Canopy Parking took my car and drove it off the lot without my permission and I have proof from the Denver Police Department Canopy parking moved my car from covered to uncovered without my permission. After waiting 30 minutes at the airport for the 3rd time my car was not in the space I put it in and had the ticket for. Canopy said they had no idea and didn't move it. UNBELIEVABLE. Previously I left a message with a female manager to have it washed, they never did. I have heard so many complaints while in the shuttle which echoes my experiences. I have never seen a company which is so inept in so many ways. Their general manager won't even call me back. I own my own company and would immediately fire the managers and retrain the rest. I have since moved to DIAPark and have had a great experience, BEWARE OF Canopy.
DO NOT USE any of the "other services" offered by this business. Shame on me for believing that they were a reputable car detailing service. After paying $195 for a "full detail", my vehicle was returned with crumbs under the center armrest (which lifts up) they had not even tried to vacuum under the back seat (which also folds up) . Exterior detailing was better, but still very weak. I will spare everyone a long rant about everything else. My kids could have done better on a Saturday afternoon. What I find most upsetting was the absolute lack of response to my complaint. I contacted the office and manager both by phone message and email. I got some email from an admin telling me the manager would be in contact, but that never happened. Just silence. I run a business and have employees, so I understand that they occasionally let you down, but what I don't understand is not even replying to a customer's complaint. I took pictures and was prepared to illustrate the problems, but they weren't interested. It may be an okay place to park, but I would not spend abother cent with them. I certainly would not trust them to resolve an issue where they were at fault. Use at your own risk.
I like Canopy's model. There is valet, covered, and open air parking. Attaching a toll road transponder to your account gives you a 25% discount every time you park. I also enjoy that canopy has a rewards program. Friendly drivers every time.
I've been using Canopy for years. They have a good rewards program but if you decide to park here, give yourself an extra 15-20 minutes (at least) for traveling out and returning. Although they aren't always slow on their pickup, they seem to be every time you happen to be running a little late.
I have used Canopy parking regularly since they opened and I it had gotten worse each time. There is always a problem with something. The so called E470 is a joke. I keep being told there is a "glitch" and it keeps deleting my card attached, so I get in, that is when the gates are working but can't get out because "it must have dumped your card" The wait time us unacceptable there were 17 of us waiting on the east side for almost 45 minutes in freezing Temps. When someone called in we were told the busses kept filling on the west side and we would have to wait until there was room on one. This is not a one time issue, I travel for work once a month and it is constant. Do NOT waste your time and money. I will go elsewhere to pay.
