I had the two beds deluxe suite. Which was very clean and quite nice to stay away from your own home. The two beds were comfortable, with a full kitchen and living room. Great price and with 5 minutes to many fast food restaurants

Idk where all them bad reviews came from . People are ungrateful. Yes they dont have hot breakfast maybe because they don’t have a breakfast attendant but they still serve breakfast. Make the best out of it , make cereal or a waffle or something. People are ungrateful. I know hotels that don’t serve breakfast at all. The rooms are clean , bathroom clean , comes with refrigerator and microwave. The wifi works . Very spacious and clean . Not nothing bad i can say about the hotel overall. I wish the pool was open tho.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was clean and had a nice fragrance which did not aggravate my allergies or sinuses (when I initially walked in the room I thought I was going to have to request to be moved). The room was nice and I never heard anyone through the wall. The complimentary soap was wonderful and felt good on my skin and, although the matching lotion left my skin dry, it smelled great too.

Everyone that worked here was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was clean. Breakfast was super yummy.

Alexa at the front desk showed the BEST customer service.

There was a late night manager man that found me a Diet Coke (only had Pepsi and I HATE Pepsi) and delivered it to our room! And they had a convenient shuttle service ton and from the airport.

I did not stay here. I went through Snap travel ( never again) to book this hotel. I requested a refund and the gentleman receptionist had no problem giving it to me. It did not process. I called back, the Manager Stephanie told me to go through snap travel and she approved the refund. After her emailing and calling them since the beginning if July I finally got my refund. They continuously said my refund request was declined and every time, I emailed her complaining. She answered right away each time! The fact that she took the time out to work to diligently to get my refund was absolutely beautiful and greatly appreciated. She could have said it was out of her hands but she kept on fighting!!!

The rooms were really clean.

I have had some terrible experiences at different hotels (blood on sheets, dirty towels, etc) but this place was super clean. The walls must be sound-proof or something because I never heard any other guests making noise. The free breakfast was great (especially the little potatoes). The staff was friendly and respected my privacy. I stayed 3 nights and can’t find one thing to complain about. Also, it was in an area that made me feel safe (something I was concerned about since I was traveling with my mom). Whenever I have to come back to Atlanta, this is gonna be my go-to hotel.

Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and very understanding because I had setbacks and was a very very late check in the two young ladies that were there were very helpful and they made me feel like I was at home. Upon arrival I noticed that the place was Immaculate and deserving as a 5-star hotel. My room was extremely clean every part of it and neatly put together. I plan to return and bring all the travel agents with me and post the pictures of and recommend others. Good morning receptionist was very helpful and she was also very professional as the one from the night. The housekeeping staff for very courteous and also very respectful and they also should be given a lot of recognition for keeping the hotel extremely clean the outside ground we're also very clean and the area is very quiet

Surprisingly very nice for an airport hotel. The beds are comfortable and the water works immediately in the showers. Pull down the faucet to cut it on. You're welcome. Wasn't pricey and in great distance to the airport if you have an early flight or if you just want to crash after a long day of traveling.

I really didn't have a thing to complain about with this spot. 100.00 a night for a king bed with amenities is a great deal. Very clean and their front desk people are excellent. Would have given 5 stars if breakfast was being served but because of covid it was not.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly. As mentioned there were two people sleeping in the lobby, this prevented me from sitting down but the staff offered me a pretty comfortable chair. The transportation to the airport shows up at 5 am which is a bit early for someone who sleeps in but there was more than enough coffee to keep me up. The fitness center has a variety of exercise machinery which were easy to use. This is a great hotel if you need somewhere to rest for a day.

When our flight was canceled, we were scrambling to find a hotel. Sky Point was close and clean. Night staff definitely understood the definition of southern hospitality. They were so helpful and accommodating. Making a stressful night bearable.

Cozy airport hotel. Fan of the little kiosk-esc situation Next to the lobby with drinks, snacks, noodles, microwave meals, toothpaste, mouthwash all in airport size.

The people working there are lovely, the showers have good pressure on them, the beds are comfy and passed the bedbug test!

There is proper care here as our Uber eats person got stopped from going upstairs.

