Stayed here on the way out of dfw airport and it was better then expected. Paid to leave our car on property while we were at Disney for the week. Workers at the front desk were so helpful. The shuttle was on time to and from. Great hotel for the price. I wish it was an indoor pool since it’s November but no complaints here. Oh my son said the pull out mattress is better at Hilton. So maybe plan for that. He said it we said again he would just sleep on it as a couch

Affordable nights sleep and friendly staff. No breakfast other than coffee, bestest room was there, just not in use. Soft beds but comfortable. Rooms clean, if a little tired. Low wattage bulbs and lack of wall switches. Waited more than 30 minutes for free shuttle from airport. Unfortunately, appears to be frequented by long term residents with varying degrees of mental fortitude. Did not feel safe in parking lot or neighborhood. Nearby Sheraton at twice the price is a much safer bet.

The location was great. The staff was mostly friendly. One desk clerk (amber) made our stay worth it the whole trip with her kindness and conversation and great customer service.

The pool area was nice and clean, the hot tub didnt work but they were fixing it as soon as we told them.

We stayed almost a week and we would stay again.

Friendly staff. Relatively clean room except for the GIANT COCKROACH I found in our bathroom the next morning.

The hotel was very nice. The balcony was an added bonus. They were very accommodating. I arrived early and they were able to get me a room quick.

I stayed here 6 months ago and the manager was very polite and accommodating. So I decided to use this hotel again. Before booking I called the hotel to see if I could get an early check in and was told yes . Here I am at 1030 having just drove 2 hours to get here and the front desk clerk added if she could help me and I advised that we were here to check in. She said check in was at 3 pm and I advised her that we called ahead of time and was given approval. She didn’t even bat an eye lash and said if I wanted to check in early I would have to pay an additional $30 because she would have to call housekeeping and have them clean one . I told her I’m not paying additional for housekeeping to do their job and explained again that I was already given approval. I then asked for a manager and she said she was the only one on a Monday morning at 1030. I insisted she call her manager and she briefly tried and said he didn’t answer. . You could tell the front desk lady didn’t care . It seems that more and more businesses are doing the same as this hotel and not caring. As a business owner this lack of services is troubling. You have to go the extra mile these days and show your clients how you appreciate their business by doing the extra things to stand out above the rest.

A/C didn't work in the room, not enough toilet paper in the room, 1 hair on the "clean" sheets, trashcan by the coffee bar overflowing. People weren't required to use masks even though is a state order during this pandemic, even some employees weren't using masks.

As soon as I walked into my room I had to kill a roach. The A/C vent was covered in mold and mildew and the air quality was terrible. I have mold allergies and could barely breathe. Only stayed overnight but the worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. The only good thing about it was Amber, who did her best to accommodate for some mishaps with my airline.

Amber was nice and efficient. The room was clean and roomy especially for the price we paid. I would definitely go back there again. (I hated their soap) dried my hands out and super little. The hotel was clean and quiet. Shuttle was their on time to pick us up and take us back to the airport. No stores close by but I loved the fact that they had a mini store inside the hotel open 24/7 for any snack needs that u may have. Definitely will be returning SOON

Very Friendly staff and most appreciative of your shuttle driver. Our stay is always comfortable. We did notice that you have cut back on soap, cups and items placed in the room. But you are very helpful when we ask for additional amounts.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The only reason im only giving a 3 star rating is due to the price in comparison to the condition of the property. Everything is outdated and a little run down. The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly. In order to keep the room at 70 degrees we had to drop the thermostat down to 66 and at night to keep the room at 68 we had to drop the thermostat to 65. If you are looking to swim the pool is small but it cools you off. The spa wasn't running during our stay.

The beds were comfy though so all in all it was a good stay.

Was put here due to a delayed american airlines flight (again.) Called the free shuttle about 15 times and nobody ever answered. Ended up taking a Lyft to get there for about 16 dollars from DFW. Upon arrival, I mention that i had called to get a ride and got no answer, and their reply was "oh, okay." Got my room key and walked to my room. My first impression was made by the extremely dim lights which barely illuminated the first part of the room enough for me to walk in. As I stumbled around looking for another light, I found the sink and turned the light on and was again greeted by an underwhelming light. After a bit more stumbling, I found the bedside lamps and turned them on. As I looked around the room, it seemed fairly nice aside from some obvious water damage in the corner near the air conditioner. Carpet was a bit worn, but nothing too bad. The bathroom was actually very nice and the bed was very comfortable and I slept well in it. In the morning, I called the front desk and again, no answer after several attempts. I walked down to the counter and asked what time breakfast was and was told 6:30 am. As I started walking back to my room, Idecided to grab a cup of coffee in the fron lobby, only to discover that all of the coffee pots were empty. On my way back to my room at 6:10 am, I noticed multiple people in the breakfast room and discovered breakfast had in fact already begun. I went in and got my food. Food included eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, mini muffins, juices, a waffle iron that makes Texas shaped waffles (my favorite food), and some coffees and teas. For a quick breakfast it was pretty tasty. Once I finished breakfast, I caught a ride on the airport shuttle. The shuttle was a bit crowded (most likely full of other american airline customers) but was free and quick so I can't complain. Overall, the hotel was decent enough to get a good night sleep before my flight, but if I had the choice, I would have chose something a bit nicer. If I had to change one thing about this experience that couldve made my review a bit better, I would have to say it was the shuttle not answering the phone or picking me up from the airport. After an already bad day, that was the straw that broke the camel's back, and reflected poorly on the hotel as a whole.

