The Days Inn Irving Grapevine hotel is located just a short shuttle ride from the Dallas Fort Worth terminal. This off-site hotel is also a parking lot and offers 24 hour security, so you won't have to worry about your vehicle when you're on your trip. We agree with our customers and their reviews, this a great option for long term DFW Parking.
Disgusting and filthy inside and out. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired from my flight being cancelled, I would have taken pictures and then got out. Smelled musty and damp. Towels were old and stained. Mix match furniture. Queen mattress on an old, worn out, stained double boxspring. Walls had dirt marks, drink spills, and small blood stains (yes, that's right, like a mosquito war happened or something...). Carpet was matted and worn. I wore socks and threw them away. The shower had zero pressure and the little bit that came out went from scalding to freezing. These owners could careless. They are cashing in on the airport and got lucky enough to be added to a shuttle service based on hotels under their umbrella.
For the price, it was exactly what was to be expected. The bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to what I was expecting and was a pretty clean room. The staff made shuttle pick up for the airport completely effortless.
Owner and staff of this location is not helpful and barely care about the customers staying there. They have bed bugs in their rooms. Breakfast is just not worth it (I won’t even give it to my 6 year old kid)

I had called several times prior to my stay asking questions. I asked if I needed to pay over the phone at that time. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT THEY ONLY TAKE CERTAIN CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS!! After traveling from out of state they wouldn't take my card when I tried to pay!! I had to go pull out cash plus they charged me $100 deposit! There was a guy in the same situation sitting in the lobby! That is a BAD situation to put people in! The room that I was in must have had a leak in the ceiling before. You could see the mold coming through the paint! The rest of the room was good. I will not be staying there ever again!
Everything was wonderful and it served it's purpose except their policy changed once we got there. Cash deposit and card transaction! That was the down side. Other than that, staff was great everything I didn't expect they gave. Room service, coming in to a clean room with supplies was the best. For a short budget it was up to standard!
I have used this location to park when I travel for several years. Never had any issues, even when I had to delay pick up. Friendly staff. Safe location. Shuttle service is good.
This hotel was awful! We missed a connecting flight and we were traveling in a group. We were told there were 2 rooms available. When we got here it ended up only being one. We still went through with the room and it was awful!! It smells like someone died in this room. The smell was so nauseating I didn’t even get a full rest. Also they only gave us one extra blanket. The guy at the front desk wasn’t very nice. We would have been better off sleeping in the airport!!
Very nice front desk and reception! Checked in had an issue with my card (my side) hotel staff gave very courteous and understanding options smoothing the check in! I thank the gentleman (who was also training a new staff member) very much!!! He kept a cool professional demeanor!!!!!
This Days Inn is terrible!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Room 208 smelled like sewage!!! When asked to move to another room, they claimed the hotel was sold out but the front desk did nothing to try and solve the problem.They give out 2 towels (1 small, 1 big) even if you have more than one person staying in the room. The pool look murky and disgusting like they haven't cleaned it in a while. You definitely get what you paid for. For this hotel to be apart of Wyndham it's terrible!! STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We got rerouted and stayed here. It was a great stay for the price. You get the basic stuff and more. Definitively would return if needed. The staff was helpful.
I waited for the shuttle for an hour and a half well past midnight. I called the front desk around 10 times asking about it and each time they said they were 5 to 10 minutes away. I eventually had to get an uber and when I got to the hotel, there was no apology, no offer of reimbursement, nothing. They were actually very hostel when I tried to talk to them about my issue. My room then had stains on the bed and a paper bad was left of the floor of the bathroom. There was no breakfast at all, just had cold decaf coffee. I arrived for my shuttle back to the airport 5 minutes ahead of schedule as instructed the night before, then was told the shuttle left without me even though I had been put on the list and arrived early before the departure time. Again, no apology was given. Stay literally anywhere else. I've stayed in hostels with 10 people and no running water that was more enjoyable and comfortable than this place.
Accidentally left my diamond earrings on bedside table. Called and asked manager to please go to room and get them.. he said housekeeping would go in an hour and for me to call back. I called back and guess what housekeeping said they were not there. I told guy that I know where I left them.. he said he would go look around room and would call me back. He never called.. I called them and they hang the phone up in my face. Or they won't answer I guess because my name on caller ID shows up. Also we were told we had to bring towels to front desk to get fresh ones because housekeeping only goes in rooms after people check out. I took towels to front desk and they actually thought I was going to stand there and count the towels out for them. We do not recommend this place. I wish I could give them negative stars!! 😡
You get what you pay for. The pool was not cleaned so you were not even allowed to sit out around it. I had a 4 night stay. I was told do to covid the room will be cleaned on the 3 day but that didn't happen I never received any house keeping even after being assured that it would be clean when I arrive back at the room. When I called the front desk I was told housekeeping has gone and all they can offer me is fresh towels if I was willing to come get them.
Man... where to start . Customer service was terrible. Shower was terrible and water pressure and temp was irregular and switched back and forth. They told us to call to confirm a shuttle time , I called, they would pick the phone up and hang it up immediately- 8 times. I went to the front desk to tell them, I heard someone being charged for an extra comforter and for an early checkout time .
The walls are paper thin, and you legit can hear EVERYTHING around you. You can hear someone sneeze or talk. Car doors. Cars starting up and idling, people talking.
Rooms are outdated and small. Everything is worn down, showing age. My wife and I came here because a flight got cancelled , and we are laughing at how bad this place is, and how it’s going to be a funny memory we tell others about , about how terrible it was, lol
Convenient location. Photos were deceiving. Only one close was the lobby. Customer service was nice. We had 4 people in room. Only 2 sets of towels. Went back to desk, they gave us 1 more set said others had to be returned before we could get more.
Tub was stopped up(they did come when we called). Phone didn't work(they fixed it next morning)
Facility was drab and dreary.

