This place is mediocre at best. My room was big but the toilet handle hangs half off. Seems like there's no insulation cause you hear everything from the street and your neighbors. There's a "cafe" but no food. And they don't care about privacy here at all. Room service opened the door as they are knocking to check and see if I was still in the room at 8am. When I called the desk to confirm what time us checkout, they apologized and told me to put a do not disturb sign on the door. Insinuating it's my fault I got walked in on. And there's not even a do not disturb sign anywhere in the room. There are definitely better hotels with better service than this one. Don't stay here if you can help it.

we were satisfied with this hotel as it was in close proximity to our family. The front desk staff was helpful, professional and informative. We enjoyed the free drinks and the breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool.

The room having a separate bedroom was great. Hopefully the rooms can be updated in the near future.

Pros: Good location, good hot breakfast included, very nice personnel, spacious rooms. Nice jacuzzi.

Cons: Very old property that needs renovation, you can smell humidity in the rooms. Housekeeping service is only available from 5 night stays.

Cheesy little place. Definitely needs a remodel and fast. I appreciated its closeness to the airport and the (2) free drinks at happy hour oh yes and the free breakfast. Otherwise 2 stars.

Someone’s broke into my truck. I checked in yesterday august 19 about 9pm I choose this hotel because it is closed to the banners university hospital. Where my father has been admitted. I told the front desk lady that I was worry about my truck and she told me to park it behind the hotel because they have cameras and they were able to see better at the parking lot. Which I did. Then, this morning I noticed that my truck was broken and everything was stolen. I called the police and I was told to do the report on line that it was not an emergency (which is true… we’re fine) and I went with the supervisor from this hotel and she told me there is nothing they can do… that they’re not responsible of anything being stolen. Not even to show me the cameras.

this is what happened to me … there is nothing on my hands I can do to get my stuff back…. But I just wanted to write it so you can be aware ….. and what to expect during your stay in this hotel…..sincerely Adriana

Michael and Ashley in the front were amazing/great customer service. The room wreaked of smoke, rooms are VERY outdated. They def need a remodel.. The person who brought extra towels was not dressed professional (being an embassy you would think it would be more professional), towels had a couple stains, sofa bed was almost as flat as a pancake. Won't be coming here again. Thanks Ashley and Michael for being professional and having amazing customer service skills.

Very nice check in woman was able to accommodate me. Designated smoking areas. Laundry facilities across the street. There's a cooler at the check in desk with some alcoholic beverages. Deposit added at check in refunded. Jacuzzi, pool, restaurant open. Breakfast. Quiet.

I liked the Embassy Suites on .

The room was very nice and clean. The outside - beautiful a green. And the staff was very helpful. Over all it was one of the best hotels I've been to in a little while. I had a great stay!

The staff and service at this hotel were very good. The location was good as well, close to freeway, Starbucks, dunking donuts and other food places. Also a gas station across the street was helpful and near the airport.

The room was large enough and had good amenities, however, it needs to be updated! I didn't think the room was cleaned as well as it could have been. There was crusty stuff on the end table and a black mark on the sheets. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly. The room was just old and outdated. The website clearly states FREE SHUTTLE. Because after all the hotel or should I say motel says airport in the name which the shuttle should be free. When I called to schedule the shuttle he told me I have to pay $15.00. I have stayed with The Embassy about at least 25 times in other states and cities and this is the worst. The name definitely needs changed. I will be going to corporate.

DON'T STAY HERE! Especially if you want to use the pool! I went to complain about too many people at the pool because around 10 I noticed 20 or more people leaving the hotel. I figured that someone staying let them in and no one was watching to ensure this doesn't happen. The supervisor informed me that they have a thing called resort pass where people can come just for the day. She also informed me that 40 or more people paid to use the pass. What about people staying over night? How are we supposed to use the pool? Hotel price was expensive for what you get and room was not great! I definitely wont be staying here again and I advise others as well especially if you want to use the amenities.

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites, this was more like a run down motel you would find in the middle of nowhere. The price was outrageous! We booked not seeing the hotel and when we arrived we were shocked, but it was too late to find another hotel. The bathroom door didn't close, the balcony door didn't open properly, the room door didn't close without slamming it. The shower curtain was hung incorrectly, so the entire bathroom floor got soaked while showering. All for the price we've stayed to stay at superb hotels.

