Hotel was nearby airport and had a shuttle that ran every half hour reliably. Stayed here on a voucher from Delta. Was disappointed that the cleanliness was average and definitely didn't live up to their sign that stated increased disinfection. Not located near many restaurants. Also, sign said a bagged breakfast was available but we were told there was none.
James was nice over the phone I really appreciate his customer service very well mannered Justin was nice as well and one of the lady’s at the front desk can’t remember her name housekeeping cleans the room Thoroughly!! Great job!!’
I spent two nights here at Best Western Plus and it was very nice. Starting with James up front. He was great! Friendly and helpful. Starting from when I asked for an early check in and help when I blocked the wrong second day. I had two different rooms for each night. They were both clean and comfortable. The location was close to the airport and the highway so you can get anywhere quickly.
I would stay here again if I was in the area.
Do not stay at this hotel!!!!! I checked out 4hrs after checking in. Was to stay 2 days. First the room we were given had a cigarette burn on comforter. We exchanged rooms and the hallway smelled of marijuana. Then someone or kids kept knocking on our door and running. Promised a refund but have not received. I stayed previously at Best Western Hapeville and expected the same same service. This service was nowhere near!!! HORRIBLE STAY.
Very responsive concierge! Clean and semi renovated rooms. Comfortable beds, nice shower, my tv had some wiring issues which resulted in a bit of fuzzy tv viewing but other than that I was super pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again
Great place to stay close to airport.. but watch out for the Male front desk employee he has charged me twice once and attempted to charge me twice a second time until I told him it's been paid already then he pretended as if the system was giving mis information
At first I tried to check in early and the staff member who was there was very abrupt at saying I couldn’t check in before 1400.
After I came back to check in the same lady was there and previously the attitude had gone and oh she saw that I was a gold card holder so was trying hard to be polite.
The room itself was very nice spacious room comfortable had a couch king size bed so very enjoyable being comfortable when away from home.
I was advised that there will be no breakfast as it’s in a time where it’s not allowed to use the breakfast area.
They let us check in early which was amazing! We only stayed for few hours but our room was huge and confy. Love best western hotels
Good place for one night stay when traveling. Free shuttle service to airport is included. Breakfast is good, typical american stuff including waffle makers. Rooms are good.
My husband, 4 year old, 4 month old, and I had came in around 4:30am. Our flight with Spirit Airlines was delayed several times and we got into Atlanta extra late. We were too exhausted after waiting 6 hours with the little ones so we called and they had availability. Great! We went to sleep, woke up, bathed, and I took our 4 year old downstairs for breakfast. It was 9:18am. I got him a bowl of cereal and the refrigerator door would not open for milk and then I made him and myself a waffle. As we were waiting for our waffle, a worker walked up "OH MY GOD WE'RE CLOSED...WE CLOSE AT 9:00AM AND YOU'VE JUST GAVE ME MORE WORK TO DO...DIDN'T YOU SEE THE WAFFLE MAKER WAS OFF". I responded, I deeply apologize and no, I did not and we would just get snacks from the vending machine for now then but I also explained our flight was delayed several times and we got in late after 4 something. She looked down and saw my 4 year old looking at her and said "don't look at me like that" because he was of course still tired and hungry. She turned the waffle makers back on because I had 2 waffles cooking as I started to walk away with the dry cereal and the worker said wait let's see if it turns out alright. My son and I waited but I was overly frustrated at her tone...the loudness...the rude comments...and the first waffle turned out alright. She handed us a carton of milk. She checked the other one and put her long green polished nails on it examining it and said it's done do you want it. I replied no thank you, it's alright (because no one wants to eat food that someone puts their bare hands on poking and prodding it). My son and I left and I let him eat while I got chips from the vending machine. That one worker made my experience horrible.
Always be courteous because you never know what a person has been through especially if they're a guest at a place that they are paying to be serviced.
When we checked out, I informed the attendant about my experience and the manager Mrs. Jacqueline immediately wanted to hear my concerns. She listened and told me that she will address the person that did that to my son and I. She seemed like she genuinely cared and stated that customer service is priority. She offered us fruit to go but we respectfully declined as we had already bought snacks from the vending machine. Mrs. Jacqueline truly turned around my last impression and we may try them again in the future. Thank you Mrs. Jacqueline.
the hotel was nice. the room was big & clean. the bed was comfortable. fitness center was good & business center was perfect. full hot breakfast was great. I will stay again.
Flew in from Seattle for personal business. John got us checked in quicker than we expected & was very courteous & professional. I appreciate the way John works. Rooms are clean w/comfortable beds. My son went down for breakfast and said it was pretty good. Overall it was good experience & the $$$ wasn't bad. We'll be back next time we're in the area!🥊👑😉 G
I read reviews where other people who had stayed there have left. However, I gave this place chance since I thought everything else was okay. I booked a room for my anniversary with my significant other. I planned to have a private and intimate night to celebrate our anniversary. I left a box on the bed in a certain manner that contained some personal belongs of mine. While we were out the room I would have never imagine someone coming into the room for any reason knowing that the room was being occupied. Once we returned I noticed that the box I left on the bed was in a different manner than what I originally have left it like, I felt violated and was very upset to know someone went through my things. I was highly upset and felt like my privacy was disrespected. I did not contact management or staff because none of my belongings were missing however, the thought of having someone else go through my things made me feel uneasy and very upset. I felt like it was a huge invasion of privacy.