False advertisement. I honestly feel like I would’ve gotten a better night of sleep in a jail cell.
Front desk workers were very nice and helpful, which was the only positive experience, but sadly the hotel itself is not nice. 4 people had to share 2 sopping wet towels, 1 washcloth, no blankets, and the water pressure is nonexistent. Also woke up with a numb hip from the spring in me.
Due to COVID, our breakfast was a pop-tart and an orange. Also, the pool is closed which is the whole reason we booked this place.
When I checked in I was told that my card would be charged $25 ( I figured it was some sort of security deposit) and that the money would be returned to my account after seven business days. When I called 12 days later a very rude gentleman said that I was charged because I took their coffee machine. First off I don’t drink coffee and didn’t even notice it in the room. Secondly, he had a very nonchalant tone like I would simply accept that my card was charged for something I didn’t do simply because that’s the note on the account. Did they even check their cameras before assuming that I took their coffee machine?
He then said that management will give me a call. I will keep calling everyday until they do and I will never book with this place again.

We requested to be moved to another room and in the new room the mattresses were not of the same quality as the first one; therefore, we asked to be moved to a room that provided the same comfort level of mattress in our first room. The staff informed us that no rooms were available and we had to upgrade. When we upgraded, we walked into a room that was not clean and had towels with hair on it. We were informed that if we wanted new towels, we would have to bring the dirty towels to the front to have them either cleaned or exchanged instead of the hotel staff coming to us. I have never had to do this at any Wyndham hotel I have stayed at before.

Rolled in about 1:30 AM, and had to get up at 8 AM to continue traveling. The night & morning staff need to know more on what’s going on as there was a woman screaming for help in a room near mine and then we saw police arrived and didn’t report anything to the staff on duty. If they did, the night shift did not let the morning man know. We then asked for a refund and the Manager wasn’t even in and asked us to wait for him/her. Brad acted like nothing happened and was “shocked” to hear the news. I think this happens often as it’s just a sketchy place to stay for a night. Very noisy and bad staff that do NOT care about your stay. Really need to improve the management and employees. Step up your game Days Inn.
It’s a SCAM. DON’T BOOK IT. They won’t let you check -in and then they will charge you for no-show fee. The manager was extremely RUDE. This is a place for all ILLEGAL business , it’s not a SAFE place for you to stay. DON’T Book it. Do yourself a favor and keep yourself away and safe from this
I booked this hotel based on the location, but was disappointed by the condition of the room. It lacked in cleanliness, the room had a strong cigarette smell. After discussing
with the person attending the counter I was told they would still charge me for a night even though I walked in and back out the room. How was I suppose to guess the condition of the room before booking it . Personally I do not recommend this hotel, take your business else where.
Made a reservation and requested early check-in. They said they would have it ready by 12:30. We arrived at 12:40 and they said room wouldn't be ready for 49 minutes. We went and got lunch. Came back an hour and twenty minutes later and they said they needed another 20 minutes. Also the restroom off the lobby was disgusting and the police were thete for some emergency. My suggestion is if you are going to promise someone an early check-in, don't also allow a late checkout. If you're going to tell someone who reserved and called in advance for early check-in. "Go get lunch and come back" you should buy their lunch.

