With the cell phone Parking lot allocated in the Terminal E (made available to the public for free) , life has been much better. Thanks to the administration for making this smart move to avoid stand by traffic in Terminal E.

Convenient access to our connecting flight to Amsterdam after arriving from Atlanta. The lounge is also comfortable and restaurants and shops are conveniently located. Travellers need to be mindful of the additional time it may take to go out and then return back to the airport due to a security checkpoint that can take a while.

RENTAL CAR ADVICE: I first started flying into Boston over 20 years ago. I’ve flown out of then”old” Logan and the new Logan is great. For those flying in for the first time, it’s a big multi terminal airport like LaGuardia. You’ve got to know your shuttles. To get to the Rental Car center take the Blue Line shuttle. The ride from the terminal was about 15 minutes which included stops. When I got back tot the airport and dropped off the rental car the guys said that the bus back to the terminal can take as long as 45 minutes. (Luckily someone asked if I needed a lift to the terminal and dropped me off.) Bottom line: factor transit time to and from the terminals into your travels.

I had a positive experience at Logan Airport in Boston overall. The facilities were clean, and the staff was helpful. However, I did encounter an issue with the water bottle filling stations in terminal B, as they were not working during my visit. This was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have access to that amenity. Other than that, everything else went smoothly during my time at the airport.

A decent airport that flies to a wide range of destinations internationally and domestically. Arrival into this airport was smooth and fairly pain free. Flying out domestically was a bit slow and it took a long time to get through security, thankfully I was not in a rush to catch my flight.

Boston Logan airport is a great airport for it size.

Bathroom and seats at the gates always clean and comfortable. In general, the airport is very well signposted. There are lots of restaurants and some of them could be expensive. The only thing is that the traffic to get there could be a problem, so keep in mind the time and be careful with the exits lane, you won’t want to miss it.

I have visited many airports but Boston Logan International Airport has everything you could possibly expect. All airports are extremely busy with many things going on all at the same time. This airport provides business information & convenient stores. With its fast pace, the airport industry has magazines, newspapers and directories ready for use.

I used Logan airport for connecting flight from Europe. The passport check was smooth with different lines for US citizens and other and also people with mobile passport control . That was good. Getting luggage and give it to next flight after custom control was not good. Poor signage from when you get up our luggage to the point that you deliver luggage to the staff. You come out and it is confusing you don’t know where to go.

There is a pedestrian walkway from terminal E to terminal A overall good signage here. Bathrooms weee clean. Power stations to charge were scarce and not convenient,

For a big airport it is clean and airy.

It seems to have enough bathrooms places

to buy snacks and small gifts, restaurants and coffee shops. I spotted Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts place at a terminal B. Landing over Boston is a gorgeous view.

It’s an airport. But, if you’re stuck here for hours, it’s huge and you can see all kinds of things. If you walk long enough you go from busy areas to quiet areas, all kinds of places to sit, all kinds of places to shop. The 7 hours flew by. Not really, but they were surprisingly tolerable and I walked three miles inside. If you’re going somewhere and you have no choice but to go to the airport in Boston, this is the airport in Boston, so you should totally go to it.

There's no Clear check in at Terminal B, confirmed with TSA. Pre TSA moves quick so no big loss

For you Amex Centrion members time to opt over to the Chase Sapphire.

The Sapphire lounge is conveniently located between terminal B and C by Spirit airlines (yikes).

You can walk between terminals after you have cleared TSA. Time to get those steps in.

There's a lot of restaurant options to pick from which ever terminal you're at.

This was a layover for us. Just in from CLT so this was so much better. Very good signage and never felt crowded. The gates are a little small but flow well. I give it a 4 only bra cause food option are on the higher end. It’s nice to have that choice and we were very happy with our seafood choice. We are stuck there on a layover so why not enjoy the stop. While enjoying our dinner I did see a few families walk up that did not appear to be as fortunate as us stop look at the menu then walk away after seeing the prices. The meals were great and well done so we did not mind spending the extra. We walked 3 terminals and didn’t see anything on the basic side except for coffee and snacks in the store. Overall we liked this airport but costs while there can be expensive.

Logan Airport has a good variety of food selections in all four terminals, as well as many great places to view aircraft, runways, and Boston skylines throughout. Although Boston is one if the most difficult cities to drive in, there are ample public and private transportation options getting to and from the airport. It's my home base airport but it's also one of my favorite. If you have time before or between your flights, check out the cool sea creature tile inlays in the walkways between terminals.

Very attractive airport facility with amazing dining options and pleasing architecture to the eye, truly among the best in North America. Seating areas are spacious and the level of noise is pleasant and comfortable. You get that upscale feeling of the 70s and 80s in a very up-to-date atmosphere. There are plenty of charging stations where you can plug your laptop and work while you charge your cell phone. Very handy!

The brand-new international terminal 5 boasts a beautiful UFO red design.

Just experienced my first layover at Boston Airport, and here's the scoop! 🛫 You need to pick up your luggage and recheck it, which is the norm. My second flight was to Canada, and it took less than 2 hours to get to my gate after landing. Sometimes, your luggage might be screened, which could add some extra time, so I recommend a 4-5 hour layover.

