Cambria Suites provides fantastic service, facilities, and value. This particular Cambria was amazing and the way ALL employees went out of their way to aid guests was a notch above anything we have had this kind of pleasure. If you are cruising out of Ft. Lauderdale, you MUST book with Cambria, I emplore you! They will make your stay invaluable before, during, and after your booking. Enjoy your stay as much as we did!

I have stayed to every hotel on that block in the last 6 years when me and my family vacation. This time was a change and I must say the rooms are really well kept and refreshing. It was a pleasure to have stayed there and I will be booking again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The shuttle came to pick me up from the airport when I called. I got there super early and they were able to accommodate me into my room early as well, which was so gracious of them. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for my stay. I enjoyed the cable, and there was a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig in the room. The restaurant is open in the morning for breakfast until 10am, then not until 6pm for dinner. They also blessed me with a late check out, then got me a shuttle ride to the airport when I hadn’t scheduled it (if you know when you need to be there, schedule in advance!). I was very pleased and will stay here again if I’m in the area!

Great hotel! Stayed here before a cruise trip a few weeks ago. Nice, clean, large rooms. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Free parking on site. Rooms had nice separate seating / tv area in addition to the sleeping area. Nice well appointed and modern bathrooms with a really cool lighted Bluetooth mirror! I do wish they had complimentary breakfast. The staff downstairs in the little breakfast restaurant area seemed pretty miserable so maybe I’m glad they didn’t offer it free anyway. There was complimentary coffee though!

Very nice hotel, clean room and the kids love the pool. The highlight of our stay was greeted by lashandra (hope we spell her name right 😅)! She took her time to explain everything and was so welcoming.

Asha at the front desk was the best. She made every guest’s check in seamless. And also went above and beyond to give me suggestions of good places to eat in the area. I would definitely recommend!

We got a great rate for the area. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel looks recently renovated. Our suite had everything we could have expected, including a king bed that felt like we were sleeping on air! The staff was attentive and helpful. The bartender, Debbie, was a conversationalist and we enjoyed our time relaxing there. Fitness room and pool were great!

Nice Hotel in the cut right off Stirling and 95. The Suite had the bed sectioned off from the couch which I liked so someone watching TV wouldn't disrupt someone sleep. The place was very clean and came with a lot of amenities.

Everything was clean and in order and the best part was the guest service. The receptionists were very graceful and accommodating, even when we were a little bewildered in a city that is very big to us girls from Indiana. We actually were just passing through Fort Lauderdale and decided to stay at Cambria again on our way back home. You will most likely need to take a rideshare to get to an area with restaurants or shops or the beach, but we decided it was actually nice that it's a little tucked away from the action. We would go out for the day but have a quiet place to stay. And just a 10 minute shuttle from the airport, which is included. I did not catch her name but the receptionist with wavy auburn hair was wonderful.

The staff was nice, we had 2 rooms and they got us as close together as possible. It was a quiet location at the end of the street so no major traffic and right off the turnpike. It has a restaurant on site, pool and gym.

Wow. Waiting to check in and an argument broke out between 2 guests and the host. About laundry.

The host was wonderful. She is refered a couple places to eat.

They hotel was able to tie two reservations together so we could stay in just one room.

I stayed for a couple nights for the 1st time. Staff was friendly. No issues parking. Great location for where I needed to go. I gave 4 stars cause I've never stayed anywhere that didnt offer complimentary breakfast plus the coffee machine in my room was broken. Other than that I would definitely stay again. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

I stayed one night at this hotel due to a flight change. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were friendly and there were several amenities available. The room was clean but you could tell there were areas missed during cleaning. I thought the area where the hotel was located was a little run down. I would not feel comfortable walking around at night. The hotel is close to the airport which added for convenience. The hotel has a free airport shuttle if you have a morning flight. I left early, (7a) and the breakfast was not available at this time so I can't rate the food.

My family and I spent the weekend here and from the shuttle ride to the check in process. We were met with exceptional customer service. The wonderful lady at the front desk Ms. LeShandra, took pride in her work. She made us feel at home, she was very welcoming and friendly. Her customer service was amazing. This hotel had comfortable upgraded rooms and it is not the only hotel I would stay in whenever I’m in Fort Lauderdale. If I could I would give this place 10 stars!

