First things first, this is NOT your average parking garage / hotel shuttle service. There's, I think, one driver per shift who does the pickups and the phone calls. Sometimes they won't pick up (cause they're driving) and you'll have to try multiple times. Also, there is no real set schedule so your best bet is to call ahead of time by a reasonable amount. The website I used said "15 minute intervals" which is NOT the case. If you're in a hurry (which most of us are), this may not be ideal. They have their instructions but it's not well-laid or intuitive (hence the negative reviews). You're supposed to call for a pickup and then wait at the parking lot (which had no staff but overall was fine) until they arrive so they can get you to a spot and take down your reservation info. Then, they'll go drop you off at the airport and that can take any amount of time depending on the # of people and routes. Same for getting picked up at the airport.
If you're pretty good at having plenty of buffer time going to the airport, this might be a nice way to save a good chunk of money (we saved about $50) but to be honest, if you're just trying to scrounge a few bucks, a more well-established company would be better.
Good prices but that's all. Left and found a different place to park. No 15 minute shuttle for 5am flights. No one answers the phones. Also there was another woman there who had left. She said she been waiting two hours and left to go park at the airport so she wouldn't miss her flight. Try it but please have back up plan. There's a parking spot a block down. Just in case. I got refunded also. They need a call in number straight to the driver. Problem solved. This lot is a abandoned business from what I could tell at 4am.
I definitely do NOT recommend this shuttle service. Both pick up and drop off took LONGER than an hour, made us late for our plans!! They did not have anyone at the office to give service and when calling for pick up the lady was VERY RUDE. I asked how long it would be and she replied very sternly “it’s on it’s way”. When we were on the shuttle she was on the phone with another client and was also rude to him, everyone in the shuttle was shocked.
The parking doesn’t have good coverage and security either, not a good experience with this off-site airport parking. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Not friendly staff, shuttle takes forever to get here, they do not answer when you call for a pickup. The Parking spot shuttle passed us 5 times before our janky shuttle bus showed up. Was it affordable? Yes. Will I use them again? No.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. SCAM! BEWARE! Absolutely horrible experience. They DO NOT run every 15 minutes. You definitely get what you pay for. Not worth it. Waited 30 minutes to be taken to the airport and had to get an Uber back to my car after waiting over an hour. Oh and don't try to call them cause they don't answer the phone. I tried to call them to see where the shuttle was and they ignored ALL my calls. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Will be reporting them to the BBB. I would never have used them but I found them on the WAY app which did not give their business name and somehow they had great reviews/stars there, which I now know are FAKE!
It would be worth the extra $10 to park at a more secure lot with faster shuttles. Each wait was about 30-40 mins plus 15 to get to the terminal. I would recommend getting some smaller, less cost prohibitive vans to reduce overhead to not worry about filling a whole bus to make each trip worth it for the company. Could possibly increase shuttle response time and increase customer satisfaction. I may give a second chance if shuttle times improve and the lot gets better lighting.
Flying out: The lot was crowded, but manageable. The online booking advertised shuttles running every 15 min, so we arrived around 3:15 expecting to wait 15 minutes maximum. The sign at the lot didn’t give clear instructions about where to wait for the shuttle, so we joined up with a couple already waiting. To our surprise, they said they had already waited 20 min, and had just called to ask about an ETA, and were told it would be another 25 minutes. So much for running every 15 minutes. I called the number listed and got a voice mailbox, couldn’t reach anyone. The bus finally arrived at 3:50 (yep, we waited 30+ min and the other couple waited nearly an hour for pickup). Thank goodness DFW itself has such efficient security lines or else we would have been rushing to catch our flight.
Flying back: Based on how our departure went, I had low expectations, but the pickup process went smoothly. Called the number, they told us exactly where to go for pickup, and we waited maybe 15-20 min which I felt was really reasonable. It was also Christmas Day, and I really appreciate that service being offered on a holiday. No concerns about leaving our car at all.
Honestly, I would have had a more favorable impression if the organization was just straightforward with their advertising. The lot location is fine, the rates are fine, overall service was OK. I just feel like as a business, setting realistic expectations goes a long way, and you’re setting yourself up for upset customers if you advertise shuttles running every 15 minutes when that is obviously not the case.
The parking lot wasn't too bad. In a little industrial area. I had to give it three stars because of the shuttle. I would just pay the extra to get a reliable shuttle that shows up more periodically.
Simple and easy, as long as you call them for shuttle as it shows on the sign everything will work great have used them more than 4 times this year and been happy every time. The drivers are excellent, helpful and friendly
I booked online because was cheap, and I was scared after I saw the place. I did not feel good leaving my car there, this is a abandoned open space. Also when I arrived from my trip at 5 am... I called for about 30 mins... nobody answer the phone or returned back the call. After reading some reviews I knew they won't come. So I calles an Uber. I won't use this service again.
This has been a nightmare from the get go. Shuttle was late the morning we dropped causing us to almost miss our flight. Pick up time comes and I called to ask where we are supposed to go for pick up and the lady replied, “if you just landed you’re not ready to be picked up!” I told her I understood that and was trying to prepare for where we needed to go. I called 9 TIMES to let her know we were downstairs where she told us to go, and she would not answer calls or texts. Standing in the cold trying to reach out to our driver who is purposely ignoring our calls because she had an attitude. I finally used my husbands phone to call, and he called 3 TIMES before she finally answered! This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I would have known using Joy Park would be like this, I would’ve just paid the extra money for airport parking. Lesson learned.
Waited for shuttle for 40 minutes. I repeatedly called the shuttle dispatch number provided but no one answered. I eventually booked an uber. The parking lot is an old gas station with no lighting or attendant. In a quiet industrial area so I did not have concerns about leaving my car. Would not recommend.
I had no problem with this parking service. Someone arrived 10 minutes after I did to take me to the airport, and when I needed to return from the airport back to the lot, it took about 15 minutes. I had no issue with the service. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because there’s no one working at the parking site, and it would give me better peace of mind if they did. But they were prompt in answering my phone calls, and I wouldn’t mind using this service again

The parking lot didn't have decent security meaning no fence and a very small roof. Unless you want to park under a tree for shade.It was just a plain parking space. Surprisingly there was alot of cars parked.The shuttle was already there when we arrived. I left my car in the sun for 1 week while I was in Mexico. When I came back it was fine. When it was time to be picked up took about 20 minute wait, not that bad for me. The employees were kind not rude.
This is a very sketchy place!! I got no confirmation email to confirm my payment. There are no real parking spots. Just cars parked all over. My wife and I showed up and there was no shuttle in sight. We called the phone number and no one answered. The. After about 25 minutes a lady showed up in a van. Not a shuddle but a van. My wife and I didn’t feel very safe leaving our car at this place for a week. I would highly recommend parking your car elsewhere to have peace of mind that your car is safe. Would not recommend.
Had a great experience when using Joyparking this past week. I was out of town to England for 9 days. They kept my vehicle safe and in good condition when we returned. They supplied us with a shuttle to and from the airport which was only about 10 minutes from the airport. The staff was very friendly and the drivers drove with patience to make the ride feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!