After grabbing your bag, catch the bus outside to your next terminal. Each bus is numbered and clearly indicates which terminals they serve. Plus, the walk to the gates features some cool displays of celebrity memorabilia!

Overall it’s a great experience!

Boston Logan airport is a great airport for its size. The only problem is it is right in the middle of the city and so has very little space for anything. It's remarkable what they have been able to accomplish is that small space. But it feels right and if you don't pay attention then you will miss the lane and exit.

They can add more art work to make it more lively.

They have kids play areas, lots of restaurants which are all expensive as you can expect at any airport.

This was definitely one of the best airports I’ve been to within the United States especially Terminal E, it felt very modern and large and was on par with many of the major European and Asian airports that I’ve been to. In addition it is quite convenient to walk between the terminals from my experience as it’s not very crowded and directions are clearly marked. Overall, Boston was definitely one of the best American airports that I’ve transited in!

This is a big airport and have many companies for your choosing the best for you and family . Very clean and easy for use the parking. Have a space for drop of and pick up. Everything works very well. Have a security all the time. Thanks I’m very happy to use here when I need.

Nothing special but not but earlier in terms of the terminal. Had a 2 hour Layover and was able to eat and get to next gate no problem.

However, giving it 4 Stars because of the views on landing there, I had never flown into Logan International previously. And wow if you're lucky to fly in on a clear day when it's light and have a window seat, so beautiful.

Always a good experience at Boston Logan. Terminal A bag check and TSA seem to run pretty quick, clearing both in under 30 minutes. Signage is easy to understand to find the gates and everything seems pretty clean with lots of food options along the way.

Clean airport and impressively clean bathrooms in all terminals! Even a view outside from inside the bathroom the planes visible gives a fresh look as well as fresh cut and picked flowers! So many hooks for hanging items so they don't have to sit on the floor and the luggage nook allows so much space inside the stalls!!

This was a pretty cool airport. The assistance people were really great and were really prompt with wheelchair service. When I checked in to leave from here, the check-in attendant was super understandable and helpful when it came to calling for a wheelchair and they came right away. The person who pushed me around was very nice and was able to help me reunite with my friend who had to go through a different TSA line than I did to make sure that both of us got to the right gate. The airport is pretty though I didn't get to see very much of it because of my physical limitations, but everything that I saw was very clean and nice. I did have a bad experience with the Starbucks in terminal B, but that's not the airport's fault. The bathrooms were very clean and nice. My only complaint about this airport was trying to get rideshare to show up in the right area for where we were for the terminal. Again, not the airport's fault.

Boston Logan Terminal E is alright, though it doesn’t compare to other international airports because it’s very small and doesn’t have a lot of food/drink options inside.

This review is for anyone flying Porter airlines for the first time. I was a bit nervous about taking this flight to Toronto because I’ve never heard of this one before but they offered the best rates in the current crazy fare scenario. The check-in counter is at the beginning of the check-in section (sections 2-4) so make sure you park at the first door you see as you enter the terminal drop off area. This counter probably had the least number of people in line, so the check-in process was very fast. They weighed my carry on to make sure it was below the 9kg/20 lbs limit The aircraft was pretty small, and looked quite old. The overhead storage compartments were really small, but it fits a carry-on bag if you place it horizontally. I think they also offer to store your carry-on with checked-in bags and then would have it ready outside the aircraft door once you land(please double-check). The stewardess was very polite. They serviced coffee and a snack. In summary, you get what you pay for in terms of comfort and amenities. It works perfectly for someone who commutes frequently and just wants to get from point A to B.

Flew into Boston Logan International Airprot for a trade event for work. This is my 3rd time here in 3 years around the same time period. 2 times the weather was exactly the same flying in, and the other was smooth. Last year it was extremely hot at this time and today it was raining with a lot of wind.

I flew in from Delta in terminal B, and it is pretty easy to navigate with allth4 signs they have to get to ground transportation and the ride share pick up. But be careful so you don't go to the wrong ride and pick up. I must have missed something and ended up in terminal A pick up.

The airport had plenty of shops, bathrooms and accommodations for all.

It is a long walk to get out of the terminal to the pick-up spots. This airport is usually packed, so be patient when you are traveling. Morning time traffic is crazy here, too.

Now… I LIKED )a lot) this airport. if you’re going to get stuck, this is the place to be! It was open airy and lots of choices for food and shopping. Lots of places to charge your phone and devices, comfortable seating, and you’re not on top of someone. You can tell the sense of pride for their local element as shown in their stores so great for tourist and people traveling. It is rather large, but it was easy to get through. I wish they would upgrade their scanning system because at this point, we should not have to take our laptops out of our bags. That would be my only issue otherwise I wouldn’t mind going back!

Nice airport but hard to drive in so watch the signs. But I did find the walking paths that go between all the terminals and the hotel. Nice easy walks if you have the time. Nothing bad pretty standard airport

One of the nicest airports you can fly into. Very open, does not make you feel crowded. Nice seating in the terminals. I flew American Airlines which is in terminal B. Very easy to navigate. Rental cars are in a separate building and will need to take the provided ground transportation there. Rentals were easy. Tons of food options. TSA was very quick and simple.

