Our experience was excellent when we went on our cruise out of port Everglades. The driver was nice. They loaded our luggage into the van. We went directly there and they dropped us right by where we needed to be to get on the ship. We were a little anxious about Whether they would be there when we got back because the cruise changed their dock but they were right there and only took about 10 minutes of waiting and we took off and got right to our car and we were out of there in no time flat. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to our friends.

We were very pleased. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. We are elderly and frail, and they were a great help with the luggage. We did not have to call for pickup; they were right there to get us. We were especially grateful after my husband left his backpack on the shuttle, with his passport and boarding papers. We might have missed the cruise, but instead the driver noticed the backpack still on the shuttle and brought it right back to us after his other drop-offs. Now that is personal service!

We were very pleased with our cruise parking experience. Shuttles were timely in delivering us to the ship & back to cruise parking. As it turned out, I left a small bag of souvenirs next to the bench where we waited for our car. I called the lot to assure it was there & then drove back to the parking lot to get it. They were now closed for the day but I was able to retrieve the bag. Very thankful!

The driver answered the phone when I called and told me where to stand for pickup. This parking lot was close to the port and easy to find. The staff loaded and unloaded my bags for me. No additional charge for transport (tips are graciously accepted) which took a load off my mind! For the price paid, this was a good parking option for our Holland America cruise. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and delivered us on time and picked us up in a timely manner. The downsides were the location in a very busy part of town and that it was open parking in a random parking lot and not very secure. Would I use them again, YES! Like I said for the price with the FREE shuttle to and from, it is a pretty good deal.

We arrived, had baggage unloaded, and were on our way to our cruise ship within 15 minutes! Pickup was also exceptional! I would have given 5 Stars except for 2 items that are easy to correct: (1) Finding the location to drop the car took some time as there was construction around The Dania Beach Casino and (2) the pickup area at the Port was not really marked and with thousands of people getting off the ship it was a zoo. These two can be easily corrected by better signs around the Casino and having a person with a sign on the Port pickup area directing customers to the right place. I would not hesitate using them again, though.

We used Park By the Ports Airport Parking for the first time and had a very good experience. Easy to book and pay online ahead of time and when we got there it was an easy process. We parked and was taken to the airport right away and it was only a 5-10 min drive to the airport. When we returned from our trip we called as soon as we walked out to the ground transportation area. We did have a 15-20 min wait for the driver, but he did tell me that it would take that long. Overall, everything was good and no issues with our car. Would use them again.

I am giving this 5 stars for its overall excellence and the attentiveness of the staff. The only drawback was that there was poor signage (actually, none) upon our entry to the parking lot. That being said, had we entered up by the tent, I am sure it would have been easier. I want to say they were very organized, considering the number of people and ships they were handling that day. The best was the pick-up at the port at the end of the cruise. The driver was walking through the crowd, looking for the orange sticker on our clothing! We were so grateful since the bus was at the very end. He immediately assisted us with our luggage and led the way to the bus!!!

Arrived with reservation in hand and was promptly registered and instructed to park my car and proceed to the waiting area. I didn't realize I could have dropped off my luggage at the tent before registration but it wasn't a big deal.
We waited about 2 minutes for the shuttle and were quickly on our way to the port. We were the last stop and from pick up to drop off was about 12 minutes.
Driver was helpful and courteous. He pointed out the pick up location for after the cruise which was also a smooth trip.

I will start off by saying I will definitely use this service again. However I did find the check-in process a little chaotic going from the booth back to the drop off back to the booth because we had to pay additional for our additional passenger, which we knew we had to do. I also found it annoying that every other week since I booked the reservation, I was asked to leave a review prior to my reservation. It's kind of hard to leave a review when you hadn't actually used the services yet. I would understand being asked after, but not before.
With all of that out of the way, I found the staff very nice and helpful! They were also quick getting us to and from the port, especially the from part when there were 5 ships in port at the same time, with everyone leaving at the same time. I will definitely book with them again, and would recommend others to book with them again.