We checked in, saw our room, and immediately went down to ask for a refund. The lady at the front desk deserves 5 stars for her hospitality, but the room and facility are a 1star. She was gracious and gave us a refund without question. We are Hilton Honors members and this was not like any Hilton we have stayed in. This is the worse Hilton Property we have seen in our 20 years of traveling.

The door has a large crack underneath it (you can see outside), outdated decor, ripped carpeting, it was warm outside and AC could not keep up. The location is questionable. The area looks run down and bars on the windows of businesses nearby. Makes you wonder why?!?!

Again, this is not a reflection on the staff, just the property.

The staff were great but this property is in great need of an update. My room smelled of smoke and mustiness. The rooms are dimly lit and the carpet is quite worn. My bed was comfy and the pool area is quite nice but as I stated my room was a disappointment. It caused my allergies and asthma to flare up on the second of the 4 days I was there.

The hotel staff are wonderful. Location is nice close to the freeway. That is where the good ends. This hotel is ancient of days. AC doesn't work. Wall paper falling off. Doors are crooked. Bathrooms are small. This feels more like a motel 6 than an embassy suites. Stay away.

Very nice staff, comfy beds, and good shower for an aging facility. We did notice a bit of ceiling mildew in the restroom. TVs were modern and all other amenities were in place. COVID-era bagged breakfast was ok, and included a bagel to toast and fresh yogurt. All in all a good stay, but looking for an upgrade soon to keep the Hilton brand.

The first room they gave my sister didn't have a television at all. The television in my room didn't work, no heat and there were dirty socks in the room next to the bed. Makes me wonder if the sheets are clean. I'll be up all night because I don't feel comfortable sleeping here.

We use this location to host work events out of. Their staff always has our rented space organized and ready to go. They post signs to direct our guests and are always very accommodating with changes. Susan is very prompt to emails and phone calls and is always able to make changes when needed.

I was able to stay at this hotel for a personal reason last weekend and enjoyed my stay. Our room was clean and well stocked. The grounds were picked up and the parking lot was near by for all of our luggage carrying. The front desk gal was very nice and answered all of my questions due to changes with Covid-19. The rooms aren't fancy and updated, but they are large which was very nice when traveling with our toddler.

Thank you for a clean room and a comfortable bed to sleep in at night along with great customer service. It is nice to know when we host work events that our customers are in a clean and safe environment.

Wish I had asked the name of front desk gal

She was awesome. Property was pretty clean but not impeccable. There is a car wash outside of our room which was noisy until 10 pm. Noise began again at 6 am.

Hot tub was awesome!

Loved the accommodations. Two rooms, kind of old-school vibe. Large armoires. Tastefully decorated.

Room was very outdated but was spacious. I recommend closing the pool around 9 since the sound echoes into the rooms. We were woken up numerous times from the noise. It finally stopped around 11pm after security got involved. Also, our room was on the street side and you can hear the traffic all night.

Kelly was incredible and very understanding. We will not be staying here again.

Nice staff but the rooms are dated and in poor repair. I believe people are living here full time. Their reservations department is still promoting their cook to order breakfast and evening reception but they took it away months ago. Stay somewhere else for less with a better room. We paid the few extra dollars for a nicer room and free breakfast and lost out on both 🙁.

Excellent service and hotel. I also want to give Kelly from customer service a compliment for going out of her way to get a cellphone that I left at the hotel back to me at no cost!! I am sorry I didn't get her last name but I assume she works in customer service. We will be staying at this hotel again when we visit the area again

This location is far from embassy suites standards. Looks more like a low budget hotel chain. Concrete stairs chipped and cracked. One elevator broken. A/C can't cool room. Room is dated, wallpaper is bubbled and peeling, furniture worn, and ALL corners are dirty.

I wrote a long review and wonder where it is!! Long story short. Staff is wonderful. Especially Kelly who works front desk. I was severely over charged and hidden fees also charged to account. $2500+ later wouldn't think that would happen especially by Hilton. The Accounts staff member Katie and I came to an agreeable amount to be reimbursed. It has been 3 days later and still NOTHING reimbursed!! Keep you updated on all details according my overcharging & untimely reimbursement. Stay tuned....

Not sure if its different because of Covid, but there are some Embassy Suites still doing breakfast and evening reception, and some like this one are not. Maybe its a state by state thing.at any rate, this is an exterior corridor that could use a few upgrades but still not bad.

