I would only recommend staying at this place if you do not care about germs. For almost $80 for one night, the room reeked of cigarettes and mold, the toilet paper in the bathroom was used from the person before, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower that are complimentary were also used, as the bottles were half empty and the seals were broken. When I unfolded the “fresh” towels after my shower, there was someone’s jet-black, long and curly pube hair inside the folded towel where I was just about to dry my face. Good thing I showered with sandals! The worst part, we found a cockroach crawling on the TV stand!!

Awesome place to spend the night.

They're sold out during the summer and that is a good sign

They're a few minutes from the airport so it makes it an ideal place for travellers to spend the night.

Made this reservation on expedia, but upon arriving at the location, we quickly decided that we were not going to stay. We did not get a refund but it was worth it going somewhere else. When we drove up every balcony was occupied by a person leaning over on the phone, seemingly waiting for something. Very suspicious!

Next time we'll read all the reviews!

My husband booked this place because it had breakfast, fridge, and microwave. We get to the hotel and the first thing I check is the bathroom. It smelled like urine near the toilet. The blankets were either stained or ripped. I felt disgusted sleeping in the room. We sanitized everything ourselves. But there were stains in the jug they left for us even near the microwave. And the breakfast? It was two types of cereal with no milk. Will never come here again.

Reservation booked through Hotels.com over a month ago. Arrived to check in around midnight for a few hours of sleep before an early flight. Cocky guy behind the counter nonchalantly tells me “wasn’t a guaranteed booking and I don’t have any rooms.” No sorry, no oops we overbooked. Nothing. Stranded in a city with nowhere to sleep after again, I booked it a month ago. Moral of the story? Don’t bother with this inconsiderate dump. A phone call saying they were overbooked or SOMETHING from Hotels.com could have been helpful. They are a substandard system and it shows. Won’t mess with either of these companies again.

Horrible smell of weed outside and in the hallways. The bathroom was disgusting. The bedroom:

horrible bedding (stains on the blankets)

Floor had stains and trash

The bedroom door didn't want to lock I had to wiggle it to lock

Pillows were flat

TV remote was disgusting

The bed felt itchy and hard

Don't waste your money coming here. Pay a little extra for a better hotel.

Close to the airport but no airport shuttle actually running. When we opened our door several other doors opened too and we were asked for a smoke. It smells strongly of cigarettes in the room (we booked an non-smoking room) and there are cigarette burns on most surfaces & the rug. It’s the sort of place where you feel like you’ll be more dirty when you get out of the shower. Lots of yelling in the halls and trucks coming and going outside the window. If you sleep like a rock you’ll be fine. We skipped the continental breakfast because we didn’t trust it.

Gets 2 stars instead of 1 for the location, price and the DD next door. Will probably spend a couple extra dollars next time.

Spiders, lighting didn't work, open drains with centipedes crawling out, old pillows, metalbbed base (?) and decor especially dirty carpets. Basically Not "kid Or family oriented". However This Could be a Great Upscale, Boutique International Lodging w greater cash flow @more desirable and safe place if your hire a desigb-build team to bring in modern, low maintentance Finishes. Easy to Sanitize during a Pandemic Near An Active Airport

For a cheap hotel, it's not bad. It is dated and the bathrooms are really small. The rooms have AC and the some of the beds have cigarette burns on them. The room also has a microwave and mini fridge. The staff is really friendly and there is a good gas station next door with subway and dunkin donuts. This is good because there really isn't much of a breakfast. If you are a drinker, the gas station sells booze until 0200. The front desk told us the homeless come in and raid the breakfast. They have ample parking so you don't have to walk far to your room. With cheap hotels come the caliber of guests. Expect broken bottles and parking lot parties. A woman asked my fiancee and I if we smoked and she already had a lit cigarette. I'm guessing she meant pot, but with both of our jobs we can't do that anymore. I wouldn't mind sparking a doober but hey, I got responsibilities.

This place would be a fine budget pick if the walls weren’t so thin. I could not sleep because I could hear 2-3 different tv programs people were watching at a time. I thought there was commotion outside for a while before I realized it was Indiana Jones. I’m writing this absolutely exhausted and beyond frustrated... shell out the extra 10-20$ if you want to sleep.

Rooms need higher cleaning standards. My room smelled like cigarettes. Side tables were burned up. At least this time my fridge was clean and there wasn't a frozen rag in the freezer.. Even so freezer was froze over due to the door being broke. Those ac filters need to be cleaned as well.

This place is a joke, you might as well call a cab or Uber for there park and fly! I thought that was the whole point, called 8 times to get picked up in 1.5 hours after my long flight back. I watched every hotel but Quality Inn pull up every 15 mins like clock work. Even ask another hotel how was traffic and how many busses they were running and the said 1 bus and no traffic issues. Will definitely tell who I know flying out if chicago to steer clear of this place or you will be late for something.

Employees with no masks coughing on everything! This place is disgusting I wouldn’t let inmates stay here. The night clerk behind the counter seemed sick. The rooms were filthy. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!

The website says they have a shuttle to the airport but they haven't had one for nearly a year. The cab was $25. The room wreaked of smoke. The people behind the counter didn't wear masks. The "free breakfast" was literally cereal and peanut butter crackers. Cigarette burns on the tub. The heater was 6 feet off the ground with no way to reach the controls.