Excellent, friendly and very efficient service. We were booked on a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale and decided to drive from home. I found this company by searching for parking and am glad I did. The check in was easy and the drivers took care of loading our luggage onto the shuttle bus then delivered us to exactly where we needed to be. We just had to name the ship. On our return we were picked up quite quickly (no call required) and again our luggage was loaded onto the bus for us. At the other end our luggage was unloaded and then backloaded into our car. Incredible staff. Since the moment we pull up to the security house we were greeted with a smile. The guy from the shuttle helped us bring all of the luggage down and he waited for us to go park the car and come back. Left our car with Park by the Ports while we went on a cruise. Dropping off the car and luggage was a breeze. The shuttle to the port was excellent. Driver did not race to get there or weave in and out like so many others. Very friendly too. Pick up after the cruise was just as great. All I can say is WOW. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is easy to get to and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I was stressed from my drive and was immediately calmed by the our driver. The signs in the coach indicate that gratuities are equally shared amongst the staff. Great service. They loaded our luggage. Husband parked card and was very pleased with lighting and 24 hour security service for the week while on our cruise. When cruise was over we called and within seconds our van was there at the port to pick us up and take us back to our car. They helped load our luggage and we did tip. Everyone needs to tip. Park by the Port was great. It was a little difficult to find, mainly because I missed the great big sign telling me where it was..... It is up on the 7th floor, safe from people coming in to quickly break into cars. I had to wait 4 minutes for the van to take me to the port. I had already dropped my wife and suitcases off at Royal Caribbean, so the ride to the port was easy for me. It took about 10 minutes, mainly because the others in the van were being dropped first at Carnival.
As for pick up, I was surprised at how quick it was. We walked off the boat, and I had my blue sheet in my hand, and someone, who was not related to the Port by the Ports, saw it, and told me which van to go to. He was exactly where we expected him. It took less than 5 minutes for us to be loaded and 5 minutes to get back and leave in our car.
Saved 50%. This is our second time with them in Miami. We will used them again.

Pretty seamless procedure. I had no issues, found it very simple to order my parking dates online, pay and then show up. They took me to the port, and told me where they would pick me up. And they did. All good...couldn't ask for me. But park as close as possible to the drop off location, as you are not taken to your vehicle. Just go get your car, and come back for your bags...they do hold them for you. All good. I'll use them again.

We were leaving for a cruise from Port Everglades and drove into town. The location was great and drivers were excellent. On the way one of our bags actually got picked up at the wrong terminal, but the driver was most helpful and drove us back to the terminal and stayed with us until we found it and wanted to make sure we made it to our ship.
The shuttle service is excellent and convenient and priced reasonably well. The lot is adjacent to the casino and I felt the car was very safe there. Highly recommend this and would use them again.

Parking with park by the port ended up being an extremely well oiled machine. We found it easily pulled in dropped our luggage got on a bus and were out at the port within record time. This is a very easy to use Port Everglades parking alternative. I pulled in, they unloaded the luggage, and directed my passenger to the covered waiting area. I then pulled forward to the trailer, and showed my reservation number. I was directed as to where to park, and given a paper to leave on the dash. You then self park your car, and it is a short walk to the waiting area, where shuttles were waiting to bring us to the port. Short ride, and they unloaded the luggage right by the porters.
When you have your luggage at the end of your trip, you just exit the terminal and follow the signs to the pick up spot. It was a short walk, but I saw a shuttle pull away just before we got there. I don't think it was 10 min. before another arrived.
Prior to booking, I emailed them with a question, and it was answered within a few minutes. Everyone was nice and helpful, from start to finish. Something which was nice to see these days.
I will definitely use this service again.

You may drop off luggage under a shaded canopy and then park your car before walking back to the transport van so you don’t have to drag your luggage to the van through the parking lot. I liked this. The lot offers ample parking but isn’t too crowded so you can’t find your car when you return. The staff is friendly and transport to port is quick. They take you right to your cruise ship. Pick up is just as easy. I’d highly recommend parking at this facility! I’d use them again.