Nope. I wouldn't stay again. I only lasted 3 days on a 2 week work trip.

They only good thing is the pool is outside, AC is horrible, staff laughs at you if you complain about anything, needs renovated and smells like cigarettes in every room.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Two different rooms where the ac did not work. The temperature just kept rising. When I mentioned how much colder it was in the lobby the receptionist laughed at me. I decided to take a cold shower and absolutely no water. Cancel my membership. I will never stay with you again.

Personally I love coming to embassy suites. This one was OKAY. I honestly feel like renovations need to be done. The rooms were kind of clean it definitely was done quickly. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators were very small compared to other embassy suites I've been to. Overall not a bad place to stay but if you've been to other Embassy Suites you will see what I mean.

What a nice place to stay! The lobby was nice and clean. The breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items and I really admire that. all of the staves were also very helpful and professional. I am very happy, so I decided to make a review for you. I should highly recommend your Hotel to everyone!

This place is usually great, but we were there this weekend, and it wasn't. The dine in breakfast was gone, but the price of the room was still the same. The air was not working which made the stay really uncomfortable. Pool was still open though. They did provide 2 fans for us, which helped a little. Staff was on point as usual......the room just wasn't this time around

Rooms are great. Pool, restaurant and exercise room are fine (but could use a refresher).

The staff is wonderful and make up for the tad enhancements the facility could get.

Even though my Uber driver let me down, the shuttle driver did not! Just for that reason, this is a 5-star review.

The building is really cool and the landscaping and pool are beautiful and well kept. There aren't indoor hallways, the doors to the rooms are directly outside, which is kinda cool since it's so hot most of the time anyway. The first room they put us in smelled like smoke, so I asked for another room, and honestly the service here wasn't that great. She seemed confused that the room smelled like smoke since they're all non-smoking, until she remembered that people take their smoking breaks right next to that room... Don't take room 104. The room they moved us to was fine. Again though, service not great. Check out is at noon and at 10 the laundry guy knocked on our door to see if we were checking out soon... But the hotel as a place is beautiful.

This is an embarrassment to the Hilton and embassy suites brand. Smoking is a free for all. People smoke in the staircases and there are ashtrays at all the tables near the pool which is the center courtyard, as well as the tables outside the lounge, indicating they encourage it. So much for fresh air. It's a dicey area so even though there are sidewalks many establishments nearby have metal grates over their doors/windows. I was suggested not to go walking along the canal after dark as there's a large homeless population. The staff are the redeeming factor. Every single one was kind and obviously do a great job despite the property they have to work. Not modern rooms. Tiny bathroom. Sink outside the bathroom. Plenty of other hotels, choose one of them instead.

**** BED BUGS!!! ****

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. They have bed bugs and THEY KNOW IT. The customer service has been terrible. Management promise to make it right and give me compensation and now they’re not returning my phone calls.

Shower pressure was horrible in both rooms we stayed.Tv kept turning off by its self every 30 mins in 1st room and second room had broken shower handle but was so tired of changing rooms I dealt with it but front desk said they would fix it but never happened. Also changing thermostat to 80 deg did not make heat come on,still blew cold air. Breakfast was awesome and bar was awesome but other than that can not give a good rating

Big, clean rooms with a living room and kitchen attached. Perfectly located for quick access to the airport or a great concert at Celebrity Theatre. Lots of restaurants nearby also. Secure property and grounds.

Dirty and out dated. Rough area with few safe walkable food options. Twin beds in the rooms. TV is hit or miss and ancient. Gym was depressing. Shower was gross. Ice machine broken. How is this place a Hilton? Stay away.

I can't believe Hilton allows this place to have their name on it. Furniture seems like it was new in the 70s, soft goods (towels, sheets, etc.) seem new but one level down from what I typically expect in an embassy suites, but biggest issue is the HVAC.

Room was 78 inside. AC no help. Front desk said HVAC was in "neutral" setting building wide, where neither AC nor heat works because building is too old for rooms to have individual control. Why they use the neutral option instead of letting some guests get what they want is beyond me. Facilities came up to remove the bolts that kept the sliding door shut, so I can get outside air, but now also get the lights from building next door.

Staff seems professional, but ownership is letting them down by not upgrading the property. Would never stay here, again. Too many nicer options nearby.

Overall great experience , yes the building is old and problematic doors not closing all the way and not really able to control the ac unit but things that ate easily fixing by great staff. Also has security over night conducting regular patrols. Constantly moving insuring the safety of guest vehicles and guest in general.