Spent a month here. Girls at front desk are great! Very friendly and helpful! Rooms clean, housekeeping cleans room every 3rd night unless you ask for it more. Debbie is great at the bar! Food is good, little pricey! Washer and dryer for guests works good.

Very nice room and facilities. Well kept and clean. My food voucher was quickly redeemed before I knew it, before I was checked-in. But that’s okay since I used it all up. However, the breakfast left me unsatisfied; since it was $10 + tax I expected better quality. The fruit cup was $6 + tax and that too wasn’t good, for the price I expected it to be better. But food and voucher aside, it was a good experience. Nice shuttle driver and security personal

This is an impressive hotel that won't break the budget. The common amenity areas are modern and very nice with a very high end feel. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Keep in mind a mandatory $100 refundable deposit is enforced and must be on a card, not cash. This is part of Choice Hotels who also owns the Comfort Suites facilties, but Cambria properties are Choice Hotel's new high-end competition to other more pretentious, swanky brands. And an FYI, it was about 25% cheaper booking directly through the hotel website than hotels.com or Expedia prices; keep an eye out for seasonal promotional rates much lower than one would expect.

Upon arrival this new hotel was amazing. Jordan at the front desk set the tone from start. Arelis your hospitality was on point and over the top!! Nick the bartender you are a true professional at what you do as you made the best vacation a person could ask for with your excellent service and advise of entertainment. Kim thank you for kindness, along with Pierre and entire housekeeping staff ensuring clean manicured rooms. This hotel is extremely clean from top to bottom. JT your hospitality nailed the rest of our stay.

Bed was very comfortable, airport shuttle was prompt but sounds like only available until 10:30pm? Breakfast is available but costs about $12 per person. Hotel was clean. Snacks available for purchase in lobby. Took SAS shuttle to Miami cruise port.

Pros

The front desk was extremely nice. The lobby is really well designed along with the hallways. The room had a microwave and good sized fridge. The bed was clean and comfortable. The ac worked really well. I also liked that the front entrance had a mirror and outlet so that two people could get ready at the same time.

Cons

The breakfast was not included but the problem was that they only have one person working on it. She cooked the food very well but it took a long time for just four people to get food. In our room the couch and chair had so many stains that we asked for towels to cover them up. The bathroom fan didn't work so the room was very moist. The phone also would ring but we couldn't answer it so we unplugged it. The bedroom only had one light and all the lights in the room were different temperatures. The dinner was ok.

Fantastic experience. The hotel looks new. Our bedroom had everything we could have expected, including a king bed that felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.

Also we used the shuttle to go to the airport, which we didn't realize they had. That was a nice surprise. The shuttle was free and effective.

Clean and comfortable. The pool was on the cool side, but was a decent size and the hot tub was nice also. Front desk clerks were extremely helpful and pleasant. Food and drinks in the bar area were fairly priced and very good. Debbie in the bar is delightful. Very friendly, professional and efficient. Our Room was a decent size, clean and perfect for a couple nights before our cruise. Great bang for your buck. The only downside is the lack of nearby amenities- gas, groceries, etc. not much within walking distance.

This year I added another brand to my options of hotel properties I will visit. I added hotels by Marriott, e. g. Residence Inns. . . . My weekend excursion to the Cambria Hotel Beach deserves five stars. I truly appreciated being booked into hotel suite Room 511. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. I also enjoyed the privilege of having an on-site restaurant and wet bar with a nice selection of wines.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days while my apartment was getting work done. The hotel is nicely updated with colorful artwork throughout. Morning and 2nd shift staff are incredible! They really made us feel like we were right at home. They remembered my name and room number and when I had to come back because the work wasn't properly completed at my apartment, they gave me my same room back and had it sparkling for us when we returned.

One thing that was unfavorable was the toilet in our room wouldn't flush properly. At one point I had to use a plunger I got from the front desk that they had in their office. However, when I had issues again at 6am the last morning I was given a very different guest service experience than previously received. The girl was very short on the phone with me telling me I had to come down and get the plunger myself. So when I did I came down to her in her pajamas behind the front desk flirting with golfers who were staying in the hotel.