As far as airports go, the best I’ve been to. Not too big or difficult to navigate. VERY well labeled and directions are clear throughout the airport.

There aren’t enough plugs throughout the airport. Honestly kinda disappointed how bad this was. There was some, but they were the kind you have to hunt down and sit on the floor next to. Lots of seats with plugs that don’t work. Not what you want when your about to jump on long flights.

Lines are usually great, very well organized and efficient. It’s easy to get though baggage check and security.

Employees hustle and bustle and know stuff when you ask them questions.

Lots of stores and food options but most are closed when I’m at the airport, only ever get to grab a water bottle from the news shop.

Logan Airport is actually pretty good. It was easy to get around and the number of charging stations / work areas is high. I had to spend a whole day here and was able to get stuff done. I would like more inexpensive, healthy dining options though. There are none; they fully take advantage of the captive audience.

This is my second visit to Boston. There is so much to do and see. Try to spend a few days there to see everything. We ate lunch at Legal Seafood on Northern Ave. The view, the service and the food was excellent!! After lunch we took the Duck Boat tour around Boston and Cambridge. So fun, informative and entertaining. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back again and visit the Boston Public library, the Aquarium and stop in at Cheers Pub.

I truly enjoyed my short stay around terminal C at the Logan airport. To me, the best part was reading and learning about the famous musicians who were from Boston, like Donna Summer, for example, completely blew my mind. Each terminal was spacious with plenty of morning sunlight warming the area... Loved it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This is arguably the best airport I've ever been to in my global cosmopolitan travels. The flow of human traffic is so professionally managed and augmented by the Massachusetts people themselves. Like their highways, people here respect merging and each other's space and dignity. I really loved how there were outlets for charging everywhere. The bathrooms are clean and properly stocked with air dryers if you're afraid of touching something. This is a great launching place to cross the Atlantic or get back to Los Angeles.

The American Airlines terminal is full of high quality restaurants and bars. The security here was so professional and kind. It made me feel safe. Great experience. I can't wait to come back because it means visiting my daughter at Boston College also! btw, try to steer clear of Four Points Marriott Newton, not cool.

Cons: This is an extremely busy airport. When I was preparing to fly out, TSA was insane. It took an hour to get through, and there was a lot of confusion for myself & others as to where the line was because it was bleeding into airline check in lines. When I arrived back at Boston, I flew into a different terminal, & had a very difficult time finding the parking garage where I parked my vehicle. I took the shuttle, & it took quite a while to get from Terminal B to Terminal A. I parked at the airport for 4 days & was charged $190.

Pros: The takeoff & landing at this airport were beautiful as you’ll fly over the ocean. I was able to see sailboats & lighthouses. Although I got lost finding my vehicle, I was able to call for help w/ a posted phone number & a van picked me up & rode me around until I was able to find it. The man who drove the van was so kind & patient w/ me.

Boston Logan airport terminal B is one of the neatest airport I have seen. Plenty of restrooms and drinking water station. Lot of restaurants and bars that offer multiple cuisines. I spotted two Starbucks, 1 Dunkin’ and 1 Pete’s coffee. They have a nice play area for kids. There is plenty of comfortable seating at the gates with charging points. There are Atm machines. Security checking was slow but diligent. They even have a place to shine your shoes. Very impressed by this airport. The best feature however was how easy it was to get to the Uber pickup point after you get off the flight. If you do not have baggage you are just steps away. The design is fabulous.

First time in Boston and leaving the airport! Flying into the airport were beautiful views of the East coast and ocean. Wow. It was beautiful and a new experience for me. Appears to be a spaciously clean space overlooking an amazing city skyscraper. Can’t wait to leave the airport and have some fun

Heard there is a free shuttle that takes one to the downtown city.

I am giving this a 5 star just from the food offering perspective after spending nearly 6 hours at Phoenix waiting for my connection. It’s 5am stepping out of terminal A. It’s a familiar scene .. a long line in front of Starbucks… people eating at legal seafood… Wolfgang Puck not too far away. Getting to the rental car center was easy. There are plenty of signs telling you where to go. Also plenty of people to ask for help at 5:00 am. … and very clean all the way.

Boston Logan International Airport!

The name suits them well! Airlines/Airplanes from all around the world arrive and depart from Boston! The process is very quick and efficient for purchasing tickets and checking in! Our safety is very important and their are State Police Officers and Security Dogs!

You can order an Uber or catch a shuttle bus right outside the airport! They have done a wonderful job with expansion and other upgrades! I’m very happy for them!

Small but cozy airport. I especially liked watching him from the side. Every three minutes a plane takes off or lands... a beautiful sight! A strong roar of engines was heard and another plane rushed along the runway, and some passengers began to pray in the cabin))

On this day, there was a soft crowd, and the security check went on fairly fast. The airport is easy to navigate. I can just imagine that on a busy season, it will be interesting to go through these security checks. Overall the airport ok from my view point.