I think the guy at the front desk is high. I called a week ago and they told me the airport shuttle isn't working. Also today I was told there's basically no breakfast. Maybe cereal. I'm welcome to go to Dunkin donuts I was told. Ice machine is broken on third floor, there's no elevaror. Also, I called to request a room with a fridge and was told it already has one. I come in and the guy has no idea saying I have to pay for an upgrade and he can't do anything.

The whole place smells like weed. Don't come here. This is like the motels you see in the movies.

I had two big luggage I was alone and I ask if there is a cart for the luggage or can someone help. I have someone back issues and no man with I can’t carry luggage up and down the stairs plus they don’t have Elevators .

Front desk clerk was rude spoke to me disrespectfully. Was not willing to accommodate. He didn’t even hold the door for me I was struggling to get out from front desk

The location and the staff at this place were top notch. It's very close to the airport, and their drivers are quite friendly. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful and quick to provide details. The room was surprisingly large, but it is clearly fairly old. Everything is fairly worn, but it gets the job done.

Stay away from this place!

I mean it! This is the MOST TERRIBLE place you can find!!!

They charged us $30 for checking in 2 hours earlier (check in is at 4pm), where all the other hotels we've stayed in didn't have any problem with an early check-in if room is clean (ours was "clean").

The room didn't have a coffee maker, not even a pen, no extra pillows or blankets (all of that is 2star hotel standart). Light switches didn't work.

The "breakfast" was a joke. Cereal and bitter coffee, oh, and crackers. They called it "continental breakfast".

The shuttle we requested the night before, it was on time. The personal was friendly and helpful. Those are only 2 things we liked.

Customer service was fine, but the hotel was dirty and had bedbugs. I woke up the following day after sleeping here to find a ton of bites all over.

It served its purpose for us to sleep. The toilet continued to run unless you jiggled the handle, the bed was hard and the pillows were super flat. But I will say that the manager was awesome! He got our shuttle set up, was very talkative and shared great stories about Chicago and his own experience from when he went to the cubs winning the World Series parade. He was great! He definitely made me feel comfortable and I felt better staying there because of him.

Surprisingly right next door there is another Inn (where we ended up going) that was twice better for $10 more than what we've paid.

Clean rooms. Not as cosy but worth the room rate paid. Friendly and helpful day time receptionists (both the old and the young lady) the guy receptionists on night duty was not as helpful or friendly. Coffee and cereals available at the lobby all time of the day. They provide free airport shuttle services. The shuttle drivers are great, very informative and friendly.

i stayed for 3 nights and the TV in the room never got connected to any channels. As mentioned the rooms are ok it needs an upgrade of redoing of the rooms to up the standards.

Overall a good experience and good stay.

Just wanted to call out a few of the earlier reviews I've read that seem to be expecting a 4 star hotel at a budget 2 star price. Best things about this hotel are its proximity to the airport and FREE shuttle, clean rooms, responsive staff and budget value. Yes, it is a little older in design and furnishings, and also in an industrial area, but it's great value for money and perfect for those overnight lay overs in Chicago.

Poor facilities, poorly trained evening staff, not very knowledgeable of nearby area.

Not very clean, stain mark on rug that looked like someone was killed and the stain was bleached out.

Nice place, close to the airport, but I couldn't hear any plane noise. The only thing I didn't like was that my room didn't have very good water pressure. Other than that, it wasn't bad.

The smell of smoke is infused within the walls/room/hallways. No matter how hard you try, nothing makes the smell bearable. It’s safe to say that sleeping on the floor might be better than sleeping on the bed, if you ever want to know how it feels to sleep on a bed that feels as close to a bed of cement. This is the right place. Bring your own pillows, the pillows here are for chihuahuas, or pugs. The price might be more cheap than surrounding hotels, but I would definitely pay the “little bit more” price than come back to this place again. Definitely not worth it.

Well for a hotel really close to the airport its okay... The beds were clean and the bathroom was pretty clean, but the carpet was not great. There were weird spots where it was wet and gross and it was like that when we got into the room. The AC unit worked, but it made the room smell really bad. If anyone was smoking outside, the AC unit pulled all of the stench into the room, making it have a nasty and disgusting smell everywhere in the room.

Cheap, no-frills hotel a short way from the airport if you are looking for a place to park for the night. It is dated, and looks like it was remodeled but some time ago, but perfectly serviceable for what you get. And a free shuttle service is here, which is great.

Hotel shuttle services really sucks, to and back. Stood there waiting for probably 45 minutes after calling, and would’ve had to wait another 40 to get there before I called a lyft. But the room was very clean and the check in was easy. Beds are nice, and the air does its job. Overall, better than I expected for the price I paid

Smelled like weed was growing downstairs. Consistent smell never got worse or better. Holes is the bathroom wall. Bathroom doorknob was broke and did not lock. Closet door fell off and was broke. An employee walked in the room while we were changing. Ice machine was broke. Sign said that checkout was at noon, they started calling and harrasing 2 min before 11am. No elevator.Small, tight parking lot with hardly any parking, had to park at different hotel.. Beds were so uncomfortable.

Smoked some weed and got naked with a babe. The bed was really big but also sounded like you were jumping on an old metal filing cabinet when you rolled around on it. Brandon slept on the floor and we didn't tell the front desk. Thanks again for everything Jess. Youre the best. Don't make me regret writing all of these.
