Everything went very smoothly and expeditiously. When we arrived early in the morning, we were met immediately, and our car was parked while we boarded the shuttle. On return, the shuttle picked us up almost immediately, which was pleasantly surprising since I am used to waiting for up to 30 minutes to get picked up. When we arrived at the lot, our car was out front and ready to go. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better experience! Thank you!!

Was in and out within two minutes of my arrival. Driver, David, was extremely nice. Got to the airport and my terminal quickly. Return was also quick and pleasant. Henry was waiting for us, remembered the frequent park n flyer he picked up next and was great overall. By parking with Park n Fly we avoided the long waits, cost and schleps we had experienced with long term parking.

Great place for long term parking. Staff is very helpful and always offering to assist. Busses are clean I like the simplicity of the parking process with reservations. That’s one thing to keep in mind no reservations more than likely you won’t b able to park. The only gripe would be the buses are much slower than the competition. I am typically waiting longer for my ride back when I return when 2-3 buses of the competitors have already been by. I stay loyal because the program and the helpful staff. Pricing is on par with other companies too.

We were directed to the row to park in and a shuttle was sent right behind us as we were pulling out our bags. At other places, we were left to park anywhere we wanted but that left is walking all over to find or chase after the shuttle.

I loved the close proximity to SFO and the designated ground transportation. We unloaded our luggage from the car and a van was waiting to transport us to the terminal. Initially, I was concerned regarding the uncovered parking but the facility was clean, well lit, and gated. That eased my anxiety. There was no hesitation leaving our luxury vehicle. The ability to reserve a space and prepay online is optimum! The website is highly user friendly and functional. The discounts are premium and worth it. I have passed on the information to family and friends - it has become our preference for transportation to SFO. One last thing, the return to our car was wonderful! We were dropped off right at our car! We're customers for life.

Ease and convenience of the entire end to end experience: booking, parking, and shuttle service to and from the airport. On my last trip, my wait for the shuttle was less than 1 minute going to the airport and 0 minutes coming back. I have never had to wait for my vehicle to be brought around, and it is always ready when I disembark from the shuttle. Lastly, kudos to the shuttle drivers who are always expedient, friendly, and hands-on with loading and unloading the luggage. Overall, there is just a very Impressive continuity and consistency of service. I am a grateful and loyal customer! You make airport parking something I can rely upon every time and I know I will start and end my trip well.

First off on the drive to the facility, there was a park and fly bus behind us at the intersection light. There were several cars in front of me. When it came time for me to go, it took a moment for me to engage my manual transmission. The bus behind me honked. I was unable to go through the light in time. So the bus behind me swerved very close to my car and then raced through the intersection on a full red light! I was so shocked and nervous when we got to the facility that I couldn’t say anything, plus we were anxious to catch our flight. Luckily, we did not get that driver to take us. Everyone at that time, plus on our return home, was very efficient and extremely courteous. I have sent a review to them to let them know. However, I would highly recommend using the park and fly valet service! It’s half as expensive and 1/3 of the time than taking the airporter for us! Plus so much more convenient driving your own car!

I parked here for the first time and was SO DELIGHTED! I made a reservation in advance. When I arrived at the lot, I showed my QR code, and the valet scanned it and had my luggage on the waiting shuttle in less than a minute! The return process was just as quick and easy. Reasonable rates. Our battery was dead when we returned from our East Coast trip. A staff member brought out a portable charger and gave us a jump. Everyone is friendly, know you have to catch a plane, and have seemed to ramp up now that it is very busy. You may have to wait when it’s the very early morning shuttle. But generally they are reliable. I usually do the Valet. It’s a very nice luxury that does not cost that much more.

The facility is very easy to get to. All the staff are very friendly. At the end of our trip, I love that our vehicle is pulled out and waiting for us in the covered parking area. Our driver from SFO back to the facility even helped us take our luggage from the drop off location to our vehicle.