After all this this says she doesn't even have a plunger (without looking) which I  knew to be incorrect. When I asked for a new room because my husband would be back from work to sleep at 8am she said no, they were sold out. So I asked her to go and look for the plunger because I knew that's where they got it from before. She scoffed and then took her time walking to the office while humming a condescending tune. After 30 seconds of not looking she returns and says she can't help me until security gets here because she can't find it.

As an extra icing on the cake she tried shaming me in front of the golfers she was chatting with by telling me not to raise my voice. (I wasn't at all, I was half asleep and barely talking above a whisper). Then she went on about her flirting like I wasn't even there. I received the plunger 40 minutes later from a very kind staff member.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel.. pretty close to the FLL airport and the staff did their job well with the room. We had to check-in a bit late and they were well informed in advance and they had a staff working at the reception when we arrived which was late midnight…

For a quality hotel and the price we paid, it would have been better if we had complimentary breakfast included

The hotel is decent, rooms were clean, hotel looked cleaned overall, public bathrooms were clean. Good location. Staff professional. Only 4 stars because the food is overpriced and not complimentary. One issue was the pull out sofa bed mattress needed to be changed out and it was done very quickly. Transportation is a must if you want to eat out, nothing closeby except a subway sandwich shop in

walking distance. Otherwise the stay was good. Would stay there again.

Stayed here before my cruise - it was very busy but the staff was great and very helpful. Could use a bit of a makeover in the rooms as you can tell they get a lot of use. Bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet.

Bar tender was excellent - we had a lively chat while watching the football playoffs.

The only reason I won’t give this hotel 5 stars is because there is room for improvement… like the 2nd tv in the living room are not updated the sofa bed are old and uncomfortable and the carpet I would preferred a lighter color or preferably vinyl floor throughout…. What I love: the staff is amazing, everything it’s closed by. Shopping, dining, market, pharmacy and much more. I stayed here several times while visiting family, we like it so much we became members.

Overall a nice stay! The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities that were readily available. Only 15 minutes from Downtown Fort Lauderdale which was convenient. The staff was friendly, check in & check out was quick, and parking is free. They have a $100 security deposit which I didn't know of until arrival, so be prepared when you check in. The only reason I took a star away is because the pull out bed (from the couch) that we had in our King Bedroom smelled disgusting when we pulled it out. We ended up just closing it back and not using it. Other than that, everything was great!

Very nice hotel only stayed for a night. The layout of room reminded me of a home away from home. It was very spacious. The only con is that the elevator was really slow.

1 night stay here in a 2 BR suite was fine for my family of 4 the night before a cruise. Pickup from FLL was seamless. Front desk allowed early check in as soon as room became available. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They gave us menus and we ordered Italian Chicken Parm and baked ziti for us, pizza for the kids. Hot tub was closed for MX, but kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel will arrange contracted transportation to Port Everglades for $15pp (Uber is cheaper if you schedule ahead, but not wise on demand to to surge pricing). Hotel will grant a 1-hour late checkout which was quite helpful with our boarding time. Very pleased with our experience.

I very recently stayed for 2 nights (Sat. & Sun) and for my rate, (Vet/Military discount...$109.+ tax for a King Rm, 2nd floor) this certainly deserves 4 stars from my point of view. I found the room spacious, the King bed comfy and the bath room better than OK. (plenty of towels). The one irritation is the 1/2 shower door design that allowed for plenty of water to make it on to the bathroom tile floor (sloppy, uncomfortable and a slipping risk for older people, like myself). The location is just off I-95 in Dania Beach, FL and the location is very peaceful and quiet. My best marks would go to the Front Desk staff (during all shifts). They seem well trained in customer service and were a great help in the small concerns that I, as a guest, asked of them. On the negative side, I would complain that as a Choice Hotel chain property there was no complimentary breakfast (most in my experience do). They do have a kitchen with an eating area but the food is very basic and they serve the food in a styrofoam food holder even if your eating in the restaurant area. Plastic plates would have been preferable or even real dishware and flatware if they want a better motel experience for the guest. One last thing, I had trouble communicating with some of the housekeeping staff as they literally could not speak or understand a word of Enlish. One would expect that staff could communicate with guests and vice versa. To sum up; room rates are better than what you would expect for this level of hotel. More value for the dollar. The hotel is fairly modern and the area is safe and serene. A few minor flaws aside I would rate this as one of my better Choice Hotel family brands stay experiences.

