Great for what it is, an airport hotel. Clean rooms. Good service. Shuttle driver is amazing. I don't remember his name but he had just started driving after coming over from La Quinta. I'd stay again just to talk to him. If you are looking for a place to stay while traveling through O'Hare, this is the place. Awesome free parking too for 14 days with rental of a room.

This is my "home away from home"! I cannot say enough good about the staff and service given here! If staying more than one night, it will start to feel like family. Wonderful fresh free breakfast with lots of variety and long open hours. Everyone is so warm and friendly; from the awesome manager to the front desk personnel to the ladies who provide that great breakfast to the van drivers to the cleaning staff. Close to ORD. Because I have a car, I even stay here when I fly out of MDW, because of all of the above and the reasonable pricing.

The driver Ed for the shuttle was so professional, extremely welcoming, and kept us laughing. It was just all smiles the whole ride! Not just that, I also noticed him taking care of the shuttle bus. Cleaning it on his spare time. All around great employee you guys have there. Will definitely stay again at this hotel when I’m back in Illinois.

Rooms were fine but we were told airport shuttle ran every half hour and would be available b4 our flight. When we got there we found that the shuttle was every hour and started after our flight time. Also included breakfast started after we had to leave.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. I found myself stuck in Chicago for two days and needed a reasonably priced stay while I waited for a flight out. The rooms are clean and tidy. They provide breakfast and have a shuttle to and from the airport. Additionally, the shower is nice and hot. I think this place is a great value. I would stay here again.

Stayed here when on a one night layover in Chicago. Exactly what we needed after a long day of travelling. Staff were very nice, the room was clean and spacious and we were able to order from Uber Eats without any fuss. No complaints.

I was able to catch an early flight and got to Chicago early for my check in. Jeannie the front desk attendant was so nice and courteous. Not only did she allow us to check in early she offered to have a shuttle come pick us up. She gave us a great room that both me and my wife really enjoyed. It was a great start to my vacation here at home. Thanks for everything.

Great stay for the price. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They couldn’t fit us on the morning shuttle to the airport, but they ordered us a taxi and they paid for it. We parked our car there so the park and fly is a really nice option. Definitely would recommend it. It is fancy by any means, but you can’t beat the price for a comfortable and clean stay!

Great hotel for a budget friendly stay. The rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient near the airport. I used the gym a few times, not half bad for a hotel gym. There’s also breakfast served fresh by Anna, a wonderful woman who made our stay even better. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine Anna. We’ll be back 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this Best Western. I booked two rooms for three nights. Service was great, front desk staff were courteous and helpful during checkin and checkout. They had a shuttle service to and from the airport which we used to take the trains to downtown. Breakfast options were good and staff quickly refilled anything that were running low. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay over in Chicago.

Close to airport, they have free shuttles leaving to the airport every hour. Clean, no issues. If you need water or snacks they have some downstairs, but there are cheaper ones within walking distance at a gas station.

Has EV chargers in working condition. I frequently stay at this place for work purposes, close to my office. Usually goes for a cheaper price at Priceline or other third party sites. Very good hotel if you are looking for a place to stay on the cheaper side.

Great place to stay! I’ve done several park and flys at this location when flying out of O’hare airport. The shuttle is a great feature, and it’s near some great restaurants, gyms, and yoga studios. Staff is always super friendly and efficient too!

In writing about my stay I'm going to compare apples to apples. In other words Best Western vs other Best westerns in the area.
There are about 4 Best westerns located in semi close proximity to the airport and I have stayed in 3 of them. This one is by far the best option. The furnishings, carpet and decor are in much better shape and it is much cleaner and quieter. The price is very reasonable, internet is fast, they have a decent workout area, and it will take about 10-15 min to reach the airport car rental facility. Several majors highways and thuroughfares are close by along with shopping and dining options.

I was elated with this hotel for the price! All staff was unbelievably kind, especially Ana who was running breakfast. She was so sweet to guests and took pride in her job. The facility was clean, it felt safe pertaining to both the area and the people. All of the breakfast foods and cups were individually wrapped - a touch worth noting! Everything was fresh and aesthetically pleasing as far as storage or set up. There were many staff working who were aware of their surroundings (guests), polite, and professional. I was also pleased to see the sodas in the vending machine were only $1.25 which is often an area of price gouging, and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom are always appreciated without having to ask for them. 10/10 would definitely stay again if in the area!

The location and proximity to stores, restaurants is good. The hotel, the rooms and the staff is really good. Didn't have any issue doing my stay. One thing they could improve, is the breakfast menu. Just tweak it a lil bit to suits needs of all kind of patrons.

Great value for the price. The hotel is quite conveniently located, a short drive away from the ORD airport. The complimentary buffet breakfast was decently good, the staff were quite friendly and welcoming. And they have a water refill station. The only thing I felt they can improve is, it would be more convenient for the guests to have a microwave in the rooms. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to be back again.
