Staff was great, we were kindly greeted upon arrival. However, the room was dirty. There was hair all over the shower. The jacuzzi was dirty and also had hair all over it. I had to use a rag and soap to clean it because it was just gross. And the worst part was there were FAKE NAILS in the towel slot. That was completely unacceptable. The room itself was great; it was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was just horrible.
Spotless. We had great stay. Our stay was comfortable during pandemic. Masks are required and everyone had on at all the time.
This was a disappointing stay. I called ahead to see if the pool and workout rooms were available and was told they were. We booked for a good price and showed up to be told that both rooms were closed and had been since March. Walls and carpet had stains. There was trash left behind the bathroom door. Not up to what we expect to be Best Western standards.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to these hotel expecting a nice stay from driving with a jacuzzi whirlpool but it was not at all what I expected. When I made the reservation it cancelled and I had to rebook upon arrival. The woman at the desk was nice enough to give us the same room. We got upstairs and me and my fiancé began to fill the tub and get ready for bed. I went to go get the food and when I came back we noticed a roach on the floor dead. We packed our things and went to the desk the woman told me I had to wait till morning to speak with the manager around 9. I called she never answered I have been calling and everyone who has answered has said she would be in later or to call earlier which I did. I am still waiting on the manager to come in and return my call because this was completely unacceptable.

Very nice front desk employees but friendliness does NOT help if you miss your flight because your your wake up call doesnt arrive. (tank GOD for my cell phone alarm)
IF YOU WANT COVID AND A SLEEPLESS NIGHT STAY HERE.
To start, I walked in and the girl at the front desk had no mask on, I asked why she's not wearing a mask, she said they wear masks, huh? Then I saw nobody working there with a mask on, and people walking in without masks. Train noise all night, broken TV, doorknob, chair, dresser, just a dump. They will be closed by Best Western within a year, pathetic.
On sept 26 late late in the evening around 10pm. I was suppose to stay at this hotel, reservation booked over the phone lady number one spoke with took my money over the phone due to there being limited amounts of rooms (NO CANCELATION POLICY WAS INFORMED) $102.00 charged. OKAY FINE! never had intentions on canceling my reservations due to a personal family matter that came up, lady number two I spoke with stated "that is fine that I cancel the manager should be okay with that and your money will be refunded" OKAY FINE! (STILL NO CANCELATION POLICY EVER TOLD), calls back speaks with same lady number two "okay mam your refund has been issued" okay you hangs up. Calls back second lady "mam your card was never charged" I explained yes it was I have my bank statement showing it was in front of me, I asked to speak with a manager she was not there, I was given an email for the manager to send the bank statement to days go by no reply. finally I get in touch with MARIA (manager) days later. she told me I could not have my refund due to there policy in which previously I WAS NOT TOLD. employee number two said I would get this back. now the manager is being very rude as I am telling her my situation and hangs up on me. Days go by I am trying to get the situation resolved before I take it to corporate. Well now corporate is involved mind you I made a previous review on google for this experience. On the phone with corporate they click back over and tells me the manager named (MARIA) "will refund you your money if you delete your bad review off google" WOWWWWW THIS IS CORPORATE TELLING ME THIS!! calls maria at hotel she states "delete your comment I will refund you" okay whatever comment was deleted, would like my money back because I never stayed there and was unaware of the policy, and your employees should not be taking money over the phone, reservations!! here is the 10th day my bank has nothing about my refund so at this point I don't care about the money. but a complaint with the BBB has been filed againt this hotel and maria. also took it further with my lawyer. So be aware of this poor customer service and professionalism

Great place to stay with clean rooms and helpful staff.Our housekeeper disinfected our room make us feel that we are safe in the Best Western in Franklin Park.Very impressed.

