Had to wait a hour and 15 minutes to be picked up at the airport 11:45 PM Won’t happen a second time.

Decent no-frills hotel. Breakfast was good and had healthy options. Staff was friendly and the pool was clean.

Stayed here on the way out of dfw airport and it was better then expected. Paid to leave our car on property while we were at Disney for the week. Workers at the front desk were so helpful. The shuttle was on time to and from. Great hotel for the price. I wish it was an indoor pool since it’s November but no complaints here. Oh my son said the pull out mattress is better at Hilton. So maybe plan for that. He said it we said again he would just sleep on it as a couch

Very friendly staff, very clean room. Plenty of towels. Double queen room, AC worked great. My only complaint, which is simply preferential, the beds were like sleeping on a giant cinder block. Elevator is shaky. Overall nice room and decent pricing, close to everything.

I flew in and stayed here for the weekend football game. The location from the airport is awesome and shuttle is great. The staff was nice, my room was clean, and hotel was very quiet. Only thing that could have been better was the mattress kind of sunk in when you lay down. It was almost like I feel into a casket. Other than that, I would stay here again when I visit the Dallas area

Nice, no frills hotel. Parking is interesting and can get congested. Friendly enough staff. Room was clean and toiletries adequate. Didn't try breakfast, but I'm sure it's typical of a 2 star. Convenient location in Grape Vine.

As close to airport as possible, shuttle was simple and on time leaving hotel. Room was comfortable, only stayed for a short time overnight so I have limited experience but the bed was wonderful in my room that night. Oh and really liked the alarm clock in the room as it had 2 faces, 1 forward facing as normal and 1 side facing the bed which also had a dimmer- it's the little things! Really my bed was so comfortable, fell right to sleep.

This is a good hotel to spend a few nights in while passing through. I love the tall ceilings on the top floor, it gives a homey feel to the room. I also liked having a separate living room w/ balcony. The bed was especially comfortable! I was surprised! Well at least it's comfortable in room 330. I wish I would've stayed longer than one night. I'll definitely stay again. Great value for the money.

Definitely a comfortable stay. No issues and everything was clean as a whistle. Staff was VERY friendly especially the lady at the front desk in the AM. I will definitely be staying there again

Amber was nice and efficient. The room was clean and roomy especially for the price we paid. I would definitely go back there again. (I hated their soap) dried my hands out and super little. The hotel was clean and quiet. Shuttle was their on time to pick us up and take us back to the airport. No stores close by but I loved the fact that they had a mini store inside the hotel open 24/7 for any snack needs that u may have. Definitely will be returning SOON

Very Friendly staff and most appreciative of your shuttle driver. Our stay is always comfortable. We did notice that you have cut back on soap, cups and items placed in the room. But you are very helpful when we ask for additional amounts.

Overall for unexpected travel. Booking this place as our only affordable option went very well! & reading some pretty scary reviews. we were so nervous.

When we arrived & called comfort suites the shuttle was very quick! they were picking others up, & dropping off! they allowed us to check in little early to our room which was very great we were exhausted traveling overnight with a layover into morning! they did have a $100 deposit. some think this is weird idk. the beds looked okay, my party didn’t see any issues. the room was clean, stocked and the room was insanely huge. wasn’t disappointed. & Look traveling too downtown dallas. We thought the bus station route was a lot closer. don’t do that. we walked an hour. Use the free shuttle to the airport if not take uber to the bus station. & hop on the “orange line “ there. it’ll bring you there and back. and then the bus line tickets are i think it was 3 dollars. figuring that app out was a bust the first day. & we didn’t know if we should scan something before getting on. Your app is your proof of purchase. you don’t scan anything lol. we just got on for free the first time. do or don’t activate your passes on the app unless you see security when riding the orange line. I feel only time to worry is coming back from downtown dallas to the airport. it’s busy down there some days. do what you will with that information. the second time we used the shuttle from the airport we were on our way back from downtown dallas. & it was late & dark out. we just went back to the airport and called our hotel told them where we were located. i think we waited over an hour. we called quite a few times. honestly wasn’t an issue for us any but depending on when you go prepare for the weather. I also loved this place because and i’m surprised nobody mentioned the texas shaped waffle makers. actually obsessed when coming from out of state. they were very quick with refilling breakfast. get up early for a flavor of the day waffle! over all I thought the staff was very friendly, there 24/7 for everything! they had a little store which is nice but no vegan friendly options for others. a woman had mentioned this in the lobby as she was starving and there was nothing for her. and it’s hard to access food & stores without a car & or uber. unless you walk down to whataburger & even that might be a bit of a walk for a woman at night. I felt like the area was nice, safe. didn’t have any discomfort or safety issues here. & goodluck finding the stairs! & I believe this place is family owned! if that matters to you! I thought staff was very helpful, had great service! I only give locations 3 stars because without a car or if your not taking a personal uber.. your walking the hour +. which isn’t on hotel but a like to know in advance. I would recommend for young adults like myself!

