Very nice, spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very large. Large closet, plus additional storage. I loved that the extra bed was a Murphy bed in the wall with a real mattress, versus a fold out hide-a-bed that is always uncomfortable.
The bar area downstairs is very nice. There is outside patio seating. They have a health area and a market.
I wasn't keen on the gate for parking, but once you go in and out once it becomes automated.

Stayed overnight before an O'Hare flight. Nice accommodations and we were able to leave our car for the week while we were on vacation. Is close to the airport so constantly heard flights coming in. If you are sensitive to noise as you sleep, bring ear plugs. Would definitely stay again for the convenience.

Rooms are nice. But the suite I was in felt cramped and the walls are thin. U can hear patrons in other rooms and doors closing. Staff is nice as well. Beautiful lobby. Dimly lit. Modern look with a darker color scheme.

Nice room, clean, and the biggest bathroom I've ever experienced for a hotel room. I really liked that there was a door to the bedroom from the living room that could be shut and a separate entrance to the bathroom off the bed room as well. Bed room and living room both had big TVs. Living room had a sofa bed. Nice arrangement.

This is a good hotel. The rooms are large and laid out well for comfort as well as business. The location is right near O'Hare airport, which makes travel accessible. The staff are reasonably friendly, too. Nothing stood out during my stay and perhaps that's a good thing.

Check in was smooth. They charge for on site parking. It’s convenient for airport. Rooms and hallways are dated. Having small kids take shower was a challenge due to the way shower and bath tub are separated.

Fast check in and friendly service. The room was nice and cozy with good air and heat. They have a workout room and a pool and hottub. There is also a little bar where you can also get something to eat.

Conveniently under 10 minutes from the airport. The suites are relatively spacious with useful amenities (microwave, fridge with freezer, and small sink in the living area).

Stayed at this hotel on our wedding night 25 years ago so we came back for our 25th anniversary.
Obviously, they have remodeled and there were no records of our original room number but the staff was kind enough to put us in a room with our anniversary date as the room number!
I had an arrangement delivered as a gift for my husband and it arrived before check-in and they kept it stored properly until we checked in and they delivered it to our room.
Finally, we had the pool to ourselves and not only was the room nice and warm but the pool itself was warm and their towels were warm even after swimming 25 minutes! This made up for the fact that the hot tub was out of order...all is forgiven!
Final question...if we live to reach our 50th anniversary, will this hotel still be around? Food for thought!
Thanks, Marriott for sticking around so we can celebrate and enjoy our 25th anniversary!

Nice and spacious. I booked 2 suites for the family but I we could have easily gotten away with one. The host at the reception desk, was very nice and got our rooms next to one and another (very helpful when with kids). Most of the staff was wearing a mask except for the morning receptionist, she was without one - very surprising. I think parking at $38 is a bit high. Other then that, good experience.

If you are looking for a good hotel close to the airport, that is my recommendations. Nice big and clean rooms, good gym, indoor swimming pool. Nice bar. Fantastic service on the reception.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The only problem we had was with one employee. We had interactions with probably seven employees during our seven day stay. Everyone else was so nice, polite, and helpful. This man however (I do not know his name) we did not have a single pleasant interaction. Even with those interactions, we will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Chicago.

The room was clean and comfortable no worries there. Though we only got 2 towels for a room capable of sleeping 6. The biggest detractor for me was the lack of clarity on charges. For context, I stayed here for a large convention where the room rates were negotiated to some extent with the convention. The frustration was we were given a few different totals before arriving at the hotel and hand planed to put the total charge on one of our cards. Instead we each had to check in separately and have each of our cards charged for the total amount of the stay as a hold. On top of that when one of our roommates got to the hotel the day after the rest of us checked in and they were told they could not check in anymore or validate their parking as they were no longer on our reservation some how. In the end we had many frustrations with the process for payment and check in

Got one of their rooms for a convention at the Hyatt.
A bit annoying to walk 15 mins to the con, but it was just 2 road crossings.
The hotel itself though: FANTASTIC.
Like, the photos make it look a lot smaller than the rooms actually are.
Pricing was great; room large, modern, and clean; loved the bathroom; full proper Murphy bed.

Good hotel near ORD. Not luxurious but enough for a quiet stay after/before a long flight. No breakfast if you book with points, that's just how Marriott operates. Rooms are a bit dated and worn, but it's clean and everything works. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby, so overall a good choice. Only bad thing is $32 for overnight parking. But, hey; Marriott isn't a charity, right?

I really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Suites O'Hare. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was beautiful with a lot of amenities. I really like the outside seating options that were available. I ordered extra towels through the app and they were never received. However, Adam handled my request efficiently and provided great customer. He gave me information on the hotel and what it offers which was very appreciated. The location was perfect for my husband and I and the proximity away from the event we were attending in Schaumburg and downtown Chicago. There is an outlet mall down the road and dining options in the area. My only complaint was that some of the room was slightly dated and needs to be replaced (i.e. carpet) and the parking was congested and confusing. I was actually charged twice for parking but thankfully the issue was quickly resolved.

