We did fly during covid, the drop off experience was FINE but the pick up experience was HORRIBLE! THEY DIDN'T specify where to be picked up, and that the shuttle would pick us up they told us that they would be picking us up in MY vehicle. Had to get my own ride to the location to get my car. Lack of communication skills played a huge part.

Great experience with this company..was skeptical with the cost at first but truly pleased with the service, rate of drop off and pick up as well as the friendly driver.
The parking is anything except "EZ". The service was extremely slow and unorganized. We were tired after returning from a long flight and had to wait 30 minutes for the employee to find our car keys. I would have given them 1 star but gave 2 stars only because the price is affordable. Don't recommend it overall unless they improve their customer service and get more organized!!

Price gouging. The price looks great to grab you. You have to pay in advance. No refunds after 24 hours. The receipt says “Guaranteed Daily Rate” and “Remaining Due at Parking Lot $0.00”. THEY LIE
Receipt also says “Additional charges will apply to larger vehicles (i.e. above 7 seat vehicles…).” THEY LIE. They apply additional charges to smaller vehicles. Those additional prices are not on the website, not on the receipt and not displayed at check-in.
When you arrive at check-in, you will have prepaid, the shuttle is waiting, and you have a flight to catch. They’ve got you trapped and can add on any fees they want and THEY DO.
You have to choose between parting with your credit card so they can scam you vs catching your flight.
THE AMOUNT ON YOUR RECEIPT WILL NOT MATCH WHAT IS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
As for the service. Despite telling the shuttle driver our airline, we were taken to the right terminal but the wrong end and wrong floor. No point in trying to correct that with driver. He doesn’t give a damn. I’m mobility-challenged. Trying to get the length of the very long terminal and up a floor with baggage caused a major problem.

Worst service. I would not recommend at all. I reached at the airport and called them. I was informed to reach to poll 17 and no one showed up for more than an hour. I called them many times and after 10 calls they said the shuttle has issues. I had an international flight and waited more than an hour for the shuttle to pick up. No apologies at all. They lied and the service is completely not worth it. It is better to pay park n fly for extra $$ and save time and avoid suffering.
I booked online and when we arrived I was charged extra for my large vehicle- single cab pick up truck. There was nothing that asked this online . I also asked if a minivan was considered a large vehicle which he told me no. My minivan is just as large as our truck and he then said the truck weighed more which is also incorrect
After paying the extra my husband parked the truck but was not offered a larger space for his large truck. It was a sheet of ice when he parked it.
When they came to pick up the van stopped for less than a minute and then left so had to call again. We were not the only ones waiting and calling them when this happened
When we came back it was snowing- they do not maintain the lot or shovel walk ways
The parking lot was so packed we could barely get out of our space.

Our experience with this company was less than satisfactory. We made an online reservation and, when we went to drop the vehicle off, they said they couldn't find any reservation for us. We had to do some digging to get to the bottom of the issue, but it was finally resolved. Upon arrival after our trip, we found that they don't pick up in where you'd expect them to (with all the other parking companies), but rather in the hotel pick up area at pillar S5. We weren't told this, so we waited 30+ minutes in the cold in the wrong place. We realized our mistake and called to ask for pick up. It was another 40 minutes (and a second call) in the cold before they arrived to pick us up in their small, dirty 10 passenger van. We explained our experience to the driver and recommended that they put their phone number on their website. He proceeded to speak in a very condescending manner and essentially put all the blame on us and denied that we had waited longer than their guaranteed 30 minute pickup cycle.
Be sure you keep your receipt/ticket for your pick up and call while you're still in baggage claim.
For a $60 cheaper price, this place wasn't worth it.
I parked here right before Christmas and also again last week before a weekend trip to Boston. Have to say, both times were fantastic as usual.(Been using them for about 2 years now). I know the parking lot is quite crowded and not in the best condition, but honestly, you get what you pay for....I'd still much rather do this than pay some of the ridiculous rates at other places nearby. They've always been good to me, and I will continue using them in the future.
I was really skeptical after reading so many bad reviews and actually it was a pleasant surprise. My car stayed there for 3 weeks. The check in was quick, the shuttle to the airport was also fast.. we haven’t waited 2 minutes to be driven to the airport! On our way back, we just called them twice (the first time they did not pick up the call) and in less than 5 minutes the shuttle was in the airport to pick us up! My car was perfect and everything was really good. Highly recommend this parking lot!
Parked my car here while I rented a car. Anish gave me a great deal and honestly so much cheeper then airport/ other locations which are farther.