I had a family member who fell ill. We didn’t want to risk checking into a hotel. We called explaining this and they still charged us a $106 cancellation fee. They’re not understanding to customers circumstances at all. Would not recommend.
Checked out the room with the Jacuzzi in so my boyfriend could enjoy a nice soak as normal tubs are too small for him. The room was good for that aspect! The room was clean, the carpet could use an update as it’s older. We did see them deep clean the main area hallway carpets while there so that was a good sign. They didn’t have breakfast which could be due to Covid. We were on the side by the Mannheim road and the windows are not sound proof so if you don’t sleep with background noise you may wake up to all the semis driving on the road over night. The staff was friendly and helpful. There seemed to be an odor of cigarette smoke in various areas from the hallways to room even though the hotel is listed as smoke free.
The place is nice and quiet and provides great place for the money.
Fairly comfy beds, saw a strange looking bug in the bathroom. Good customer service, excellent continental breakfast. Room setup is weird. Bathroom lights are outside of room. Ok place to stay for 1 night. Kinda sketchy area tho
I rate this hotel 0 stars. Staff at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She refused to accommodate me and my husband after spending over $250 to stay there. The rooms were mediocre with the rugs coming up. The whole experience was overall the worse I've ever witnessed. Do not recommend anyone to stay here or waste their money .
Me and my girlfriend where looking for a place to stay for the night. We were a long way from home so we would have had to sleep in the car because we are both not 21 so we kept getting turned away by hotels but they let us stay with a promise that their would be no partying. Its was really nice and the bed was amazing.
Great value for money! Great location with easy access to trams. Small, but it had everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The girl, Nora went above and beyond to get us from the airport back to our room! Honestly, one of the best places we have stayed for the price, great room, and your staff! We called and made arrangements to get a room right after we landed. When we arrived 30 minutes later they tried to increase the price. After arguing they gave us the original price. We were told there was a shuttle running back and forth to the airport every hour on the half-hour. When we needed the shuttle they said the driver had gone home because nobody needed a ride. They had to find someone else to drive us back. The shuttle is free to hotel and back to airport at the end of your stay. Otherwise it is $10 per trip. Had to ask for a receipt. The room was clean bed was comfortable. The business center computer has no printer. Don't recommend.

The room was the most basic of accommodations and I'd recommend bringing a sleep mask if you need darkness, *BUT* the staff was exceptionally friendly. We did a "park and fly" and left our car with them for 3 weeks. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great, the car was where we left it, and we'd definitely use this service again. Seamless experience with no stress other than a funky a/c unit and a very bright room.
This placed surprised me. Its a dated building but very clean and staff was better than some of my stays as Hilton Honors. This staff even calls within minutes of room arrival to confirm al is in order. Diligent in airport shuttle service...staff was on point
Busy, close to airport, very commercial area, could hear train whistles at night. Hotel building is old, so the walls are a little thin, but each area and the guestrooms have all been updated. For my purpose, the location was fine due to convenience for the several places I needed to visit. Some people might not like the neighborhood. Front desk staff vey caring and helpful.
The staff goes over and above to make sure you have what you need; they even sent their shuttle to pick up our dinner from a local restaurant—at no charge (of course, we gave the driver a tip). And, the breakfast bar is one of the best I’ve seen for a continental buffet. Very clean, and abundance of offerings (waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, English muffins, sausage, potatoes, etc.). Room was large and well appointed. Absolutely no complaints—a real value for the money!
We stayed only one night in the jacuzzi room. The room was nice and spacious. Clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tub. Big enough for two people to comfortably relax in. The location is decent. The limited snacks in the lobby was a bit disappointing after a long drive from Wisconsin. But it's located a block away from a convenience store so that is nice. The breakfast in the morning was really good and we really appreciated the late check out options. It helps not having to rush out in the morning especially if you have a later flight. We look forward to our next stay here!
I have a customer near by this hotel and another in downtown. I been coming to here for years, the room and the services always nice， the breakfast always hot and fresh. 15 minutes to airport also a plus too.
If God permits, I will continue to stay here.
We did the stay and fly package. I appreciated the breakfast being available at 5:30am. At most hotels, the breakfast does not start until 7am and we are not able to eat before we fly out. To have breakfast before we left was wonderful. The shuttle drivers both to and from the airport were great and quick. The man at the front desk was super helpful and nice.
The breakfast in the mornings was nice along with the free parking. However, when we got to our room the dresser was in really bad shape and the wardrobe was broken. The bed was super hard and I could feel the springs on my back. The lighting in our bathroom was also terrible. We had our do not disturb sign on the door and when we came back to our room it had been “cleaned” anyway. While we were in the parking lot we had a woman bang on our car window who appeared to be roaming the streets and asking for something. When I called to get answers on the way I was billed no one really had answers for me and kept prompting me to someone else. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again but I’m giving it two stars for the nice employees.
I was concerned about staying at this hotel because pictures did not look that great. This was one of the best Best Western hotels I have stayed at. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was very clean and room was nice. Beds was very comfortable. If if had to say something negative--the only thing I did not like was the lighting on the bathroom mirror. I had an early flight and they even made sure breakfast was ready at 5AM so I could have breakfast before the hotel shuttle took me to the airport. I was PLEASANTLY surprised by this hotel and will certainly stay again when in the area
Quick and easy check-in with kind and efficient staff. Variety of warm breakfast items if you have time to sit down. There are quick bite items to choose from if you are in a rush. My wifi access was speedy and easy to access without any fuss. Definitely would stay here again.
