my reservation and was told by a live person that my spot was reserved. When I arrived at 7 a.m., there were cones blocking the entrance, and an employee was turning cars away. When I got to the cones I explained that I had a reservation. The employee told me it did not matter, there were no spaces left. I expressed that this was a huge problem, as I had paid, and had to get on a plane in ninety minutes. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked if I could at least speak to someone inside. He said it wouldn't do any good. I left in a panic, as I am not a frequent traveler and had never experienced this before. Fortunately, after trying two other parking services, I was fortunate to get help from Park-Me-Fly, across the street.
I have done some research, and Omni's reservation service makes no effort to actually determine if there is space available, but simply takes your money without any intention of guaranteeing you a spot. I delayed posting this, as I had hoped that a refund would be forthcoming, but after six weeks and several emails, it looks like ripping people off is a significant part of their business model. Please, do not use these people. They are completely without honor or integrity.
Park somewhere else
We left our car here for a week, because it was the best rate in the area.
When I got to the airport, I used the check in feature. This was 45min before arriving at the carport. Mind you, it took 45 minutes, because I waited that long for a shuttle to arrive (they promise 15min between shuttles).
We arrived to chaos. Everything was backed up. There were 12-13 cars dropped off in line and waiting to be parked, while there was a huge line of people waiting for their cars to be brought up front. They actually lost one of their customer’s vehicles and were frantically searching their double and triple parked spaces for the lost vehicle. Yes, you read that correct, double and triple parked. Yes, that means they must move all those cars in order to make space to retrieve your vehicle.
All in, this ordeal took me around 1.5 hours. Had I gone to Park N Fly, I would have been in my car, driving away, in less than a half hour.
Stay far away — these guys don’t run this operation correctly. They pack the lot tight and once they have your money, they could care less!
Always great! Great staff, quality, and price. Always pleased with the service! Holidays are normally more packed, but that is to be expected in Orlando. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
Very Convenient to park and fly, was a little worried because of the bad reviews but when I went to the parking lot, yes it was full but the price was affordable and shuttle service was fast. I would recommend this place to everyone. *Nothing will ever be too perfect * rather have the peace of mind that my car will be fine instead of the airport which is hectic with traffic and at higher price $19/day. Everyone will have their own opinion but, I will always recommend Omni parking!
We used the app called Way to make a booking for airport parking which gave us a huge discount. I was skeptical at first because there were a lot of bad reviews and it seemed shady. Not sure if those are just incorrect reviews or what but we had a great experience. We left our car here for five days. Shuttle was very timely for pick up to the airport and back. Will use again and highly recommend.
The worst off site airport parking in my life.
When I arrived at Omni 2.5 hours before my flight I thought that was plenty of time. I was almost wrong. It took over 40 minutes to even get my car checked in. 20 of those minutes I was waiting in the road while cars were flying past me and the other customers in the long line. When I was finally able to pull my car forward they said I would have to leave my keys because they were full. And yes, they were full. There were about thirty cars parked in rows, not even in stalls. This kind of annoyed me because I choose to self park for a reason, I don’t like leaving my keys and access to my personal vehicle with a stranger. At this point it was either leave my keys or miss my flight. Then I had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle to even go to the airport. The driver was pretty rude to many of the other customers. After getting through busy security I made it to my flight just in time.
Coming home I had to wait for a shuttle for 40 minutes. The tag they give you says they run shuttles every 15-20 minutes 24 hours a day. After about 30 minutes I tried to call the number listed and I was on hold until the shuttle arrived. Again this shuttle driver was less than courteous as he shouted at some customers who couldn’t fit in the van. After arriving at the parking lot there weren’t any employees here to check the full van of passengers in. We stood around waiting for over 25 minutes before someone even came to take our tickets. After he took about half of our tickets he walked off into the parking lot. After waiting another 30 minutes an employee came up to inform me and another customer that they were looking for my car and couldn’t find it because “the lot is very big.” People who arrived on shuttles after me started getting their cars. After 50 minutes I went to a different employee and told them how long I’ve been waiting. They looked up my information again and said they’ll get it to me soon. After waiting another 20 minutes I finally started looking for my car myself, I found it in the first row and as soon as I started walking towards it one of the employees saw that I was walking towards it. He got in and drive it right past me.