This place went downhill - i was a frequent user here (about 6 times a year) Most recently this week i had left my vehicle at the lot for 7 days. There seems to be a new manager or owner who is simply horrible and has the worst snarky attitude. Upon my initial car drop off i noticed how rude he was being to other customers in the building at the time but didn't think anything of it. This man was working multiple jobs at once - running the front desk and blocking the entrance/exit of the lot with his vehicle (i have never seen this done before btw). MY PROBLEM occurred upon return from my trip. We waited for over 45 minutes to be picked up by their single van after arriving on a delayed flight. Waiting this long for the van to get us of course put my reservation into an additional day's rate fee (seems like they took this long to pick us up on purpose to charge another day rate). A course on customer service would be great for this staff. What rubbed me the wrong way and the reason i am leaving a review at all is because of this front desk employee's attitude and not caring whatsoever after explaining we would have made it before the midnight mark had their van picked us up in a reasonable time. From my experience seeing this person's attitude upon drop off towards others and then later towards myself is why i will not be using this parking lot ever again. You have lost a customer EZ Airport Parking. Which of course the man replied to "i dont care".

We booked it for 4 days. We started off not knowing where to park to run in and check in as there were a bunch of cars in the way being rented I’m guessing (it doubles as a car rental) the price was cheap enough so we knew not to expect a lot. But heading out to find a spot was more difficult. It started with a white car blocking the drive way to go find a spot so we had to wait for one of the attendants to move it and then when we finally found a spot, it was way at the back of the lot. They don’t have any inside shuttle to come and pick you up so you have to take your bags and walk all the way back to the main building or if you wanna risk it, leave your bags at the front to begin with. Also, the parking lot was not plowed or salted whatsoever so it was definitely a journey getting back to the front with all the ice/slush/snow spots. We got back up to the front and then had to wait for the shuttle to come for about 5-10 min. They fit a lot of cars into this lot so there’s a bunch of cars Parked in front of one another. On the way home, we had to call the number provided and they sent us the shuttle. We only had to wait about 10 min and then they brought us right back to the lot and told us to go check out (so when you put the time in online for checking out, go a little later than you expect cause I feel they would charge you extra if your return time was at 9pm and you showed up to check out at 930pm) check out was easy enough and then we had to trek back to our cars through a bunch of slush and puddles and ice. We make it to our car and go through the maze of all the cars to get out because they have no exit with arrows signs posted anywhere. They also had the white car blocking the exit again and people loading their car up at the final gate to get out. Very weird layout. Overall, my tires weren’t stolen off my car or anything so I guess it all worked out for just 30$

Had a very good experience parking here on my trip for 11 days. Booked online, went to the office with confirmation and was asked to park at any available place. Shuttle came in couple of minutes later and it dropped us at our terminal.
On Arrival, called and shuttle was there in 5 min. Came back, showed our parking ticket and off we go. Hassle free experience

Do not use these crooks. I parked my car in a spot beside the building, their staff saw me said I was good. I didn't leave my keys, they didn't tell me to. Then I had a charge show up for$55 when as I returned and entered the office to check out the staff told me it would only be$16 . So if you don't check your statement right away they will charge you what they want and tell you good luck getting your money back.
I'm never using them again!!
My family and I had a horrible experience with EZ Airport Parking. First of all the lot was overflowing, and it wasn’t easy to find a place to park. They should not be allowing that many cars in their lot. Secondly, when we returned from our trip we went to pick up our vehicle and it was boxed in by another vehicle that they did not have the keys for. My kids and I sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting while they literally broke into the other vehicle using a slim jim tool and hot wiring it. Need I mention that it was 10pm at night so my four year old and 15 month old had meltdown after meltdown while waiting for our vehicle. When I tried speaking to two different employees at the desk they both told me they didn’t deal with Parking and I would have to speak to the person who was out breaking into the other vehicle when he returns. When I spoke to him he told me he doesn’t deal with parking either and tried to brush me off. I told him the other two employees said the same thing to me and that it was obvious he was the one in charge. He then told me if I wanted to speak to someone I would have to stay there until the next morning to speak to the manager. I told him that I would not be waiting and wanted to speak to someone then. He then walked away from me telling me “Do whatever the hell you want ma’am, I have frostbite (in 3 degree weather) from trying to get your car out”. I told him that it was horrible customer service and that I would not be returning, and would be sure to write a review. He responded “I don’t care, it’s not a big loss” then got in another vehicle and left the parking lot. I strongly recommend boycotting this place, and to whom ever this vehicle belongs I hope you at least receive decent customer service and a refund after having your car broken into and hot wired.