We are traveling for sports competition and needed a room quick because the place we were going to stay at fell through. I happened to stumble across this amazing price for 2 nights at this Days Inn. I assumed that because of the cheap price the room would be a dump but to my surprise it is exactly what we needed. Small quaint room with all amenities including a breakfast bag in the am. No bugs! Will definitely keep this one on my list of places I can trust.
Place is awful....... very disrespectful management and staff . Stayed two nights and the double charge me a deposit of 25 dollars. I cam because the great experience I had at houston Willowbrook Wyndham inn.. this place shouldn't be called Wyndham inn they abusing the name.
Do not recommend. The don't tell you about the 100$ cash deposit that you MUST pay until you arrive. The breakfast was literally in a sack. Middle school cafeteria style. The room was okay but they take the 11:00am checkout SERIOUS. We got a knock on our door at 11:07am asking when we would be leaving. Also the walls are paper thin. We heard everything. Would not go back.
We are doing a 13 state 19 day road trip and almost every Motel and Hotel we have stayed in Have been great. We own and manage Some ourself so we know how important it is to please our customers. Thank you guys for great service.
the staff was very nice and friendly , my room was clean and neat they don’t bother you everyday and if I needed to talk to them about anything they was on it , I enjoyed my stay for hurricane Laura I came from Opelousas Louisiana which took me five hours to arrive and another thing they waited on me to get there and they didn’t give my room away thanks so much
Stayed one night in a Guest studio, very clean and spacious, room was remodeled and modern, comfy queen bed, very quiet, and safe. Great room price and nice courteous front staff.. will for sure stay here again!
Website promises free airport shuddle. At check in we were informed there is none, costing us to spend an additional $20 for an Uber. We were handed a key that didn't work. Clerk had to try next room which didn't have working light switch. Moved us to next room (3rd room by now) where we finally slept with a loud AC unit that sounded like a motor boat all night. Breakfast was also not available when we left. One of the worst experiences.
The best bang for your buck in DFW. Clean rooms, plush comfortable beds and cold A/C. The regular rooms are small in square footage, but priced right. They have all the expected amenities: coffee maker with coffee supplies, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, conditioner, AND lotion....... PLUS a refrigerator and a microwave. The front desk staff were always courteous and helpful when needed. Housekeeping was there if you wanted or needed them for something, but did not wake you up too early in order to get in and clean a room. I recommend the executive one bedroom or the jacuzzi suites. They're both the size of 2 rooms, have sofa beds and allow your family more room to stretch out for not a lot of bucks.
The place was honestly terrible.My boyfriend and I stayed there for 5 fays, and over those 5 days there was nothing good except loud music, other guests being loud, the pictures online are not the same as in person, the elevator was broken down and old, the room service was terrible, and the worst part? The staff. We asked for pillows and blankets with thin and shabby ones being in our room, so we asked for more. The man at the counter reprimanded us and continued to question why we needed pillows and blankets. We had our 2 month old puppy staying with us who was an angel and rarely destroyed anything and if it was it was a tissue at most. He was still potty training and he accidentally peed on a blanket. Nothing too serious. We even washed the blanket with laundry detergant and cleaned it for them so it wasn't as hard. The manager reprimanded us, and threatened to take our deposit away if the blanket was dirty. This place is great for a 1 night stay in an emergancy. Otherwise DO NOT STAY.