Definitely not a three star hotel, more like 2star. This is now the second room that I have been in and the AC cannot get the room below 75° after four hours of running. The other room would not get below 78° at night! The carpet and rooms are worn out, dated, dirty in ever corner and the entire hotel has a old nursing home smell. Definitely not worth more than $40 a night.

American Airlines gave us a voucher for this hotel due to flight delays that caused my family to miss our connection and have to stay in Dallas overnight. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Got to the hotel and checked in smoothly. Got to our room and opened the pullout sofa for my 2 sons to sleep on and the mattress was disgusting. Also no linens for the pullout in the room. Finally, us moving the couch must have caused the cockroach to come out because it scurried across the room floor within 5 minutes of us being there. We left immediately and paid for our own hotel for the piece of mind.

Our room was nice & large enough that we could have brought the kids. Breakfast was great and the shuttle/parking service at the hotel is unbeatable. We were very pleased.

Arrived today on business. First thing I noticed immediately is how clean the hotel is. Whatever they used as an air freshener smalls so good! My room is clean to expectations. Not a single thing out of place. The front desk staff has been extremely helpful with helping me navigate to the hotel shuttle at the airport as well. Love this hotel and would definitely stay again. All Comfort Suites I've been to so far provide pristine service. I was on business in Tampa in December and loved my stay there as well.

American Airlines put me up there for the night during to delays & missed flights...The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Being a vegetarian, I couldn't find many restaurants that delivered to the hotel. The night manager took me to the breakfast room and gave some fruit and other things to eat.

There was a mishap. I was given a room, but when I went to it someone was already there. They quickly rectified the situation. The room was basic, simply decorated. The only downside, for me, was that my room was on the 1st floor and only the sheer curtains closed completely. This allowed A LOT of light from street lights in and made the room seem less private. For a night, not a bad place to stay.

My visit here was alright. The front staff was very busy with guest but did a great job handling the chaos. As far as the cleanliness of the rooms go it wasn’t very clean. The pillows on the couch had nasty stains on them, the room looked like it had never been vacuumed and the furniture was damaged. Also the staff were having meetings and were yelling at each other which was very unprofessional to do where guests could hear. Lastly when I booked this room I chose a king bed but was given 2 queens. That wasn't too big of a deal as I booked it with hotwire.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Give yourself extra time for the shuttle if you fly AA out of any other terminal than C. You'll need to take an orange airport shuttle to the other terminals once they drop you off.

My plane was delayed due to maintenance, so American Airlines put me up in the hotel. The front clerk and staff were nice and very helpful. They have a shuttle to and from the airport for free that leaves at least once an hour or per your scheduled appointment. My issue with this place is the room I stayed in had visible pieces missing out of the carpet and there was a watermark with peeling ceiling literally above my TV.

I stayed here in 2017 and it was a great experience. But I warn you, DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are not clean! The manager on duty was eager to discount my room 20 percent but couldn't offer a refund until the manager came on shift at 7 am. There was a bug in my bed, room smelled and bed not made. I have never had an experience like this. RUN!

The room was so gross. Hair everywhere (in the sheets and in the shower). It was also so humid. The walls, tv, mirror‘s all had condensation on them. I hung my bridesmaid dress in the closet for a day and when I got it out (right before the wedding) it was wet!! I asked to switch rooms and the front desk said I would have to pay for an upgrade. I tried to explain to them the condition of my room and they were very rude.

Clean, comfortable rooms and well maintained property but what really makes this property stand out is the staff!!! Ashton was great with check in and shuttle arrangements but Paris was absolutely AMAZING with my kids and all of our extra towels requests!!! Great place to stay!

Walked into my room and was overwhelmed by the dank, musty smell of mildew. Carpet in the room needs to be replaced as it is worn through in multiple places. Mattress was ok. The AC in the room was very noisy and never seemed to be able to cool the room during the hot day. The breakfast was standard continental fare. Coffee was terrible.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. We travel here a few times per year. I have noticed that the quality has gone downhill greatly in the past year. This time, it was so bad that I had to change my 4 star review of them 2 years ago to a 1 star review. We were staying in this hotel and it was a group of 10 rooms. You would think that a hotel would want to accommodate a large group like that especially because we stay there a few times a year. They were not accommodating at all. We got there at 1:45 and we just wanted one room that we could put our bags in so that we could all ride together to go get something to eat. They told us that none of our 10 rooms are ready at this time to come back at 3 when the regular check-in is. Then whenever we started to check in it took a long time, 30 minutes. To check into the rooms. This may not seem like a long time to a lot of people but I had 42 teenagers standing in the lobby while this whole process was going on oh, that was not fun. Then after the first night we come back to our room and there was a stack of towels on the counter inside the door. The room had not been cleaned at all, but there was a note. The note said "Please accept our sincere apologies today. We are severely understaffed and housekeeping and will only be able to change out bath towels." That is unacceptable!!! The convenience of this hotel to our destination is not worth the compromises that we have to make in quality. For all future trips we will stay somewhere else.

Staff is very friendly!! From the time you walk in the door you feel welcomed !! If you have any problems the staff will go out of the way to fix it. We stayed for over a week and every morning we left the hotel and came back the room would be nice and clean.. I would recommend this room anytime!! Great experience

Very friendly staff, very clean room. Plenty of towels. Double queen room, AC worked great. My only complaint, which is simply preferential, the beds were like sleeping on a giant cinder block. Elevator is shaky. Overall nice room and decent pricing, close to everything.

Nice, no frills hotel. Parking is interesting and can get congested. Friendly enough staff. Room was clean and toiletries adequate. Didn't try breakfast, but I'm sure it's typical of a 2 star. Convenient location in Grape Vine.