It was very easy to park and ride the shuttle. I first drove past the place since the sign isn't huge, but realized immediately and turned around. We did have to wait for a while on the shuttle for some other guests to arrive, but we were fine on time. Just make sure you plan for that when you arrive. It was great to find a location where I could park for a cruise drop off AND airport pickup - we were booked on a repositioning cruise, and this was perfect for us. Although it was a bit chaotic on cruise embarkation day (there were a LOT of ships sailing out that Saturday), there was a shaded area for us to wait for the shuttle, and it didn't take long. Check-in was fast and the employees were very helpful. I was glad I could drop off our bags and my family before parking, because 2 members walk with a cane and I had to park at the furthest lane, which would have been difficult for them. Great experience. Drove up got out they took control of all the bags. We had a short ride to our ship. We where let out within steps of the entrance. If you need to fly or sail from Fort Lauderdale and you do not use them, you made the wrong choice. They are a very friendly Christian business that go out of their way to make your experience top notch. The prices are a third of parking at the port or airport and being so close to both only a short drive. The vehicles are clean, and they put your luggage in and out of the vehicle. It was pouring rain, and they were still incredibly nice. When we were leaving and returning, we might have waited 10 minutes at the most before we were off. They only put 4 to 6 people at a time, so it is not crowded. I just can not say enough good things, so needless to say, I will use them every time!

I was very happy to find this company. All in all it was a great experience. That the car was parked at a casino seemed to add to the sense of security. The only challenge, minor complaint was you offload your luggage before you park the car and then you get back to the front and a van driver has loaded all your luggage whether it was ready or not. TIP: ONLY offload luggage that is zipped and ready to go. They are NOT patient in waiting for you to park your car. If your companion is with the luggage they will load it up and zip off to the port. I understand everyone is in a hurry, but some of us don't walk so fast and don't appreciate the extra stress. Especially when it was HOURS before the sailing time. Fortunately everything made it to the ship intact but I was concerned on the drive over. The driver was a safe driver, I would like to see a bit more organization at the pick up and drop off at the parking lot. The cruise line had the system down pat. Park by the ports has a little room for improvement. I would certainly use them again as the price is reasonable and the service is good.

I was worried in the beginning about this place. Not a lot of write ups on the property. I shouldn't have worried. The place was run by very friendly, very professional people. From the lot attendant to the shuttle driver,very good jobs guys! The pick up after getting back was quick and very much appreciated. We will definitely suggest this location to anyone. We will definitely be using it again.

The ride to the cruise was a bit rough as we had to wait almost an hour before a shuttle was ready to pick us up, but other than that this was a great place to park if you’re cruising. The price was very reasonable and the ride back to our car after the cruise was seamless. We waited less than 15 minutes to get picked up at the port. All the staff were extremely friendly and hard working.

Always a great experience when we use Park By The Ports for our cruise parking. Advantages of working with this company include the lowest rates, having your vehicle parked in secure lot, shuttle service to and from the port, friendly, efficient service by the drivers who always handle the heavy lifting of your luggage. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for offsite parking. Turn around time for shuttle availability once you exit the ship is very quick. We've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up.

What a great alternative to parking at the port. These guys were very professional, attentive and quick to get us to our destination. And then again, after the cruise, returning us to our car. We felt our car was safe and secure in the parking lot. This was our first experience using Park By the Ports. We had no issues and would definitely use them again in the future.

We used Park by the Ports while traveling back to our home state for an extended stay and we were extremely pleased! The cost per day is more than fair and for parties under 4, there is no additional cost for their shuttle to the airport. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, once you check in they tell you exactly where to park and load your luggage into the shuttle for you. The shuttle itself was fast & efficient as you are only about 1.5 miles from the airport they get you there quick! We landed back in Fort Lauderdale New Year’s Day and we’re expecting delays on the shuttle due to it being one of the busiest travel days of the year. However once we called them, they arrived in about 10 minutes! Thank you to the amazing staff there for all of their hard work. Holiday travel is stressful, but these guys made it easy! We will be using them again in the future!

Parking was easy and quick. We had little to no wait time to get on a shuttle and head to the port after parking and we’re delivered right to the entrance to the port we needed. Coming back from the port, I called the phone number we were given for a shuttle pickup. We did have some difficulty finding the parking area for the shuttle but as soon as someone at the port saw that I was wearing a park by the ports sticker, we were quickly pointed in the right direction, after which everything went very smoothly. This was a good value for the cost and a service I would utilize again if driving to the port.

