Clean rooms, great customer service, great prices, also cheap airport long term parking. I'd stay here again and recommend it.

The best bang for your buck in DFW. Clean rooms, plush comfortable beds and cold A/C. The regular rooms are small in square footage, but priced right. They have all the expected amenities: coffee maker with coffee supplies, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, conditioner, AND lotion....... PLUS a refrigerator and a microwave. The front desk staff were always courteous and helpful when needed. Housekeeping was there if you wanted or needed them for something, but did not wake you up too early in order to get in and clean a room. I recommend the executive one bedroom or the jacuzzi suites. They're both the size of 2 rooms, have sofa beds and allow your family more room to stretch out for not a lot of bucks.

For the price, it was exactly what was to be expected. The bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to what I was expecting and was a pretty clean room. The staff made shuttle pick up for the airport completely effortless.

I have used this location to park when I travel for several years. Never had any issues, even when I had to delay pick up. Friendly staff. Safe location. Shuttle service is good.

Very nice front desk and reception! Checked in had an issue with my card (my side) hotel staff gave very courteous and understanding options smoothing the check in! I thank the gentleman (who was also training a new staff member) very much!!! He kept a cool professional demeanor!!!!!

The large amount of overhead cameras might make u think either very safe or enough incidents has happened in this area. Shady looking spots on sheets. I carry lysol always so I was kinda ok. Other than that, ice machines are good, room have microwave, fridge, coffee maker. U get a breakfast bag to go, coffee and juice by the front desk. Shuttle to DFW airport available. Easy drive in n out. Might take a minute to warm up to out n inside room appearance but it'll meet needs. NOW, THERE'S NO COMFORTER. I would come back.

If you're looking for a place to sleep and nothing else, this is your castle. Need a bed? Check. A roof? Also check. Beyond that, let’s just say this isn’t where you’d bring your wife for a get away. The complimentary breakfast? Let’s just call it “caloric optimism.” And the vibe? Somewhere between “layover survival” and “oh, so this is where that sock went.”

Perfect for a night of shut-eye before heading anywhere else. Wouldn't recommend unpacking your soul—or your suitcase—too much.

The location was perfect because it was so close to the airport. The guy at the reception desk was very friendly and got a room very fast. He gave us a bag with breakfast items. The rooms are outdated and with a smoke smell. They are not very clean

Everything was wonderful and it served it's purpose except their policy changed once we got there. Cash deposit and card transaction! That was the down side. Other than that, staff was great everything I didn't expect they gave. Room service, coming in to a clean room with supplies was the best. For a short budget it was up to standard!

Decent hotel close to airport, plenty of parking and a nearby gas station , also an Indian restaurant operates inside for food option … I wouldn’t say you can expect 3star facilities in a cheap hotel. There is a pool I never used … no chair or table for working , internet was decent speed.

Nice clean room with in room jacuzzi with tile floors through out! Jacuzzi and living area were together then you have a bedroom and restroom together separated from living area

TV in each of the areas. Cold air and refrigerator! All in all a nice stay!!

It was a little pricey but not to bad!!

I was a little scared to book after reading the reviews but went ahead and booked a room because the price was fair. I have to say they were very nice. The people at the desk when we checked in were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was a rinky dink hotel at one point but they have done a good job up grading it. It was very clean and the next day we were up and ready early for the breakfast. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Normally it is a good experience to stay here, but I am always bothered that my name is ruined, and it takes more work than it should to have to ask requests several times.

Polite employees in sound but trashy gossip and insults are common from the front desk staff, not just to me but to other customers as well. The kiosk from the front is too loud and often rude. Privacy of info at checkin is broadcasted across the lobby.

The cleaning staff does a good job although it is not always guaranteed the room will get cleaned when requested, it may take multiple requests. Even with requesting, there is always a good chance the room will not be cleaned. The cleaning staff are overworked, however, the front desk makes false promises assuring it will be cleaned only to find out it isn't and you have to service your own towels and trash. Expect stained and threadbare sheets. Previously all towels looked like rags with black marks on them and threadbare . The towels have improved for the most part, but the sheets often have small hidden stained spots, and other indications they are too old to be on the bed at a hotel.

The view is nice on all sides of the hotel. The rooms are all viewed inside by many and there is a chance the room will be entered at night or during the day. There have been improvements to the hotel since this Spring. They recently painted. There is a large 12 yard outside pool. Service has been overall a little better. Less pot coming through the walls and better room stays overall. Expect bagged pop tarts and granola bars for breakfast. The rooms are small with little room for storage. High vaulted ceilings make the space seem more open. The room is good for sleeping but not to spend all day in.