We booked parking here while on a two week vacation out of country and returned back in states to a vehicle that would not start. The building engineering employee working evening shift (Fritz), tried to both charge and jump the car, going above and beyond for us. We ended up spending the night when it would not start and scheduled for a tow in morning. When tow arrived and also tried to jump start, 3 Marriott employees also came out to give assistance. So very kind of all to want to help us. Eventually it did start - they saved us a trip to dealership. We were blown away wi the their willingness to pitch in. Happy to be part of Marriott Loyalty Plan!

I was disappointed with this Marriott hotel. First, the website shows a beautiful pool and amenities. When we got there, that wasn't a pool or the amenities. I asked the front desk staff what's going on with the pool, and they told me the pool had been closed for more than a year. We asked for one room with 2 beds, and they gave us a room with just a queen bed, a totally unpredictable situation. My friend came with two kids, expecting the kids to be outside on the pool. Well, they spent the whole time inside the room, complaining about it. Nightmare for any parent at this point. We checked out immediately and found another hotel less expensive and great amenities for us and the kids. We came back for the Aesthetic Medical, "AM" training booked in this awful hotel, I just sent an email to the AM organization, asking for a new hotel for the next training classes . I'm totally disappointed 😞. We spent more money than we predicted for this weekend because of this hotel fake website.

This hotel helped a bad experience in Chicago become bearable. We were stuck in the city for 3 days with flights canceled during a layover because of thunder so we didn’t know what to do. They sent a shuttle to pick us up and offered a late checkout because we got to the hotel very late after waiting in the airport for hours. They recommended a pizza place that was opened and had the food delivered to our room. The room was clean and spacious, the room had a king bed and in the living room we had a murphy bed, and a sofa bed. A very nice view from our room and nice pool that we had to ourselves. If you ever need a place to stay near the airport this is your place, I would stay here anytime. Thank you for all you did for us Marriott Suites!

While traveling for the MFF event that was hosted at the nearby convention center towards the end of November, with most hotels closer to the convention center being fully booked, this hotel had plenty of availability, and given it was all suites, I decided to book it so a friend and I could stay here. The hotel got the basics right: a nice, clean room, a comfortable bed, and a fresh morning breakfast. Given that my friend and I only spent the nights and mornings within the hotel, having a full suite was overkill. Still, the extra space was excellent, especially having a full sofa to sit and relax after a crazy day at the convention. The service, for the most part, was good the whole time I was in the hotel, minus the hotel always taking over an hour to respond to direct messages. Still, given that the front desk sends these and there’s usually only one person at the desk, that would explain it. I found the bed incredibly comfortable and slept very well; I was actually quite sad when I had to leave and return to my mattress. However, there were some permanent stains on my sheets, which I feel is unacceptable for the price I paid. However, I could tell the bed otherwise was clean, and the sheets had been laundered, so it still passed. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth over the entire stay was one breakfast staff member. The lady there on Saturday, December 2nd, was rude and gave my morning a poor start. She seemed more focused on leaving earlier than the scheduled breakfast closing at 10:30 than serving customers. She rudely told us that we could sit anywhere, and I also heard her telling a guest that she wouldn’t split their bill because she didn’t want to run 4 credit cards. Our server was amiable and ensured we were cared for throughout the whole meal. I also found that the breakfast was lacking in both selection and quality for the $23 price that was charged. However, the food offered at dinner was excellent, and both Gio and the other waiter/bartender were great. Overall, as a hotel for a convention, it was a great place, not in the craziness of MFF, allowing for good sleep, but still within 15 minutes of the con so we could take as many breaks as we needed. The added convenience of the shuttle (both the convention-provided and the hotel-provided airport shuttle)was also a big perk for this hotel. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience. I will certainly consider rebooking the hotel for the next time I go to this area for a convention or general travel.

I'm giving this 4 stars ONLY because of the price. The room itself was gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for better service. The guys at the desk bent over backwards to get us into a room after the reservation was messed up on Booking.com

I visited Chicago as a single woman just looking to get away for a few days. I arrived to this hotel and although there were a few bumps in the arrival - no fault of theirs - the overall experience was so pleasant and so stress free.
The room was perfect for me, I had a microwave and a fridge big enough for snacks and drinks for the week. Daily room cleaning was a huge thing, it was nice to have clean towels! The tub and separate shower were also very nice, I used the tub a lot for relaxing! Ordering DoorDash straight to my door was the most convenient feature of all, how cool is that!
And regarding the staff… every single person I encountered was SO pleasant. Now I know most of the time people will write reviews when they’ve had a bad experience, but I’m here to rave about this place and how they took care of me! Thank you guys for a great place to stay for the week, I look forward to returning! 💕

This hotel has always been consistently good. I was somewhat disappointed today when i returned to my room hoping to relax prior to flying home, only to find housekeeping cleaning it up. I was positive that i signed up for late checkout and confirmed that i did when i returned to the front desk. I understand mistakes happen and it will not keep me from staying there again. I will make sure they know about this the next time i request late check out!