Would never go to any other suites inn or hotel. This embassy is the full package. They have happy hour from 530pm to 7pm everyday and full service breakfast that will satisfy all the morning needs. They make you feel at home right when you walk in till the last step out the front after check out.

Better than we expected. Aging property that could use some freshening. Cocktail hour was a nice touch. Made to order breakfast looked good if you don't mind waiting in line. Buffet for those who do mind. Large room. Overall not fancy but good at the price. Dunkin Donuts across the street.

An older hotel but nice. A bit dated items are made up for with huge rooms with bedroom, living area and kitchen. It is built like a fort with the pool in the middle. Perks like free happy hour in their restaurant on the top floor. But the reason I have booked here more than once is for the free hot breakfast cooked to order. Im drawing a blank on the cook's name but he is excellent and makes what you want right in front of you... or there is also a breakfast bar. He is very friendly and energetic for someone up working at the crack of dawn. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves a raise. My only disclaimer is check the perks for yourself as I am not sure if this is specific for my business travels or for everyone who books there...but it would be worth paying for too in my opinion.

We had our wedding here just a little over a week ago.

Owen, the event's coordinator we worked with, was amazing.

This is an older hotel, but everything turned out absolutely beautiful. The pricing was also significantly more reasonable than many of the other venues we looked at, which trust me was a lot.

The staff was kind and catered to every request I had. They worked tirelessly to make sure our day was perfect.

The chef was very kind and made sure to not only introduce himself during the taste testing but also to come personally congratulate us after dinner at the reception. Everything by the way tasted fantastic. We received so many compliments regarding the food.

The room for both the reception and ceremony were set up meticulously and were absolutely beautiful. There were also many places for beautiful photo opportunities.

As for Owen, he was amazing. He kept in constant contact and despite my wedding falling on his birthday weekend he was there all day making sure everything was perfect.

Everything I asked of him was taken care of like magic, sometimes before I even asked.

If you are getting married and looking for a one stop shop that will dedicate themselves to making your day perfect, this is the place for you.

The staff was so very helpful and did everything to hello make our stay as comfortable as possible. I suffered a very bad fall and could hardly walk. Upon check in the front desk gal saw my condition and brought a wheelchair, set us up in a room very close to the parking lot, helped me to my room, the bell man brought our luggage from our vehicle, desk clerk brought me ice, an ice pack, and helped us throughout our stay! I highly recommend this hotel. The food is great, the atmosphere is welcoming. Thank you Embassy Suites.

The one star rating is for the nice staff. To make it clear, NO ISSUES with the wonderful help I received. It is missing four stars due to cleanliness of the rooms. As soon as I walked in, my nonsmoking room smelt like smoke. Asked for another room, was happy, got to my new room and immediately started sneezing. I found mold in the bathroom, hair on the ceiling, the tub was stopped, light switch panel is broken. I really don’t think I stayed at the same hotel that these other reviewers stayed at. I did not feel comfortable here whatsoever.

What a great Hotel! Service was really incredible. They strive for cleanliness here. Our room is a little bit outdated however the clean part makes up for it. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is incredible they make any type of egg for you. Omelettes are delicious along with the French toast pastries fresh fruit and many other amenities. On the 5th floor they have a restaurant. We had a great time up there. They serve free drinks and appetizers from 5:30 to 7:30 absolutely a two hour happy hour. Now we received another bill on my credit card for parking. You've got to be kidding me.

Our stay has been great . The staff has been great, the service great and we love the breakfasts and the Squaw Peak Cafe. We really like the front desk staff and Jim, Andy & Anthony in the cafe. My husband had open heart surgery at Abrazo Heart on 6/11 & is still there & that is why we are here. They gave us a great rate because of that. Then last night, 6/22/19, they had a private pool party. There were a lot of people here for it. They took all the parking spaces, they played loud inappropriate music & most of the women wore very little clothing consisting of thongs & fishnet cover ups. I felt that we were at an adult X-rated strip club. It was not appropriate at a family oriented hotel. Some of the other regular guests had small children with them. The smell of pot was very heavy & there were 2 police officers here that did nothing about it. I feel this party was in very bad taste for a Hilton property. I felt really bad for the guests that had small children with them. We talked with another couple & they had their grandson there until that day and they were glad they had taken him home.