I love everything about this local hotel in Grapevine, Texas. The entire room is looking "nice," and the bed feels comfortable. Plus, the shower is so soothing and the sink is nice and clean. The maid who does the cleaning service and stuff is so nice to me. And the front desk receptionists of the hotel lobby are pretty straightforward and nice to me. The shuttle between this place and the DFW Airport is FREE, so that I wouldn't have to pay for Uber rides or something. So, I'd highly recommend this to anyone who ever wishes to stay and rest nearby the DFW Airport, like I do.

Rooms were small but CLEAN!! Beds were a little uncomfortable. The front desk clerk was very nice. I called a few days before the trip to confirm the shuttle to Dallas Lovefield. I received the wrong information from the representative the week before. I was glad I called ahead of time to make arrangements. The clerk I spoke to about the wrong information was not professional. She stated, " we do not shuttle there, and you can cancel your reservation if you want " in a sarcasm voice. I'm glad I called ahead of time to make arrangements to the airport because I was leaving my car at this location for a few days. It was the most economical way. Location was easy access to the airport.

We are traveling for sports competition and needed a room quick because the place we were going to stay at fell through. I happened to stumble across this amazing price for 2 nights at this Days Inn. I assumed that because of the cheap price the room would be a dump but to my surprise it is exactly what we needed. Small quaint room with all amenities including a breakfast bag in the am. No bugs! Will definitely keep this one on my list of places I can trust.

It was conveniently located to downtown. The beds were nice, the shampoo conditioner and facial soap was smelling really good. It was a nice stay

It’s a days inn, not the Ritz. It’s what you’d expect from an affordable hotel room. Our room was clean. The shower pressure was great but temp is a little inconsistent. Pool was warm, could have been cleaner but again. It’s a days inn. Was nice enough for a nights stay. The “breakfast” is Poptarts and granola bars, but better than nothing

I have been booking at this hotel since last year. I haven't had any problems ever. The front desk is nice to me and customer service is always good. I always get a good rate. My room is always clean. Even last minute bookings, I get good rates. I would recommend this hotel stay.

I stayed one night at Days Inn. The room was fine, but a bit loud by other people who passed by outside the room late at night. The room itself was clean and comfy. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Not bad to stay at. Room smelled funky but cleared up after running the A/C. The girl at the check in counter was cute. Wish I had got her number.

No, this is not a "5-star" hotel. BUT the lobby and rooms are clean, well stocked, and have working amenities. That's what you get for $50/night. We were stuck at DFW airport along with thousands of others who couldn't get home due to a TX monsoon. It was past midnight and I'd been in an airport all day with a toddler. I booked a room online and ordered an Uber. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff reminded me that since I booked after midnight I actually booked for the next day, not for that night (doh! Face-palm). Instead of turning us away (I know the airlines had reserved all the rooms in the area for the vouchers the thousands were waiting for), he booked us a room. Other than the weather waking us up, we slept very comfortably and were able to sip down some cheap hotel coffee in the morning too. I'd been around airport staff all day that seemed to choose to be jerks whenever they had the opportunity, it was refreshing to encounter someone who chose to be kind instead. Thank you.

So we stuck in Dallas for another 10 days for some personal reasons that we didn’t expect, so we stayed at this place till our flight available. The staffs are friendly, the WiFi is fast it’s in public so no need for password and they have bag of breakfast(water, pop tarts and protein bar) and there’s restaurants in the building too. The Indian food here was good. Just convenient close to the airport. There’s shuttle to airport if you need a ride. In 10 days staying at this place it saves us money. Well, if you want more fancy place? This place is not for you. The room that we had was smelled ammonia that hurt my nose and head every time I woke up in the morning. 55$ a day for 10 days? it’s not bad at all. Thanks to the staffs here

Convenient location near the airport. Rooms are smaller than other Days Inn locations have. The room was clean and tidy, with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Definitely a great value for the price.

The rooms are very clean and completely renovated. I've not seen one bug, heard one bad thing and have not had any other issues with patrons, smoke, homeless or traffic. I'd highly recommend for the price!

Left my car parked here over the holidays as I flew out of Dallas and was pleased upon my return! It was much cheaper to park here than at the airport!