Dumpster of a company, you will not be able to park your own vehicle as advertised. You will wait forever for their shuttle to come pick you up, and when you finally get thru after 5 times you can barely hear what they are saying.

If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. It is very poorly run, zero organization and condescending staff who do not care at all about service. Upon return at airport we called for shuttle as instructed and went to area for shuttle -it took about 1/2 hr and when it did come it did not stop and drove right by. We called them back-said they would send him back but that was another 1/2 hr. When we asked guy why he didn't stop-he said nobody was there- we were in the exact same spot and the guy did not even slow down! No explanation or apology. Then the real problem started back at the lot. They couldn't find our truck- then they said our truck was in a back parking lot but they couldn't find the keys. While they were looking for the keys in a basket where apparently keys are thrown in open envelopes so they have fallen out, my husband comes back in-he has found the truck-not in a back parking lot at all but almost where we had left it in the front-still no keys though.My husband tells them he has an extra set in truck and he can unlock the door by punching code- guy tells him the truck is not locked. WHY ISN'T THE TRUCK LOCKED!? While my husband is out looking for truck- I want to know how this happens- they drive by us at airport, they lose truck, can't find the keys- this is not okay- guy just keeps telling me "no problem ma'am" over and over when there clearly is a very big problem. I told him he needed to stop saying no problem and say I'm sorry and he told me he wasn't going to say he was sorry. Then he roots through his yellow basket of keys and gives me "my keys" NO they weren't our keys! After much to much time he finally finds our key. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS LOT
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Arrived in pouring rain and had to search forever for a parking spot then wait forever for a shuttle. When we returned home, we waited over an hour for a shuttle before giving up and paying $20 for a taxi. Next time we’ll park at Park N Fly - saw at least a dozen of THEIR shuttle busses while we waited. Lesson learned.

We arrived to park our car and were told to “go find a spot”...there were none...figured, hey it happens sometimes. So we go to the main counter and there isn’t anyone to be found for guidance.
After waiting around for about 5-10 minutes, someone appears and we tell them that aren’t any available spots. “No problem, leave your keys and we’ll park it for you”. Ok, cool...no worries at this point.
The we wait for the shuttle to take us to the airport. We’re told that it’s supposed to come around every 20 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes...still no shuttle in sight and staff only makes brief appearances before we can even ask how much longer for the shuttle
By this time, we’ve spent almost an HOUR just to get parking situated. So we gave up and called an UBER to get a ride to the airport...it showed up within a few minutes.
On our return, we had to call the phone number for pickup EIGHT TIMES before someone answered. After we got someone on the line, we waited about 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport terminal...not too bad considering our experience at the start of our vacation.
I’ll update if there are any issues with picking up our car.
Booking was easy and yes, cheap. You get what you pay for. I arrived and was told the shuttle would be returning in 10 min then would reload. Well, 20+ minutes later, after the driver sat down for a bit, did we finally leave. Upon returning from my trip, I called as directed. They said 10-15 minutes. Again, 30 minutes later the shuttle showed up. I won't be as frugal next time!
I wish I could give less than 1 star. The parking might be cheap, but it may come at a price, like the $400 in damages I now have to my car. I have never seen cars parked tighter together in my life. The guys that work there couldn't care less, and are not willing to help out at all. I will definitely spend a few extra dollars to park somewhere else next time.
Excellent service. I am a frequent traveler and have been parking my car at EZ Airport Parking for more than 5 years. I have always been fully satisfied. You wait for the shuttle in their warm office on sofas unlike other airport parking where you stand in open shelters. The staff is courteous and friendly. I think they go out of their way to help you out. On February 21, I was getting late for the airport so they parked my car and I hopped on their shuttle. When I came back at midnight on February 28 they took me to my car, cleared all the snow from my car while I was sitting in their warm car. All these, which I call valet parking, for only $10.00 extra. Isn't that amazing ?