Great customer service they went out of their way to make sure we were happy .

We were booked here by the airline after we missed our connection due to a flight delay and we were very happy with our room. It was on the top floor so the ceilings were high and there was a skylight in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and even though it was near the airport, we didn’t hear any noise. They were able to supply us with some of the toiletries we needed since we didn’t have our checked bag. If anyone needs to stay close to DFW, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly, the rooms were great, and at an affordable rate! They also have an airport shuttle that runs 24hrs a day. I would recommend!

It was an alright stay. Room was a bit dirty, but the staff was very helpful during my one night stay during my layover I had.

Words can’t explain how disappointed I am with not only the service but the cleanliness on this location.. where do I start… The service in my opinion starting is not the best the best plus I have stayed at many hotels and this is the first locating to hold $100 for damage fees. The most I ever did before was $50 and with this being my honeymoon I would like to use as much money for me and my husband as I can.

I tried to blow it off and once I got in the only elevator it smelled like someone smoked the biggest joint and the hallways smelled like mildew… Not pleasant for a business.. again try and blow it off I get into the room and not only do I find what looks like rodent feces but a stained bed sheet with something on it I also find sheets that I would totally have been charged for when I checked out because of the big rip in the side. Needless to say I grabbed my stuff and left just as fast as we got there I have since been trying to contact the manager Ken but have been told “he is to busy to talk to me” by the closer last night (can’t remember the name) … so after our 4 and a half hour drive me and my husband got to go look for another hotel at 8:20 at night.. to make it better I asked for the refund to be processed which they never did. Thank God my bank got me the money back quickly and easily..

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good coffee in the morning. Would return to stay again ONLY if my room is not in the first floor. I stayed very close to the lobby and heard talking during ALL HOURS. As well as the bell being rang at the front for people checking in at 2-3-4am. I didn’t use this against their star ratings because I felt it wasn’t a fair reflection of the staffs kind, prompt service. Also like I said it was very clean and I appreciate that.

The hotel was very nice. The balcony was an added bonus. They were very accommodating. I arrived early and they were able to get me a room quick.

Check in and out was fine toilet didnt work. Over all the place was clean and secure.

The Comfort Suites was a delight. Our family was traveling back to Arizona from Costa Rica and we had an eight hour layover at DFW. I scrambled to find a place for our family and started calling nearby hotels. The Reservation Clerk was kind, courteous and easy to understand. I was looking for an early check-in and this request was accommodated. I was provided with a dedicated phone number to request the airport shuttle. The shuttle arrived as expected and the driver was helpful. The hotel is 15 min away from the airport. The front desk clerk was ready for us. Our room smelled and appeared clean and we felt safe and comfortable. The beds were soft and cozy. The blackout shades worked great to keep out the mid-day sun. We slept great. My son took advantage of the fitness center. This is not a fancy hotel but it provided everything we needed for the afternoon. I would recommend and would stay there again in the future.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. Always available to help. I also loved how they are close to the airport and other areas that wasn't too far away. The room was very nice and welcoming. Felt like home. And the bed was comfortable. I didn't like how they didn't serve any breakfast only coffee and muffins. But they have room service so that was great. This was a family vacation and our first time in texas.

Last second room which was the one of the cheapest in the area so was not expecting much. Was extremely surprised with how large the room was, beds were comfy and rooms over all very clean. Definitely coming back

Clean, great service, balcony view. If you’re looking to be near a bunch of restaurants or walking distances to other places. I wouldn’t recommend. However, if you’re just looking for a clean place to stay that has free breakfast, wifi, balcony and a pool - then I recommend this place. It’s located on a strip with other hotels. there is a service station down the road to get your snack, beverages etc. I drove about 20 minutes to downtown and north Dallas. I would definitely recommend renting a car if staying at this location. I had a good experience.

Upon arrival the man at the front desk was so nice and attentive. He offered me shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the Texas shaped waffle 🧇. When I was checking out the man at the desk asked if I have any feedback on how my experience would be better. I will be coming back Thank you all.