I travel to Ft Lauderdale at least once a month usually for a few days . Cambria is Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed for the $. I’d like to add that Deborah the bartender /server is a huge asset to the location. The food is better than what some restaurants offer . The cocktails are either a little high priced for the size of the cocktail. Overall a good experience and I’d recommend and plan to stay here based on the current conditions.

Stayed here for 2 nights after a cancelled flight. Having stayed here before, I had certain expectations, and was a little disappointed. The lobby and hallways weren’t particularly clean, and you can tell that the maintenance isn’t what it should be. The formerly beautiful hotel isn’t quite what it used to be. That being said, the rooms are large, and my room itself was very clean. The breakfast seemed expensive for what you get and didn’t look particularly clean or appetizing, so I decided to skip it. All that being said, the staff here more than made up for everything else. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I wish I had gotten names because they were all fantastic and kind. Thanks for a good stay.

All staff were helpful, kind and friendly! When our shuttle we had a reservation with was late, the wonderful person at the front desk called another shuttle for us. Also, working with Laura, the guest service person in charge of groups was fantastic! She was quick to respond and so very kind! I would use Laura and this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Thank you for your helpfulness and kindness!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel that started from the check in process with Alejandra. The rooms are clean and comfortable and having a Keurig machine and small fridge in the room was a bonus! The location suited our needs perfectly as we needed to be close to the airport. The five star review is primarily based on the caring and accommodating staff. This is not always easy to find these days!

We walked down from the Comfort Suites for a cocktail and some wings, we were so pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Debbie, the bartender was cheerful and friendly to two tired travelers! That makes all the difference and sure will be the place we come back to when we have flights out of FLL! Thank you Debbie for your smiling face and friendly service!

I recently had an event at the Cambria Hotel and it was amazing. The meeting room was clean and spacious. The hotel atmosphere was inviting and welcoming and the staff were courteous and very helpful. Laura Estrada the Sales Director is amazing from the beginning to the end of the event. Overall If you’re having an event try the Cambria Hotel.

Service & staff is great. I like how it’s kinder ducked off from Main Street but not too far away from highway. There’s a restaurant that serves breakfast but you have to pay for. There’s also snacks that can be charged to the room. Only wish the Hot tub was working. They also have a workout room. Hallways were clean and it’s a nice setup inside rooms. I also had a great view.

My flight arrived at 11 am and it was quick and easy to request their shuttle service. We arrived to the property and were greeted by Dom, who was so pleasant. She informed us that our room was not ready, but offered to store our luggage and suggested places to eat. There are lots of eateries and shops located just a walk away. We relaxed in the lobby until our room was ready. We were able to get in before 3 which was a plus, considering how busy they were. Our room was clean and properly stocked. Their terry is so soft! Nothing like you typically get at hotels. And the water pressure was amazing!!! Loved the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Bluetooth mirrors in the bath. We had dinner in their restaurant, which was great. The bartender/server did a great job. I will stay here again when coming to town for a cruise.

Definitely roomy. There was enough room to sleep 3 or 4. Was not pleased with showering area. Overall, it was comfortable. There are other amenities like laundry, exercise, restaurant and pool on the property. Shuttle is available to and from airport. Other stores are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was professional and helpful.

We stayed here overnight prior to embarking on a cruise. The room was very nice and well-maintained. We had a great supper with a few drinks from a very friendly bartender. We were able to get a nice shuttle at the appointed time in the lobby. The only problem we had was ordering breakfast where you have to order at the front desk and then go over to the grill. There were no announcements as to whose food was ready. This could be much better organized.

The rooms are decent sized but they don't repair broken things. They just patch over or leave them there.

The restaurant server/bartender is by herself. When it's busy good luck getting a table to eat without having to fight for it or wait at a dirty table for her to bus it.
