EZ Airport Parking (YYZ)

very nice people with very reasonable price , highly recommended.

I hesitantly tried this place and was pleasantly surprised but slightly prepared. I had a morning departure and late arrival.



For departure 9am, shuttle was immediate and if anything waiting for me as a private shuttle and got to the airport without missing flight. yes parking lot is a maze, but understand given the price, volume is their thing.



For arrival 1am, was a little more rough. waiting 20 min for the shuttle. I see they can improve this by perhaps taking our flight info to track us, and at minimum head count so he can organize his shuttle van spacing. Text messaging would be my preferred method for the pickup (i was in a loud space and he was less coherent on my end)--I called ahead b/c I was worried no one is around/long wait. apparently one guy did it all (take calls, drive shuttle, release keys, solve any problems). absolutely kudos to him!! there were four groups of customers he handled all at once. it was a busy day for him. i saw the other group not as lucky as there wasn't any room in the shuttle, so that guy had to go back for the rest of his large group (but four min away) and didn't seem bothered; another guy, his keys were missing, but car there. my experience though, spotless car, nicely parked, just the shuttle itself was a wait. all in all, i see this as no frills and given the cost, not all too bad but if cost anymore, may not be as worth it. they also seem to be listening to concerns and doing the best they can given the circumstances.

The parking lot is full but the staff is aware which spot is available to park.

They have shuttle bus to drop you off and pick you up from the airport.

You just have to be patient.

Anyway it was worth the money.



Been using the service since 2018.

It’s not fancy - but if you are pleasant the staff is accommodating. We got checked in and I parked my car. Shuttle picked us up and dropped us off all within 15 minutes.

This was done while staff were dealing with 3 other very difficult situations for travellers.

For the price and our experience I will return.

Seen some negative reviews but took a chance and they did really well. They have provided on time pickup-drop facilities and also a hassles free process.

I've use it for self parking only every time, and had no issues at all, shuttle included, fast and easy

I'm not sure why this has bad reviews. My parking experience was perfect. I might have got one of the last free spots... But we parked, paid a head of time, the shuttle came within 10 min. And our pickup was great. Although I kinda had to sit on my wife's lap.

I had to leave my car on a short notice and didn't have time to explore other options, I was very concerned coz the place had many negative reviews. But to be honest I was helped in a great way, both inbound and outbound process was easy and the shuttle was on time both times. Staff were friendly and price was fare with no hidden fees as usually expected from similar businesses. All in all I was happy and I will be using them again in the future

Thank you, Ghee. Courteous, professional, arrived at airport 10:30 pm Sep 19/21. No wait. They are very busy as rates are low. Have used for both short and long term parking with no problems. Special shout out to Ghee for making a long day much easier.

Regarding the parking lot, yes it’s tight and very cramped. But it’s cheaper than others. A definite “get what you pay for” situation.

No problems with the shuttle. Left minutes after parking and got picked up minutes after getting to the E3 pick up point at Terminal 1.

Yes the van was not pristine but the guys were very helpful with the luggage and no issues with the ride.

The highlight of this location though is how they helped us when my battery was dead after getting to the parking lot at 2am!

First they lent me a booster pack, but the battery was too dead to work.

Then they were able to rent me a car so we could get home and get some sleep after being awake for 22 hours. They also asked which credit cards I had to save money on the insurance. The young man knew which credit cards had rental car insurance included!

I came back 12 hours later, changed my battery and was good to go.

They didn’t charge me for the extra day. Yes they made more money on the rental but the price was reasonable and had I been parked at one of the other big lots, the situation would’ve been much different.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff at EZ! Now this time I have them detailing my battle it, so we'll see how it goes. Pick ups are reasonable in time delays and it is WAAAY cheaper than anywhere else around Pearson!

The parking lot was pretty full, but it didn't take too long to find an empty spot. That might have be because it was 7am on a Sunday and the weather had been unseasonably warm, so no snow or ice. Rates and the shuttle bus were both good. Just your basic airport parking with no bells or whistles. One thing to note, I was initially thinking that I might walk to the airport from there... forget that! It's a short drive, but as it's all highway, there's no walking. Google maps estimated an hour to walk it, but only a few minutes to drive. The shuttle driver, Jashan, was friendly and the wait was totally acceptable - only a few minutes in both cases.