Very organized in getting us to the port. Not much wait to load and we had a full shuttle. We had a couple of stops before our ship but unloading other passengers seemed effecient. Upon on our return it took almost an hour to get back to our car. We waited a bit for a shuttle to arrive then waited more just in case more needed to get on then we had to reroute and go pick up more folks from another ship after we were already on our way to the lot. Wish the trip back had been as good as the trip to the port.

Whether you're taking a flight or a cruise Parks by the Port is the best option for off-site parking. Shuttles come very frequently. They are clean, and drivers are always available to help with luggage. I have used these guys 4 or 5 times, and my car is always safe and secure. The price is also a plus compared to parking at the airport. I highly recommend using Parks by the Port next time your traveling out of FLL.

We used Park By the Ports the first time for our most recent Cruise in April 2024, the process was extremely smooth and easy. When we arrived we pulled through and got the confirmation for our reservation, the staff unloaded our vehicle in the transit waiting area, I parked my vehicle, boarded the transit van while staff loaded our luggage and no sooner we were at our destination. Pick up was just as smooth. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. I do not have a single complaint for this business or any personnel we communicated with. Everything and everyone was fantastic and made the experience so simple. I highly recommend using Park By The Ports, they will save you a ton of stress and headaches. We will most definitely use again, thank you all at Park by the ports!!!

I have used Park by the Ports 4 times now and every time was perfect.. They are always on time to pick you up and the staff is always very nice. The shuttle van was very nice and clean. This time Brandon was the driver, and he was a very nice person, and even though my plane did not get in until 11pm, he was right there just like he said he would be.. Thanks... I will continue to use this company.. very appreciative of these guys, especially because air travel is chaotic these days and they make the parking part much more calm.

We decided to use Park By The Ports when we took our cruise in April. It was very easy and affordable. When you pull in, they have you unload your luggage under a canopy and then you park your vehicle. Once the shuttle is full, then you are driven to your cruise ship. There were 3 different cruise line stops for our group. Then when you return from your cruise, you go to the designated area for pick-ups and look for the shuttle. They load your luggage and take you back to the parking lot. Takes 20-30 minutes to get from point to point.

My experience was very positive. I arrived at the parking area, checked in, parked my car and was at my Delta terminal within 20 minutes.
When I returned from my trip, I claimed my luggage, called for the shuttle and I was picked up in about 6 minutes and on the road home in about 20 minutes.
As a travel advisor I will recommend Park By The Ports Cruise & Airport Parking to my clients as an alternative to the on site airport/cruise port parking options. They successfully passed the great service standard I seek for my clients.

We didn’t wait very long at port to be picked up after trip. We saw so many lines of people waiting for rides but no lines for us. Price was reasonable. We used this service for a week long cruise we went on. We had 2 cars parked with park by the ports. They got us to and from the port very quickly and the driver was super nice. We had way too much luggage and the driver loaded us all up and all 6 passengers without a complaint. My story was one for the age's. I was traveling outside the Continental US from the Fort Lauderdale airport and I was leaving my vehicle at Park By The Ports the entire time I was planning to be out. Long story short., I wasn't able to board the plane and Kevin the manager at Park By The Port understood my situation and not only sent a driver to pick me and my family up from the airport asap but also refunded me the money since I didn't travel.

Arrived at assigned time & check in took less than 5 min. Our bags were immediately loaded and we were off to Pt Everglades. The whole process took 30 min from arrival at Park by the Ports to arrival at the ship. Our 2nd time using this vendor. We never parked and used the Ft. Lauderdale port to cruise out of so were a little nervous. We looked at reviews and felt that Park by the Ports sounded good. It couldn't have been better!!! It was so easy to find & all the people working there were so nice. We felt like our vehicle was going to be safe which upon return it was. Drop off and pick up for our cruise was perfect with no long wait. I'd say maybe 5 minutes. We will definitely use them again.