After more than 2 hours I got my car. I even used the link they text you to get your car prepared in advanced so it’s ready when you get there or expedites the process when you get there. Clearly it doesn’t do either of those things. This was a completely horrible experience and I will never park here again. This was my fourth time using Omni and the first time was good and then each successive visit was slightly worse until this time, which was completely awful. I would give this place 0 Stars. I reserved and paid online 3 weeks in advance. We had a flight on Thanksgiving Day. We Drove by they had a guy sitting in a car blocking the entrance with a paper "Lot Full". My husband was waiting for somebody to talk with. After 5 minutes honking the guy told us they were Full, we showed him the reservation he told us you need to call the telephone number on the reservation an cancel it. Just like that, and he left. Here is the nightmare was Thanksgiving Weekend unfortunately most of the parking lot were full. We start driving up and down looking for last minute self parking lot. This situation shouldn't happen if you have a reservation already paid business need to honor the service. First and LAST time. Don't reserve in this place n
Considering this is my second visit with this company I expected better service because the first time was pleasant and I had chosen to come back. However, this trip was not. I booked in advance and when I arrived, 3 hours before my flight, there were multiple cars lined up. I waited in line for about 45 minutes. That then turned into an hour before I was even able to speak with someone for check-in. That process went smooth but I had to leave my car with the key in it so they could park it. then the shuttle was backed up so that added an additional 45 minutes. Considering, the Thanksgiving holiday, I understood that it would be busy. Yet, most people booked in advance and they only had two people on duty. Flashing forward to pick up day, it's worse. Four people on duty and they do not know specifically where my car is parked. They have it on the lot but none of the cars are organized as they should be. Plus, some of the cars were double and triple parked. Final after an hour of waiting I decided to look around for my car because the staff was having trouble finding it. I walked straight to it and I wasn’t the one that parked it. I am very dissatisfied with the service on this occasion. Please do not choose parking here if you are traveling for the holidays.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I would leave zero stars if possible. Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly sketchy place. We made a reservation online for self park. When we arrived, the lot was a mess with cars everywhere, double and triple parked in every direction. We were told we had no choice but to leave our car and keys with them for “valet” service and they instructed us to just leave our car at the front of the lot with the keys inside and they would park it. I told the valet driver that my car has a safety feature and the doors lock after several minutes so I did not want to leave the keys in it. We were in a hurry to get to the airport so I left my keys in their hands and we got on the shuttle. They tell you it will be hassle free picking up your car when you return, however I should have trusted my gut. It took them over an hour to acknowledge that we were waiting and we were told we can go walk the lot ourselves to find the car, and the keys will be waiting inside. We did so, and our car was double parked with someone else blocking it. We were finally able to get help retrieving our vehicle, only to find that they had stolen my iPhone charger that was plugged in when we dropped the car off. The driver simply shrugged his shoulders. Sketchiest parking lot I have ever seen, do NOT leave your cars in their hands.
I would give this -5 if possible. Google needs to have a negative star. Do your self a huge favor and stay as far away from this POS operation. My regular place was all booked, so I reserved and paid for this place 3 days in advance. Drove up and they had a guy blocking the entrance saying lot full!!! He was very apologetic and genuinely embarrassed to be working for this worthless outfit. He implored me to write this review. I admit, I did read the reviews, which most were very negative. Every lot around was full and I had no choice, I figured having an advance paid for a reservation would be worth something. WRONG!! Worthless like this company. Bottom line, drove to my regular Airport parking Fast Park, they took pity upon me and let me in, this place is pure class, clean and covered.

Consistently one of the cheapest places to park in Orlando and always a good experience. The process of dropping and picking up your car is efficient, they have a small snack cafe, and a toilet. I don't even shop around anymore when flying, I just use Omni.
