amazing staff hands down wonderful accommodation great prices do not stay at the Best Western across the street you will be losing your money. Manager on duty was amazing she's awesome I checked in around 8:30pm Super 8 she's with this hotel needs to bring it to the top If You Hear What I mean.

Great place to park for extended travel at the airport. No overnight stays required and below market prices for that area. 1.5 miles from the airport and super friendly staff.

Very affordable even during the All Stars event. Wear shoes or at least socks in the room, the carpets are in need of shampoo, typical of an.inexpensive accomodation. Cleaning staff did a good job but didn't replace soap or shampoo.

Staff were super accommodating and friendly. We requested an upgraded room before we arrived and they made sure we had a nice room with the amenities needed for a 5 day work trip. The room smelled clean and the area was quiet. The shuttle service to the IX Center was an added perk and our shuttle drivers were super friendly. Our heat was kind of in and out and they offered us another room to switch to but we decided to stay in ours.

Despite some of the 1-star reviews, my husband and I booked a one-night stay here over the Christmas weekend. The facilities are a bit run-down and there were cigarette burns on the blankets, but it didn't personally bother me. The two front desk ladies I interacted with were helpful and friendly. No signs of bed bugs, mold, or anything that would concern me. The walls are a bit thin and the coffee was what you'd expect of a 2-star hotel, but if you're just passing through and not looking for a lavish, luxury experience, but rather a place to sleep and take a shower, then this hotel is just fine.
