Would give no stars if I could
I had reserved indoor parking. When I picked my car up it had been parked outside. Could tell because it was clean when it was dropped off and had been rained on. When pointed out, manager offered to refund about half the difference in the parking rate between indoor and outdoor parking.
Found out they drive the cars several blocks to a parking lot.
The van used to take you to the airport was in such bad shape that it was lucky to make it.
Waited a long time to get picked up at the airport to get back to their lot.
They do not pick you up at the airport. However, they do not bother to tell you that. You have to walk a long way for you to meet your driver rather than having the driver coming to meet you. The lack of professionalism is staggering.
I have used pride several times before and have noticed small things when I returned to pick up my car but nothing worth fussing over. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went on a weekend trip and when I got my car back there was mud smears all over the front floor and instep of my car. There was a huge screw in my tire and my car appeared to have been driven while I was gone. I contacted the manager (who I thought was going to be apologetic) and explained to him what was done to my vehicle and he just brushed me off as I was just another angry customer. I explained to him the damages to my vehicle and offered to send him pictures and/or bring my vehicle back to him to physically see what happened. Bother he declined and offered me a $20.00 refund that he would mail to me. That never happened. When I called back to speak with him again he wouldn't take my call or call back. After several attempts calling I can no longer get through the line. Whenever I call it goes straight to a busy signal. This place is cheaper than a lot of parking places near O'Hare but they will not take care of your car. You get what you pay for I was always told that. Don't be cheap like me its better to just take an Uber or pay up to park. Dispicable place and t no one here has any customer service skills. How do you ignore physical damage to peoples cars that wasn't damaged when they left it in your care. Not only am I out of the $40.00 for parking but and additional $45.00 for tire repair and cleaning. Could have just given that all to wallet park. Horrible people here. Pride parking should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I could post my pictures so you all can see.
WORSE PARKING FACILITY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS (Please be Careful)
Made us wait outside the airport for 2 hours. In the first hour did not pick our call and then after calling 60 times made us wait for another 1 hour to pick us up from the airport terminal 5D.
Also, when we parked our car we requested to put our check out time as 4pm since our international flight was landing at 2pm. But they changed it back to 2pm saying they consider flight time. I had no problem with it so i said okay.
After all the drama when we reached there and complaint about everything they told us that why did we put check out time as 2PM.
AT THAT TIME I ASKED THE GUY ... DUDE WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING THESE DAYS.
To get the best price order online . They offer a nice service that I was able to use. My attendance gave good directions on how to find the parking shuttle bus pick-up area. At O'Hare Airport the walk to the parking bus pickup area was farther than I expected.