Exceptional service! I recently used Park By The Ports for my 7 day cruise out of Port Everglades, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The prices were fair, and the customer service was top-notch. I truly appreciated not having to lift a finger – the entire parking process was smooth and hassle-free. I felt confident leaving my car in their secure lot, and upon returning, it was just the way I left it. Although there was a 25-30 minute wait for the shuttle upon returning, I was informed about this beforehand, so it wasn't an issue. I highly recommend Park By The Ports and will definitely be using them again for my next trip out of Ft Lauderdale.

I had a positive experience parking here. I had initially made a reservation at another facility nearby because their prices were very cheap but I hadn't read the reviews. As it got closer to my trip, I found some less-than-favorable reviews for the aforementioned place and decided I needed to cancel that reservation after what I read.
I then found Park by the Ports and noticed all the reviews were positive and felt much better about making a reservation compared to the other place. I had good experience parking- the area felt safe and secure, and everything went very smoothly getting me to the destination from the parking area, as well as on the trip back. I would recommend this place for sure!

We found the parking easily on our GPS. The lady driver was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us with the luggage even though it was very hot. We found her helping the other more matured travellers too with the same kindness. We would give her a thumbs up. The parking attendants were also very helpful and patient. Reasonable rates and great way to leave your vehicle before flying out. The shuttles run every 15 minutes to drop off and when you arrive back, just call and the shuttle is just minutes away to scoop you up. Highly recommend, great service.

I will definitely park here again. The customer service is wonderful. Park by the Ports promptly helped us out when we discovered the lot we had reserved did not guarantee a space and it was unlikely we would get one. Park by the Ports does not play tricks like this, which can destroy a vacation. Additionally we received a better price. Our car stayed with them for the entirety of our 128 day cruise and we returned to find it in perfect condition, except for the dead battery. The personnel were at the car within two minutes to give us a jump and get us on our way. A very good experience!

A most pleasant and convenient experience. We've used Park by the Ports many times previously for cruising trips. This was the first utilizing airport connections! Every time exceeded our expectations. Pricing is fair and service excellent. All employees were friendly and most importantly skilled. Our recent airport connection at FLL was great. The trip started within minutes after arriving and the return was the same. All we had to do was inform, Gary our driver, that we had our luggage and he picked us up promptly. Their policy is the drop guests off at their vehicle which saves a lot of time and lugging the suitcases. We're were on our way home in less than 10 minutes from the pickup. Gary was a super driver and offered advice as to the best routes available. We will use them again.

Top notch experience. Everything was well organized and stress free from start to finish. Parking easy to find, attendants provided clear instructions upon our arrival, we were quickly on the shuttle to the port, and dropped off at our terminal door. When returning, our shuttle was exactly where it was supposed to be, left the port fairly quickly and we were back to our car in no time. Great experience. Strongly recommended and we will use their services again in the future.

First time using Park By The ports for a cruise and the entire experience was fantastic. After getting to the lot, we were on the bus within 20 minutes and dropped off in front of the ship within another 15 minutes. Getting picked up at the ship to go back to our vehicle took about 20 minutes and in 10 more minutes we were on I-95. We will use Park By The Ports for our next Fort Lauderdale cruise without hesitation and the cost was MUCH cheaper than parking at the port.

I highly recommend Park by the Ports. They were very efficient. The prices were very good compared to the airport. When I returned and made the call for pick-up it took maybe 10 min for him to arrive. The only issue I had was arriving in the parking lot when I first got there, wasn't sure we're to go. I couldn't find the orange tent. I spent 10 minutes wandering around and asking people that I seen were to go, but I guess it would have been easier to just call them.

Coming from the uk I was nervous at first about using Park by the Ports for my vacation parking but after a quick email with a rapid response from them I decided to go ahead and book. Upon arrival they were courteous and polite. The parking was straight forward they helped with the luggage and we set off to the port within 15 minutes.
When we disembarked from the ship we waited for no more than 20 mins for the return to the car park. The driver was friendly and took all our luggage from us and we set off in comfort back to our car. The service was excellent and for a very reasonable price. We would have no hesitation in using Park by the Ports again.
