We have used Wally Park for years, and over the last 2 years their service has gone downhill. The last few time we used them we waited 30 to 45 minutes for a shuttle, while other shuttle companies went by 3 or 4 times. So we stopped using Wally Park and went to another shuttle service. The other service was fantastic. Picked us up at our car right when we got out, helped us with our luggage, then when we came back the shuttle was right there to take us back to our car. We decided to use Wally Park again this weekend to see if anything had changed. Well, to let you know it hasn’t. No shuttle for 15 minutes, call customer service and told them there were 16 people waiting for a shuttle, they said there were sending one now. Waited 25 minutes a shuttle showed up but it was full, could only take 4 people. A shuttle finally showed up after waiting 35 minutes, the driver didn’t help with luggage getting on and when he dropped us off at our car. Very poor service. Suggestion to Wally Park, customers should not have to call you for the shuttle to come. Shuttles should come in a regular bases every 10 minutes like the other shuttle companies. You charge an outrageous amount for the service you provide!
WallyPark used to be great. I used them for years and was very happy with their service. My last 4 uses of the service were terrible. 3/4 times I waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle to take me back to the car, as I watched other services stream by 5-6 shuttles. One of the trips, there was a problem with the invoice And I couldn't get out of the lot without doubling back to the office, waiting for them to straighten out their blunder. No more. Last straw. I will change parking services.
We waited outside, in the cold for about 40 minutes and no one came to pick us up. A driver from another shuttle service saw us waiting and stopped to let us know that Wally Park won't pick us up unless we call or wait by the drop off area and try to catch them as they are dropping off. So we called and waved down a driver as he was dropping off. We finally made it back to our car, but then couldn't get out because the gate wasn't staffed & the barcode on our checkout slip wouldn't scan. Not a great experience.
Terrible service. I travel 2-4 weeks/month and used Wallypark Denver for years. Service was okay, never great, but it really went downhill in the last couple of years (2016-2017); not sure what happened, but it's now one of the worst run companies I've ever dealt with; I finally got fed up and changed lots.
This is by far the best and smoothest airport parking experience we have had! The pricing was exceptional. On our departure day we arrived at 4:30 am, we had made our reservations online a few days before and received an email with how to proceed on day of arrival. On arrival we parked and walked a very short distance to the shuttle, where we were greeted by a friendly staff member who took us to the airport. On our return home we text the number while at baggage claim, we received a text with what floor, door number and island number. By the time we retrieved our luggage and walked out to the indicated area we were greeted by Birhanu (he was so friendly, polite, professional and just so extremely helpful). He loaded us up and was ever so friendly, I would say he was the highlight of our parking experience!!!! We paid at office before exiting and again we're greeted by a very friendly girl who checked us out very fast! When exiting the parking lot, Birhanu ran over to us and inserted our ticket as our truck sits very high and did the rest for us ! Our experience was so smooth that is was worthy of me taking the time as sleepy as I am to write this review. I should note we landed at 11:15 pm and made it to the shuttle around midnightish where waiting for luggage was the most time consuming of the night. Forgot to add that when we were checking out at counter we revived two complementary bottles of cold water, such great service!!!