I had to stay here when my flight to Kansas City had to be rescheduled. I got in really late, after a long day I was greeted with Christian music playing over the speakers at the hotel. Idk if this is the owners choice of music or the young man that was on duty that night but It was like honey to my soul! I Highly appreciated simply hearing a encouraging and uplifting song after a weary long day. My room was nice, it looked clean. I did find one hair on the shower wall that I know wasn’t mine. And I picked a hair off of my bed. I know the sheets were clean, but I did have a hair on the bed. Idk if it was possibly one that fell off of me in the few seconds that I was leaning over the bed but most likely it was the housekeepers. But I wasn’t worried that the sheets were dirty in any way. You could see all the wrinkles from the washer and dryer. Sheets don’t look like that if they have been slept in. So I knew the sheets were clean and they smelt clean. Again, it was either my hair that fell off my clothes or it was the housekeepers as she was making the bed. I brushed it off the bed and got some sleep. Only other negative is that I can confirm the shuttle smells. Also, I did not experience any bugs in my room, I did check for them, as I do with every hotel I stay in. I only mention this because I saw a few reviews where people mentioned bugs. I didn’t experience that. I could hear the highway traffic pretty easy. But I’m use to loud noise so it didn’t bother me. Also, I didn’t notice any weird smells in my room or anything. I slept great. I only wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed my balcony in the morning. Also, my bed was comfy. Nice and soft. I’m not even sure if they have a breakfast but if they do I left very early before the breakfast was open so I don’t have anything to say about that. In the morning as I waited for the shuttle, I got to sit and listen to more encouraging Christian music down in the lobby as it was still playing over the hotel speakers. A few small negatives but over all I had a positive experience. I’d stay again if I was stranded near DFW.

Went there last year in November of 2022 because United gave us a voucher for 1 night because they delayed our flight and I got to say, this is one of the best suites I've ever stayed at, the breakfast and coffee were just great! Would definitely stay here again!

It was okay. We got stranded in Dallas overnight and this was the hotel American Airlines booked for us. The common areas like the elevator and hotel itself is not the cleanest but the room was decently clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. All around the stay with just okay. Probably wouldn’t stay there again but for one night it did the job.

Very nice hotel close to the airport with free shuttle service to/from the airport and also to surrounding areas. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was pleasant, and the beds were quite comfortable. We came, as a result of a missed connecting flight, to Chicago. No restaurants were open, at the time, so we had to rely on their snack shop, for a meal. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable rooms and well maintained property but what really makes this property stand out is the staff!!! Ashton was great with check in and shuttle arrangements but Paris was absolutely AMAZING with my kids and all of our extra towels requests!!! Great place to stay!

Awesome hotel, I was so surprised when I got to my room. Very nice, neat and clean. I wish all of the hotels I visited were like this one! The staff are pleasant also. Food is delivered right to your door and saves time. I recommend staying here!!

Arrived today on business. First thing I noticed immediately is how clean the hotel is. Whatever they used as an air freshener smalls so good! My room is clean to expectations. Not a single thing out of place. The front desk staff has been extremely helpful with helping me navigate to the hotel shuttle at the airport as well. Love this hotel and would definitely stay again. All Comfort Suites I've been to so far provide pristine service. I was on business in Tampa in December and loved my stay there as well.

Hotel is outdated but very clean. Beds are very comfortable. The suites are roomy, comfortable and have everything you need; coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, living area with couch, desk & more… Extra room and Desk came in really handy so my son could work remotely when needed.

The location was perfect for us. Close to DFW, the Gaylord and Grapevine. AT&T stadium was 20 minutes away. For the price and comfort I would stay again.

I was surprised that the jacuzzi tub was as clean as it was. Many hotels, even very expensive hotels don’t seem to clean the jets. There was only 1 ice machine that worked for all three floors, which was frustrating, but the staff was very attentive and helpful. It would be nice if there would have been a dollar general or cvs in the area(walking distance) that’s why location is only 4 stars, but free shuttle to and from airport was essential

I stayed at the Comfort Suites because I missed a flight and it was booked by the airline. The room and the hotel in general were very clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent: very friendly and helpful. My stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Give yourself extra time for the shuttle if you fly AA out of any other terminal than C. You'll need to take an orange airport shuttle to the other terminals once they drop you off.

The location was great. The staff was mostly friendly. One desk clerk (amber) made our stay worth it the whole trip with her kindness and conversation and great customer service.



The pool area was nice and clean, the hot tub didnt work but they were fixing it as soon as we told them.