I've been calling for 40mins now to find out why my car is unlocked with the keys left in it. No one will answer. I have a smart car that comes with an app showing me where my car is and what's going on with it. I can't believe the do not secure the cars! Do NOT use this place. I used them several times in the past but now that I know they do not lock and secure the keys and cars, I will NEVER use them again.
The driver was kind
Poor experience overall. No one answered the phone despite logging 20 plus minutes waiting. Shuttle arrived after nearly an hour of waiting. Tried to take a taxi but they asked us to wait for the shuttle. Will likely consider fast park next time as they always seemed to have a shuttle getting to the airport.
This park and ride is the best place to park your car. The place is safe and cost friendly. The staff are really cooperative and they also have valet service. They take a shuttle from the place to the airport every 10 minutes. The shuttle also comes back from the airport to the facility. If you are in a hurry just go for the place. The place is close to the airport so you can reach the airport in no time. The shuttle is also spacious and your baggage are loaded and unloaded by the staff.
Great rates. Very clean office and restrooms. Only issue was upon returning they were not reachable to alert them to bring me to my vehicle even though they give you a link to use. Fix that and they're your best choice for worry free (uncovered) airport parking.
I had a great experience using this parking service! The staff was great and upon reading all the reviews about everyone waiting for a half hour I decided to give myself time and get there a half hour early! Yes I did wait but the lady behind the counter was courteous and offered me water while I waited. The lobby and bathroom was clean and modern. Upon my arrival back I did wait a few minutes but called the desk and she said she would notify the driver and he was there within two minutes! Pack your patience and give yourself time! It is a great value for the price!
10 to 15 minute wait for the shuttle when we dropped off the car when we were departing Orlando was reasonable. Upon arrival back in Orlando we got picked up within 5 minutes. Both drivers were fast and efficient. They loaded and unloaded bags from the shuttle. The only oddity was the dungeon styled restroom. Little too much black for my taste. On the "bright" side, pun intended, the plumbing was functional.
Good things: Polite, safe, good price and convenient. Bad things: shuttles don’t run nearly as often as shuttles from other lots and there is quite a wait to retrieve your car. Think they need a few more employees to make it efficient.
Waited 30+ minutes for pick up, when the van finally arrived, I was told it was full... once I got back to the parking lot, I was not only double charged and then refunded a partial payment, I was told that the "computer states customer has keys". I assured the team that I did not have my keys and that they did, but that game lasted over 2 hours while I waited. After emptying my bags and continuing to tell them that I in fact did not have my keys, I was given a rental to take home. I live almost 2 hours away. It took another 2 days for my car keys to reappear (confirming that I did not have them all along), and for my car to be returned to me. I was then told I would get a full refund for all the troubles, but that has yet to happen. The staff were kind and helpful during all of this, but the reality is, they have one job. Park your car. Keep the keys safe and get you to and from the airport. Virtually every single one of those things failed. First and last time I use them.
Amazing. Drive in and they’ll take care of you. Land, text to the number they already provide you with and voila, done.
UPDATE- 6/16/19, as much as I loved this place in my past experiences, not so much today. The shuttle service needs work. Drivers are great, but waited 40+ minutes for a shuttle to arrive after flying overnight for 13 hours. Not a great experience. I called customer service and there was a recording that looped at least 12 times before being answered by a human being. This place needs new management. Perhaps it has grown too fast and their operations has not been upgraded to meet their demand. Let’s see if our car is ready. I’ll edit if it is not ready.
My hubby and I were flying out of Orlando (we don't live there) and would be gone more than a week. Friend and family work schedules conflicted making transportation to the airport an issue. My husband researched everything from Uber to rentals both had rates we felt were unreasonable. So the next option was to drive and pay for parking. Airport parking is horribly expensive! So the search continued. My hubby found Omni airport parking via Way.com. A coworker had used the company so we decided to try them. We are very pleased! Check in is prompt, transfer to and from airport quick. Our car was well cared for and our wallet was no battered! Thanks Omni!