First time here. Wanted a hotel near the airport and where I would be working. This property is beautiful. The outside, the lobby and the room were all well-kept. Love the little amenities that really set it apart. Was going to stay just one day, but I am extending my stay another night. A great home away from home property.
I had just driven 14 hours and was hoping for a quick and easy process. Wake up call for breakfast was on time, delicous biscuits. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff.
This is a great hotel to stay at if you are traveling. It is near the airport and not far from downtown. The staff is terrific, courteous and professional.
The only thing I did not like about this hotel is that the treadmill and the stationary bike did not work.

Can not give 5 stars because we were disappointed in the fact that the advertised jacuzzi and pool were NOT open or available; it was our anniversary weekend and we would have chosen an alternate property if we knew this before booking our room at this property prior to arrival. We were NOT so happy with the shuttle driver on Thursday morning, who was watching an animal fight, during the drive from the airport to the hotel. We were NOT so happy with the rude breakfast attendant on Thursday morning, who refused to cook more eggs at 7:50am & didn't put out butter even when asked. We felt like we were inconveniencing her by asking.

It's important to note that this is an airport hotel and not a luxury resort. With that in mind, wow, I had to double check that we were in the same place as last time!
On landing, the shuttle was already waiting. I know that's luck of the draw but I'll take it. We were at the door minutes after arrival. The driver was friendly and had a great sense of humor. (Though, he may have found us to be a bit drab after a half day of working followed by a full day of flying - we were beat!)
Check in process was a snap. Stephanie at the front desk was friendly and cheerful. She gave us a quick run through & my husband was so impressed with her that he asked her to repeat her name. Yup, that means he's going to praise her directly with the company. Kudos!
The a/c worked well & the room was clean & spacious. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. We really needed a good soak in it too, so it is DEFINITELY appreciated.
An excellent stay at a reasonable price.
Good budget hotel. The entire staff from the front desk to the janitors were above and beyond friendly. I've seen one of the breakfast staff personally fix a plate for some children who couldn't reach like they were her own kids. They were all friendly to my toddler, gave us towels promptly and kept the place stocked and clean. The ac in the room was very cool in the hot summer. Although the beds are firmer than I expected for a hotel, they were not uncomfortable for us. Walls are alittle thin so you can hear neighbors. But if you just want a mid priced hotel experience, I highly recommend this place
I am writing this a business owner who provided a service for this Best Western location. The service was performed 4/26/19 and it was to look for a nuisance animal on the property. The business agreed to our price but still has not paid the invoice from 3 months earlier. Be careful providing service to this Best Western as you may not be compensated as agreed.
I arrived after a flight, along with a handicapped individual with neurological issues, ready to check-in and get some food. Check-in time was 2pm and a room wasn't ready until around 4:15pm.
I waited in the lobby, while having to take care of the handicapped individual. We were both hungry and it was truly an inconvenience for the both of us.
I reached out to Priceline, they communicated with the hotel, and nothing was offered for this inconvenience. So I paid the regular price for a room that was supposed to be available between 2pm and 11am the next day but didn't get to use the room for that time period.
This is truly unacceptable and would never stay with Best Western again. Had I been offered at least a partial refund or something for the inconvenience this review would have been different.
I really liked my stay. The staff was warm and kept the place sparkling clean. They had great hospitality. I think the hallways smelled a little weird at times, and someone was smoking weed in the room next to mine. I think the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade, but all in all, great for the value.
Hotel. Was great. I felt important as a platinum members. Service Agent Torrie upgraded my room with Jacuzzi. Which was very relaxing. Hotel just right on the money. Now location makes you think the hotel is not great. Turns out its wonderful and clean.