Staff is very friendly!! From the time you walk in the door you feel welcomed !! If you have any problems the staff will go out of the way to fix it. We stayed for over a week and every morning we left the hotel and came back the room would be nice and clean.. I would recommend this room anytime!! Great experience

Our flight was canceled so we had a voucher for this hotel. It was very clean and the beds were amazing. I’ve called twice since my stay asking for the mattress they use, but it seems like no one at the front desk knows and no one has called me since I left my number. We were also given a $12 food voucher but they really don’t have any food other than snacks like Doritos and some frozen things for the microwave. Again, I am mainly writing this review because the mattress was so amazing. I wish I knew the brand.

Close to the airport, clean, quick check-in and check-out. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot and high enough pressure, bed was comfortable, pillows were quite small but just firm enough. Facility was clean too. Only complaint was that the A/C was working full time at high speed to barely keep the room at 75F overnight,totally inadequate.

Great value and convenient stay near the DFW Airport! My husband and I stayed the night here during our layover in Dallas and were delighted with our stay. The shuttle pick-up from the airport was easy and the hotel was close by and quick to get to. The rooms were spacious, the service was friendly and the hotel was overall clean. Not the most modern or up to date, but that wasn't what we were looking for in this stay. The next morning we were surprised to see a free continental breakfast available with hot coffee and tea. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are doing a layover in Dallas!

We stayed here after flight delays and no sleep. They were so accommodating to our needs. We needed a place to just sleep for several hours during an all day layover and they let us check in at 9am. The staff was awesome.

The airlines gave us a voucher to stay here after a delayed flight. The customer service desk was very familiar with using the voucher from the airline and was very helpful in getting transportation back to airport. They even accepted the food voucher from the airlines as well. The rooms were adequate, the hotel could use a good cleaning, but overall happy with our stay. Very nice, friendly helpful staff.

Like many other American Airlines passengers the last few days, our flight home was canceled. I was given the choice of hotels and opted for this one and I am very glad I did. Traveling with two kids, we each got our own bed- I even had my own room. The staff was so friendly, kind, and compassionate. Our room was clean, the hotel is clean, the pool is probably one of the best kept pools I’ve seen out of the many hotels I’ve stayed in this year. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. If we ever come through here again I will definitely be booking here and will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

Room is very clean compliments of an American airline cancelation. The suit is comfortable. I like the all white linens. The lobby check in had a long line. No assistance offered managing 3 bags with a cane. So service wasn't great but everyone in line had a flight canceled. I still give it 5* because it's very clean and comfortable.

My family and I spent the night here do to our flight being cancel last minute. Great price, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We also appreciate the shuttle that took us to the airport.

Not enough towels and bedding. Breakfast consisted of a prepackaged muffin. Location to Airport was perfect. AC was cold(good thing). They do provide an airport shuttle which is great for travelers..Will stay again if needed.

Visited Dallas for the first time and had a pleasant experience over my stay. I am pretty picky when it comes to where I stay and rest. I was only here one night however, I had a very pleasant experience from the time I was welcomed by the front desk to when I checked out. Such an amazing team.

This place deserves a better rating. I tried to overlook the negative reviews and had a go since it was only a one-night trip. I didn’t expect much, but it seemed like I made the right decision—the suite room was in great condition and spacious. It wasn’t exceptionally pristine but was “decently” clean, especially considering its affordable price.

Great location, quick check in. Quiet even though it's right next to the airport. We were on the third (top) floor and the room had a peaked ceiling instead of the normal flat one, which gave the room additional character. Room was large and clean. Only thing that bothered me was that there was only one light that had a wall switch. We arrived at night and had to walk all around the room to turn lights on in each part of the room so we could unpack and go to bed. Some of the beside electrical outlets didn't work as well.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and flexible. I mistakenly booked the wrong date but they were able to make the necessary changes at no extra cost. I would totally recommend them.

We were originally booked at Comfort Inn Airport North, but could not use our booking, after what happened to them on July 19. So, upon arrival to DFW we were able to reserve a room with Comfort Suites instead. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the shuttle from and to the airport! It was a restful night, after all.

I was really impressed with this hotel. I was on the third floor... The ceilings were vaulted and felt much bigger than a normal room. This place was spotless. I can be very critical when it comes to cleanliness. I was very please. Thank you for taking pride in your facility.

I got a voucher from the American airline’s to stay here, it’s a good place and close to DFW airport .. about 8 minutes driving..

They also accept food vouchers..

We had to wait at the entrance for 10 minutes because it was crowded, the elevator is slow, microwave wasn’t clean, the room was clean and comfortable.

It’s a good place if you want to be close to the airport..



I gave them a transportation voucher for the airport but they missed it.. but the driver told me it’s ok he will drop me.

Our room was nice & large enough that we could have brought the kids. Breakfast was great and the shuttle/parking service at the hotel is unbeatable. We were very pleased.