I go online to make my reservation and my card is charged then. The last two times (Sept/December 2023) I used the facility, the self reservation is broken and a person has to come out to scan me through the valet line. Secondly, both times upon my departure, I had to stop by the office before heading to my car for them to confirm I paid. I received a zero balance receipt which was an extra 10 mins to process. My card was charged when I paid online, why do I need the extra stop. It’s very annoying and inconvenient against my time.



Overall, everything else works fine. No issues.

Excellent experience. The staff at Park N Fly were really friendly. Upon my arrival at the parking location the shuttle picked me up , the driver helped me with my bags and dropped me at the SFO airport. (less than a 5 min. ride to the airport from the parking lot.) Upon my return to the SFO airport I waited like 3 minutes before I was picked up by the shuttle. Again, the driver and staff was very friendly

I liked the self-park and how easy it was to scan the QR code at the gate. They pointed me to the area to park in, and there was a shuttle waiting for me right next to my parking spot; I never had to wait. Upon my arrival a week later, all it took was one phone call to Park N Fly and they automatically dispatched a shuttle to me. I grabbed my bag from the baggage claim, and shuttle arrived as I was walking up to the shuttle area. No wait at all! 10 out of 10 and I will definitely use Park N Fly again! I love how convenient it is to use the valet both on the way in and on the way out. I love having my car ready and waiting for me when I return. There are also so many shuttles that you never have to wait long when you return at the airport.

Summertime- must have reservation. I use them alot and they have sold out on space. Can be cheaper than SFO economy long term parking. Always quick pickup at airport, even 2am. Having app helps a ton, but they do use text messaging. I tip $1/bag if I get help with them. Always appreciated.

The entire process was streamlined and the service was excellent.

Booking the reservation was very straightforward. We received the confirmation through email and I don’t remember it being mentioned but please keep that email because it is needed to exit the facility.

We got to the parking lot a few minutes early and they were still able to accommodate us. The driver dropped us off at our airline and it was a very short ride. The pickup was excellent as well. Once we got our bags and were waiting at the pickup are all we needed to do was text the number that’s on the card you receive after you park your vehicle.

Will definitely use again!

Well priced. Well thought-through in the sense that every detail has been taken care of: check in was easy, where to park my car was easy, taking shuttle was easy, driver giving me a slip that has instructions for return made life very easy, being able to text was awesome.



Can be improved:

-the bar code in the email didn't load while check in so that took more time than expected but an attendant was able to help me get a new ticket. While checking out, another one was able to tell me how to use my old ticket with my new ticket.



-during pick up, the shuttle doesn't stop anywhere and I have to go to a particular area. Even when the shuttle just passed me by.

Park N Fly San Francisco is very easy to use. The parking area was well lit, clean, and plenty of space to park and get all your items in and out of your vehicle. The price was very reasonable as well. The shuttle picked us up right away, the driver helped us with our bags and then drove us directly to the terminal we were flying out of. He gave us a card with our parking space on it and a phone number to text we when arrive back from our trip. We texted the number, it prompted backed with a couple of questions and after our response, they confirmed that the shuttle was on its way to pick us back up. The driver arrived about 15 minutes later and brought us directly to our car.



This is an excellent place to park off site from the airport and save yourself a little bit of money. The price is right, it seemed safe, its convenient, and the employees are friendly.

I selected the valet option, as always it was very smooth and easy.The car was waiting for us when we got there, employees are nice and kind, and it was cheaper than Uber back and forth! loved it.

Great service very helpful with my luggage to the airport and back from the airport. Friendly and they take you to the airport and when you return call them and they will pick you up and take you right to your car this is my second time using them I highly recommend them.

They were friendly, helpful and courteous. Got in and out as fast as one could reasonably expect. I was caught in the SFO runway issues and was delayed 3+ hours. No problems. Pick up van came well after midnight with no problems.

Had a great drop off and pickup this trip. Basically had the shuttle to myself in both directions. Driver arrived shortly after I arrived curbside which was a great improvement over my last experience of a 15 minute wait. Driver also put my bag in the trunk for me which was above and beyond and GREATLY appreciated at 2AM. Only suggestion is for SFO to improve the lighting at the Harvey Milk terminal. Extremely dark and does not feel safe.

