My overall experience staying here was great! I don't remember her name but I had troubles connecting my PS4 to the wifi because for some reason the login page and Sony's browser just aren't compatible but anyways the lady at the desk gave me the number to call which was really helpful. Here in California they probably would've told me they didn't know or there was nothing they could do. Even when I checked in I was greeted with open arms and smiles! PS the light switches are hidden under the lamps I had to ask where they were lmao

Clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Delicious restaurant with amazing servers. Pool was freezing and sauna door didn't seal so it doesn't heat up much (those amenities are why i chose this hotel) so i was disappointed. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

The number one reason I’m giving this a five star review is because of the customer service. I had a less than pleasant day and was struggling to find a place to stay. When I was finally able to get a room AJ was there to greet us. She was extremely helpful and kind even though it was clear she was over worked and struggling to keep up with all the calls, customers, and restaurant orders. She did it all! She is what makes this place great. Other than her it’s just average rooms close and convenient to airport. Thanks AJ, I hope to see you again soon!

Tina, the front desk person was the friendliest and most accommodating employee I've ever come across at a hotel. She made sure to go above and beyond to ensure our family enjoyed our stay to the fullest potential. I don't know if she's a manager or not, but she definitely deserves a promotion if not. The staff was nice. The room was nice. The shower felt great. I couldn't figure the heat but I should have called them. So I was a bit cold. I couldn't figure out the lights in the room either. Still tho. It was a nice room. I feel like a second stay there would be even better. I'm sure of it. And it was the night of the storm and the driver was excellent and got me there safely.

This is a full service hotel, and I didn’t know what that meant exactly until we stayed here. The front desk Receptionist was super nice & helpful. Mr. Alex was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Very helpful & informative. He was great, and treated us like family.
Same with Shauna in the Restaurant, she also was amazing! Made sure we were good and kept checking on us. Took time to chat, even tho she was busy. Much appreciated from all aspects of Customer Service from the employees here - they need raises. They are wonderful!
Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

We went there for a day stay. The room was decent. I did find Marijuana buds INSIDE the water reservoir of the Keurig. Wasnt upset about it, but very surprised. When I told the staff they handled the situation very professionally. It was a nice quiet spot to spend several hours away! Good price too!

Not bad but expensive when you just need a place to lay your head before a flight. Not really close to the airport either. Front desk service was very nice (Twila) and so was the shuttle driver (Leo). There was no toilet paper in my room. Odd!

Shuttle service not great. They say they run 24 hours a day every 15 minutes but we waited in the freezing cold with only a light jacket for 45 minutes before we called then they sent a shuttle driver 7:30 AM. Had park and fly so they did have room for us to check in and room was very nice. They didn't offer the free breakfast even for the inconvenience of having to wait for the shuttle in extremely cold. When I booked through their reservations I explained I wanted the free breakfast since we were flying the redeye all night and would be sleepy and hungry when we got there. They said it would be $10.95 per person for the breakfast. Seems like the least they could do is give us a breakfast since they didn't work shuttle like they said they would. If you do use this hotel make sure you don't rely on there shuttle promises and call when you are ready to be picked up. There were other hotel shuttles that came 3-4 times during our wait for our shuttle.

Very clean, and smelled clean. The room was quiet. Front desk staff were super friendly. Would have loved to give this place 5 stars, but the mattresses were not great. One bed felt tipped to one side, and the other didn't have the same problem but still didn't feel very comfortable.

Stayed one night for business. The property is older (looks like it used to be a Holiday Inn at one point) and could use some updates (particularly the bathrooms) but the room was clean and bar/restaurant on site was good with good service. Would stay again.

While searching for a hotel in Cleveland Ohio every single one I looked at had AWFUL reviews! Bed bugs, dirty floors, broken showers, absolutely terrible.
I finally stumbled across the Crowne Plaza, a 4.1 star hotel on Google. The reviews for this one weren't great either! However, I decided it was the best fit for me.
Upon arrival the hotel was easy to find coming into town. The parking lot was large with a lot of open spots. The front desk agent Brian was FANTASTIC. Best customer service I've ever had! He helped me to find a luggage cart right away.
My room was BEAUTIFUL! Upon entering the bathroom was on the right. The tub/shower was very clean and all of the amenities were included. The bed was huge and 10/10 for comfort. There were also two chairs and two desks. The window was massive and had blackout curtains. There was also a refrigerator included in the room, and the microwave was located in the lobby.
The hotel also has its own Italian restaurant, available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also had a full bar. Near the restaurant is an amazingly large pool as well.
My experience at the Crowne Plaza was definitely a 10/10 and I would be happy to stay there again!

Hotel is definitely a hidden gem we just ran into some issues with not being able to find a bathroom near the lobby , at least 1 elevators was out of order. The pool water was a perfect temp not cold at all. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Never got to try the breakfast nor the restaurant but it looked cool.

Dan the bell man met us at the Airport and picked us up in the shuttle. There is not a kinder human I have met in a hotel stay. He was kind professional and courteous. We for in late and he offered to get us anything we needed (we had two small kids with us) he really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
There was a issue with our booking and front desk solved it without a hitch. All and all a 10 out of ten would recommend and will be staying again. As long as I can book around Dan's work schedule.

Here for a Military Ball. Our room was on the first floor, King bed with a balcony. Very tall ceilings and roomy. The room definitely could use some updating. The walls had paint peeling, sliding balcony door didn't close all the way, so their was a draft, and the lock needs replaced. The lock was just a hand made lock, that could easily be broken. No view from the balcony, slightly private. Definitely could be updated. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom of any hotels I've been too. Especially with the size of the room. It could use some updating and cleaned better. The elevator was out of service, so we had to take the stairs. Not fun, in a long dress and heels.
Nice restaurant and full bar downstairs. Didn't get to experience, but looked very nice. Few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall good place for park, sleep and fly. Walls are paper thin so you hear whats going on next to you. Was charged more than we were quoted when we made reservation. Shuttle was good for most part. Returning was a runaround, shuttle didn't show up when we were told it would be there so we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our ride back.

Wife had an early flight from Hopkins so decided to stay night before. Several choices in the area but decided on this. Glad we did! Very clean and front desk staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. Beds very comfortable. Many amenities including a bar and restaurant on site. Seems a bit stuck in the height of the pandemic era, IMO. Things have changed for the better. I hope their service reflects that moving forward.
Otherwise very good stay and would recommend to travelers passing through the area.

My company booked us here. I had read the reviews and concluded that this place was going to suck. I was pleasantly surprised. It's actually a nice place. The shuttle driver was friendly and answered any questions we had about the area. Hotel staff was also helpful and courteous. The rooms are small but decent. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. There is an on-site restaurant/bar. The food is actually pretty decent. Very friendly waitstaff. Overall my stay was very pleasant. I really can't understand why the reviews were so bad?

Stayed on the 4th floor, had a clean room and comfortable furnishings. Super friendly front desk and the cleaning crew is thorough and punctual. We visited the restaurant once for the breakfast buffet and again for a late drink, excellent on both visits. I will stay here again next time I'm in town.