There are shuttle busses to the airport and those are significantly more spacious and comfortable than the ones from the airport themselves, the drivers are very nice and helpful.

I'm usually a Hilton hotel customer but we had to stay a night in Atlanta after missing our connecting flight. It had been a tough travel day for all- many hotels were sold out- but the airline employee who gave us the voucher said this one was pretty good. We got in at midnight & there was a line of exhausted travelers trying to check in. The desk clerk was cheerful, patient, and made us all feel very welcome in what had to be a stressful situation for her. She calmly worked out the oversold rooms and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived in ours. Beautifully made king size bed, large room, everything meticulously clean, and best of all, we could make it super dark and it was quiet! It's definitely a little older but everything worked well and the mattress and linens were top notch. As we waited for the airport shuttle at 6:30AM, a different desk clerk pleasantly wished us a good morning, safe travels, and a breakfast/drink to go. Our stay here was truly a bright spot in a day filled with so many travel problems. Other customers we talked to said the same thing. This is a sweet little gem right near the airport and I'll stay here again if I'm in the area. This may seem trivial, but there was some light jazz playing throughout the lower level and it added a nice, relaxing, upscale element to the environment.

Great stay! The staff is by far the nicest, most helpful and professional people I have ever met staying at a hotel! The rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast was good.. the front desk staff night and morning shift deserve a raise, seriously. I can't get over how respectful and helpful they were. We stayed July 17 and left the next morning.. front desk staff that night and morning deserves a raise.

It's close to the airport, they have a shuttle, and free breakfast. Check-in and checkout was an easy process. The location is safe and the staff was friendly. The room was reasonably priced and clean with a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, microwave, desk, AC, and hot water with nice pressure. The pool is no longer open.

The night and morning clerk, and the lady who made breakfast, you ladies are amazing. After a very complicated travel day, you three beautiful ladies (inside and out) provided a great start and finish to our day. Thank you so much I will never forget you ladies and know that we greatly appreciate everything you did to make sure we were ok.

Had missed my flight a couple hrs before I came here. Stayed at this lovely hotel to kill time, it’s very clean and convenient since it’s closer to the airport compared to most. The receptionist was super helpful as well. Would come back here for a stay, thanks y’all

To bring this review into the proper perspective, please read my Clarion review (same day). THIS is the hotel I actually stayed and I have one word for the staff & mgmt: AWESOME! Unfortunately I didn't get their names so I could call them out individually, but y'all were great! I'll definitely stay there again!

Flying from Chicago to Evansville, IN my plane was delayed until the next morning. The airline set me up with a room and I chose the Skypoint. The rooms are very clean. The shower: perfect. All accomodations were in moderate supply. The air conditioner was quiet. The bed very comfortable. One of the best night's sleep I've had in a while.

Now, for the best part: Shiekah, the young lady at the front desk, went out of her way to make me feel welcomed, valued and, most of all, invited. She met me with a smile, seen the look of exhaustion on my face and immediately sprung into action. I felt as if I was a priority. Her caring nature had me feeling reassured. As if to say, "Relax, we have room for you. And if we didn't have a room available, I'll make room for you." She went out of her way to ease my mind. That's the vibe I received from her and from your hotel. I felt at home. Her personality is very warm. She could speak you dry if you came in out of the rain and her smile could pacify you. Great job, Skypoint. If I'm ever around this way again, which is a possibility, I will choose you.

I was very pleased with the property and staff here, everything was smooth. My room 505 was in excellent condition, no hair on anything, no grime, or weird odors.

The young woman that checked me in on Oct 2, 2022 was fantastic, as well as Brittany, at check-out.

There’s a Mcdonalds in walking distance, a few stores a bit further away, transportation is good.

I’m just disappointed with the service. I’m pregnant, just got off a flight and want to check in my room. However, we get there at 1pm & their check in time is 3pm which I understand, however, there should be accommodations that you should be able to check in early for paying customers that just landed. Especially if you’re planning on staying a few days, but they expect you to pay an extra $30 to check in early; That’s ridiculous.

UPDATE: Even though I was salty about not being able to check in early the young lady ended up checking us in 30mins prior. My room was clean, and woman manager was very pleasant and professional.