The rooms are very clean and completely renovated. I've not seen one bug, heard one bad thing and have not had any other issues with patrons, smoke, homeless or traffic. I'd highly recommend for the price!
SEEK OTHER MEANS OF HOSPITALITY!!!!!! I RUN A LARGE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH 20+ EMPLOYEES, WHO I USED TO SEND HERE FOR TRAINING WHILE IN THE DALLAS AREA. NOT ONLY ARE THEY VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE BUT NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. I ALWAYS ASK EVERY TIME FOR THEM TO SEND CONFORMATION AND THE RECEIPT TO MY EMAIL ONCE IT IS READY AND NEVER GET IT. I HAVE TO CALL AND WAIT ON HOLD, EXPLAIN MYSELF 3 TO 4 TIMES AND THEN WAIT TO GET WHAT I NEED TO FOR MY BOOKS TO BE RIGHT. I WILL BE CHOOSING ANOTHER COMPANY AND SENDING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
It was conveniently located to downtown. The beds were nice, the shampoo conditioner and facial soap was smelling really good. It was a nice stay
I have been booking at this hotel since last year. I haven't had any problems ever. The front desk is nice to me and customer service is always good. I always get a good rate. My room is always clean. Even last minute bookings, I get good rates. I would recommend this hotel stay.
Very disappointed in my stay here. When checking in, I asked for a ground level room because I had my dog with me, I was told they didn’t have any ground level rooms available, that was fine. The water temperature continued to change from cold to extremely hot without adjusting the tap, when taking a shower, the water suddenly changes to ice cold then straight to Scolding hot where I almost burned myself....
The walls and doors must be paper thin as I was kept up all night from what sounded like pounding from the floor above mine.
Then when checking out, the front desk manager was quite rude and told me I needed to wait when I was returning my door key. I was then informed that I was being charged an extra $25 for having my dog with me.. I was never informed this while booking on the site or when checking in.
I recommend choosing any other hotel in the area.
Stay was horrible. Shower would never be hot was cold. Housekeeping barely comes by at all. Roaches were in the room. And the evening shift I'm not sure what they're there for? Was waiting 30 minutes before anyone came to desk to check me in. DO NOT ORDER from the in room menus. Worst food ever. There were fights and a car got broken into while I was there. AVOID this hotel at all costs
I walked in the receptionist was the very best. However, the room felt like a hospital. I have never been more uncomfortable than that. I got my money back, with ease as I had an emergency call from home. But I worried about my car, the area is full of strangers roaming on foot. I don't recommend this hotel. Not comfortable at all. sorry, but I need to be honest.
While we weren't expecting a 5-star hotel or fancy amenities, this hotel was very convenient and simple for a short vacation. The only MAJOR downfall with this hotel would be the plumbings. Specifically, the shower. I've never had such a bipolar showering experience; from freezing cold, to scorching hot, and nothing in-between. It didnt matter what time of the day/night the plumbing was whack! I debated washing up in the sink it was so bad. But honestly, other than that this hotel is way better than some! It was clean and quiet and the guest attendants where decent, not overly friendly though, which was a bummer. All in all I'd give it a 3.5-4 star. Mainly because of the plumbings inability to control itself
This is a horrible place to stay. The rooms are gross. I won't walk on the carpet barefoot and the outdoor walkways are filthy. Vomit left to dry and never cleaned up. The desk staff are not friendly nor polite. I'm only staying there because I have to. Can't wait to finally find an apartment and get out there. DO NOT STAY HERE.

A horrible smell in the room! The night shift was completely incompetent. We checked in late because of our flight, the TV didn't work. When I called the office I was told that nothing could be done until morning. When I called back in the morning, no one ever came to fix it. I ended up having to fix the satellite receiver myself. The toilet stopped up. I was told that housekeeping had gone for the day. I had to convince them to let me into the housekeeping supply room so I could get the one plunger they had and then I had to clear the blockage myself. Avoid this Day's Inn!!!