Really really nice rooms - clean, comfortable and spacious. I almost felt bad about only staying one night. It feels pretty close to a home experience - there was a mini-kitchen and comfy living area, with a bedroom on the side. Shower was easily one of the better ones I've used, hated to leave it.

From check in to turn down, a great experience. The staff here is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. After my flight was canceled and came here unexpectedly, they gave me an upgraded room “just to make my day better”. The food at the restaurant was very good. (I got the tacos, too, but ate them so fast I forgot to take a photo.) Bed was comfy and room was quiet. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

They was so nice. I had to leave a review twice. Peter and Natasha at the front desk gave wonderful service, quick on time, Professional, clean hotel room. Great suites right next to the airport. If you in town for a night, definitely hop in the Marriott Chicago O'Hare suites. You won't regret it.

So I never write reviews ever. But I just had to write this to compliment Adam and Peter who work the PM shift. I can not tell you how much they Both went above and beyond to help me solve my issues. Professional, helpful, and kind hearted individuals who truly showcase good values and kind spirits. I'm hoping a manager sees this review and promotes these two men. They are exemplary staff and have bright career paths ahead.

I flew in on a layover and decided to rest between stops. The service at the Marriot was great. Very respectful and courteous from the receptionist to the amazing shuttle tide to the airport, provided by the hotel (YOU STILL SHOULD TIP). The shuttle driver went above and beyond and ran around for exactly 120 seconds because that he was on a shuttle rotation and it was the only time he could spare. I'm so grateful for the great experience. I need to come back to Chicago for more than a layover next time! Thank you Marriot Suites.

The rooms were cleaned comfortable, the shower was nice and had good water pressure. I found the beds and pillows to be very comfy and can say throughout my entire stay I always had a good night's rest. Just be aware if you are a light sleep you will hear the planes coming in for landing as you are about 10 minutes away from Chicago O'Hare International Airport.
While I was there I used the pool which was nice and quiet considering I didn't switch from UK time so was away from 5am. Opened at a good time (5am) was clean and for the most part always have towels available. My only issue was the ladders to the pool felt a it loose when entering and existing and on the past day (around 7am) there weren't any towels. But again I feel this is me being picky.

Beautiful hotel, just right on the path of the airport where you hear the planes coming in & taking off all night. You won’t get much sleep!
Lost one of my ear pods, left on front table or nightstand & when calling their lost & found…good luck, they said they looked around the room, but they never asked or listened when I tried to explain, I wasn’t all over the room with the air pods just specific areas. Anyways they responded too quickly when called, so I know they couldn’t have went in the room to look around for them. $70 later, to replace the pod, I will be sure to double check my belongs. I don’t usually lose or leave things behind. It just would have been nice if they had went to the room in an effort to look and not just respond from their routine cleanup

Large 2 room suite with double bed and large sofa. Small desk. 2 TVs, shower and bath. Kitchenette with microwave. No kettle.
Situated close to Chicago O'Hare airport, this hotel is aimed at the traveller about to travel /just arrived overseas. Rooms are spacious. Car park is large, but there is additional cost for parking.
No room service is provided. There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

Very nice rooms. Only issue is that they don't make up your room everyday. For the price they could at least do that. They also charge for parking. If you research their website eventually you will see the information about the room cleaning, but you have to look for it. We will go back as it's one of the cleaner hotels in the area and convenient to O'Hara and Norwood Park.

Intro: this could be one of the best Marriott’s if the front desk staff (that one guy) had a better attitude.
Pros:
-fantastic location that is close to the airport
-easy parking. I prefer their parking versus the valet and having to wait because the parking is confusing
-the food is amazing. The wings and the chicken has so much flavor and the cooks are spot on. Also the bartender is really nice.
-my room had so much space. I didn’t feel cramp and the bathroom was really clean. The housekeeping was very nice as well.
-the hotel is quiet and the main traffic doesn’t halt you.
Cons:
-the guy that checked me in seemed like he didn’t want to be at work at all. The way he talks to people was not the most professional
-they need a little more restaurants around the area, but the internal marriot kitchen does very well.
-it would be great if the parking garage allow the key card to be used.
Conclusion: recommend definitely one of the best I have stayed in.

Everything is beautiful and amazing. When you enter from the parking lot, everything has a system and is very organized and clean. Upon entering, the welcoming area was very neat and beautiful. The staff were very helpful with every question and assistance. When entering the elevator, it was very smooth and eloquent. The hallways are also very clean and the design and unique. Now the meat and potatoes; the room is amazing, clean, new, spot on clean, 2 TV, one for the room and other for the sitting area. the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower. Overall, it was just amazing. 10/10. In addition, had a shuttle service as well, so amazing.