I can't describe how great it is to get off a flight, make a call, and have these incredibly nice organized people take me to my car, which I know has been safe and sound in their lot and not in the creepy airport lot. Tip them big! They deserve it!

So so easy! There was no self park available when we arrived, so we were offered valet at the same price. On our return, the van appeared nearly instantly and our car was waiting for us. Having prepaid, we simply drive away. Amazing! And a very fair price. I'll definitely be back.

Was quite easy we used the valet service we dropped off my vehicle the people working there helped us unload our luggage and place it into the van and off we went very efficient. We came back use the text method that they sent us they picked us up within 10 minutes. When we arrived back to the parking right location of vehicles waiting for us. The most important thing there was no scratches and next are anything on my vehicle. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicle was very hesitant to leave and anywhere but very fantastic experience.

The Park-N-Fly valet service was fairly priced and easy to use. Our house-sitter was able easily to drop off the car early in the morning (at 4:30am) and my husband was able to pick it up again when he arrived in town a few days later. The shuttle service to the airport was timely, the employees very professional, and the entire process felt safe and secure. We will absolutely use this service again in the future if needed.

They didn't make me wait too long and were quick to pick me up at SFO despite my flight being delayed for 3.5 hours. This was important because I still had a long drive home and didn't get home till after midnight. Rates are reasonable.

The experience flying from/to SFO was great. The shuttle was very convenient. One tip at SFO: try to text instead of to use the App via LTE/5G. The text message was way more stable since the internet was not consistent (T-Mobile)

I really like the valet service and easy quick shuttle to the airport. Upon returning, simply text your ticket number and wait for the shuttle. Your car is waiting when you get back. So convenient.

I was very happy with the Valet parking service. After my daughter and I got off the plane we walked outside found where to stand and wait knowing I might have to wait a little bit. 10 mins later the shuttle showed up to picked us up. The driver was very kind professional and helped us with our luggage. I was so happy but then felt bad for the driver with people yelling at him saying they had waited 20 mins then those same people started lying saying they had waited an hour once we got to the parking garage. I have to say it's not a long wait to get the shuttle and they are all very kind. Thank you for a great service with great prices. I had parked for a week and very pleased with the service

Experiencing Park 'N Fly at the San Francisco airport was nothing short of a delightful revelation. I've used several parking options in the past, and Park 'N Fly met, and probably surpassed, my expectations. As a family man, the safety and comfort of my pregnant wife and 3-year-old are my highest priority, especially when they are traveling alone.



My wife reported no difficulties finding the pickup spot, requesting a pickup and retrieving her vehicle upon their return to SFO without me. Navigating their "system" was a bit difficult because I received all the notifications and, for some reason, the QR code was not working, but the staff was so helpful that it did not leave a negative taste in Wifey's mouth - a testament to Park 'N Fly's dedication to providing excellent service to all passengers, including those who may require a little more care, like expectant mothers and young children :).



I think it is also worth noting that their drivers are standup folks. Each one we encountered displayed a friendliness and helpfulness that immediately put us at ease. I traveled with the fam on the trip out and it is not every day that you find a team that embodies such genuine kindness and goes above and beyond their call of duty



Anyways...All that to say, I wholeheartedly recommend Park 'N Fly at the San Francisco airport to any traveler in search of peace, convenience, and a truly memorable experience. Thank you for taking such good care of my family, Park 'N Fly. We'll definitely be seeing you again soon!

Love the booking a parking space, does make you pay before you use. But it gives you the code to open the gate. Having said that, Park'N Fly needs to work on the APP so that it is more intuitive when one arrives back at their home airport. Possibly even add a local phone number, because the APP feedback as to a bus being ordered is mediocre at best.

Friendly staff is very helpful when you arrive. They point you to a place to park and a shuttle van meets you at your car to pick you up. That was great. Driver was very helpful with our luggage and told us what to do when we return. I should also mention the reservation, entry and exit processes are all very easy as they use a QR code to scan.

It is well known establishment, the name trusted. It is a bit farther from the airport but the shuttles pick you up and drop you off right by where you park and very friendly staffs.