Check in process was slower than expected given I had prepaid for my room. There were staff members standing around doing apparently nothing. The room was dirty, and I made meaningful eye contact with not one, but two cockroaches while in my room. My morning shower randomly alternated from ice cold to scalding hot. The hotel failed to redeem itself during breakfast where the selection was mediocre at best consisting solely of standard breakfast cereals, various pre-packaged breads(bagels, cinnamon rolls, etc), biscuits and gravy and the obligatory waffle machine. I will allow that there were also fresh grapefruits available that looked good enough I guess, if you're into that sort of thing, which I am not. I elected to try my luck with the biscuits and gravy only to find that the biscuits were soggy and the gravy excessively runny. Coffee was ok but after a life time of terrible coffee I have extremely low standards on that front. All in all, I was not impressed and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's almost preferable to sleep in the car.
Stay away from this hotel. If you are just crashing for the night it may be ok. But just know that they are very rude. They will not fix of help you with anything. They will steal your money by charging you an extra$25. But won't show you proof of what it's for. They need to be reported. Does anyone know who to report them to.

Probably the best days in I've been to. Still a few problems but for the price I cant complain. The only problems were the water in the shower would randomly go super hot or freezing cold even without changing the temp on the handle. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was ok. Worth it for the price but next time I would definitely choose a better hotel
Left my car parked here over the holidays as I flew out of Dallas and was pleased upon my return! It was much cheaper to park here than at the airport!

We couldn't have been happier to come to this hotel. For the price we paid, it was clean, the breakfast was a good choice and clean area. We felt very safe here. The lady on reception was lovely and let us check in a little early, and helped us sort out our airport transfer.
It's OK for the price, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean, and the room was good for the price.
Scammed my daughter out of her deposit for no reason, room was dirty, unbearably loud from all directions, mattresses and pillows were so uncomfortable I didn't sleep a wink, not to mention the BED BUGS! We do not recommend this place regardless of the price. It'd be better to stay home or in your car🤢😭

I will never stay here again but it's not even because of the bed bugs even though that's part of the reason. The Indian lady in the front desk and her fairly new coworker made a mistake and double charge me for one night and then made me feel better about it being extremely rude when I inquired about the mistake and by the way they also tars my friend because the Room was originally in his name then to make matters worse she talked down to me In front of customers. One of the worst experiences ever and I'm not the kind of person to leave badd reviews so if I'm taking my time to do so is because I felt the need to. I took pictures of the pillows my friend was itching I am come to find out they are were bed bugs.
It's a good hotel for people who only need a night, but for long term it is lacking. There was no dresser or desk which made it difficult to do anything but sit on the bed. The price was good, but for more than one night I would find another hotel with better amenities..

I wish I could give zero star to this place. This is the worst ever airport parking I have experienced. I used this place for DFW airport parking. If you want to park your car instead of airport parking stay away from this place. Their shuttle service is a nightmare. In fact they use a shuttle service shared between multiple inns.
When we arrived and followed instructions for pickup shuttle they said it usually take 10 mins worst case 25 min. We waited for more than an hour. No matter how many times I called they keep saying it is coming.
Respect you time and go somewhere else.
a good place to stay. The rooms were clean and it was quiet, no noisy neighbors. The continental breakfast was fair nothing outstanding but good. I would return to stay when we return to Dallas.
Showering was a risk. Water temperature fluctuates from unbearably hot to very cold. Vanity faucet, hot was hot and cold was warm..like brushing your teeth with warm water.
Breakfast was awful. One side of toaster didn't work. The gravy for the biscuits was cold. Would never stay again or recommend.
Not the worst place I've stayed. Outdated decor. There was mold on the curtains which I'm sure comes from the condensation on the window which is a result of all the humidity in the room. All in all, it served its purpose. I slept. Neighbors were a little loud & you can hear the housekeepers roll their bins past your door. Coke machine advertised wrong drinks & the shower water switches from hot to cold mid shower.

I love everything about this local hotel in Grapevine, Texas. The entire room is looking "nice," and the bed feels comfortable. Plus, the shower is so soothing and the sink is nice and clean. The maid who does the cleaning service and stuff is so nice to me. And the front desk receptionists of the hotel lobby are pretty straightforward and nice to me. The shuttle between this place and the DFW Airport is FREE, so that I wouldn't have to pay for Uber rides or something. So, I'd highly recommend this to anyone who ever wishes to stay and rest nearby the DFW Airport, like I do.
I was a little scared to book after reading the reviews but went ahead and booked a room because the price was fair. I have to say they were very nice. The people at the desk when we checked in were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was a rinky dink hotel at one point but they have done a good job up grading it. It was very clean and the next day we were up and ready early for the breakfast. We will definitely stay again in the future.
