I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport, and it offers a free shuttle service, which made it very convenient for me to get to and from my flight.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members who made me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was soon on my way to my room. Diana in the lobby was especially wonderful and kind and very helpful. Her cheerful disposition and knowledgeable insights of the hotel were paramount in feeling right at home.
My room was spacious and well-appointed. It had a comfortable double queen-size bed, a large desk, and a decent TV. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. There is a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a spa. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, which serves delicious food and has a great wine list.
Overall, I had an excellent stay at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport. The hotel is luxurious, convenient, and offers excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the airport.

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend. We brought my daughter and her best friend for a concert, about 20 min from the hotel. Juli at the front was so accommodating and sweet. She went out of her way to make sure we had our special request fulfilled. The hotel was quiet, beds super comfortable, and right by the airport for those needing a stay close by.

Nice place but I was there when there was some little league sports event was. There were kids running up and down the halls screaming.
Otherwise comfortable rooms, really close to airport and nice staff. There is an hourly shuttle to the airport.

Lovely hotel & staff! Due to missing my connecting flight, I had to find a hotel to stay in. I didn't have any of my luggage with me at all & they were super kind. The staff provided me with the things I needed for the night. I appreciate the kindness that was shown to me from the front desk to housekeeping. Also the room was very comfy & warm. Nice decor & clean.

Very clean hotel and a wonderful convention space! Rooms have great climate control and plenty of hot water for showers. The roof top pool is also nice weather permitting. Diana down in the lobby was also very pleasant to talk with and does an amazing job keeping the hotel's first impression in a very clean and tip top state.

Attended a 3 day conference. The conference center is well laid out and easy to navigate. The restrooms are plentiful and clean. Room temperatures were easily modified and adjusted quickly. Easy to access from 114. Throughout the conference, people commented about how nice the facilities were.

Very nice but not quite up to Marriott standard. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Had to wait in buffet line behind about 16 employees. No potatoes and bacon looked like sliced ham but did have good flavor.

First time staying here and overall the stay was fantastic. The hotel was nice, clean and friendly from the staff to the guests. The fitness center is just what you need to maintain while you are away from home. The room itself was nice, clean, dust-free and had bone chilling AC (extra points here). The rooms furniture is a bit dated but that is just me finding something to nip pick about. My only real complaint is the shuttle bus times, only leaving on the top of the hour, every hour is a bit inconvenient, but overall a place I would definitely recommend.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle promptly picked us up from the airport. I stayed as part of a training with American Airlines, and the hotel staff did a great job checking everyone in and personally welcoming our large group. Lots of fun and good drinks down at the bar which was open late. Overall a fantastic stay here!

All I have to say is the Westin went ABOVE AND BEYOND last night in the face of about a zillion AA flight cancellations. Their chief financial officer even worked overtime to drive the late night shuttles. While he said it was his first time driving, he did a terrific job. The bar staff stayed open late and the front desk check-in crew were phenomenal (all even in the face of some *very rude* and entitled customers). Best three hours of sleep I've ever had. Just want to say a big thanks to you guys for making a terrible travel day so much better.

Beautiful hotel. Has a nice bar and restaurant. The rooms are good, basic with no crazy decor, I did like the wooden framed mirror and big TV. The shower is nice, it is a rain shower and warm warm water. The only negative thing I can say is that when I turned on the shower it smelled moldy😵💫. Everything is a drive away.

A very nice room and hotel. I would advise against the 14th floor since the pool(?) or whatever that was above was very noisy in a white noise kind of way, but everything else was spot on.
Dinner was brought to the room and tasted amazing (extra charge though), as good or better than a restaurant would be.

Great location near the Dallas Airport and Parking spots. Has restaurant and bar inside open till 11pm. Has a rooftop pool with gym over looking it. Pool had debris in bottom, towel left out over chairs, empty glasses along edge, hadnt been checked/maintained in a bit. Rooms are pretty standard. Little dingy, popcorn ceilings, doors are misaligned and don't close in some areas. Pretty good hotel, but I do think it's over sold as a lot nicer than it is.

There is also a restaurant inside, which must be good because when I checked in last night it was packed 😃
This hotel has a swimming pool and gym on the 15th floor (roof top).
My room was very clean and comfy 😌
I snuggled right on in to the bed and pillows and fell asleep. 😴
I wish I could review more but I honestly can't since it was a very short stay.
I will be back though so I can relax and thoroughly enjoy my experience at Westin more fully 😁

My husband and I took a COVID-19 vacation and when we walked in this hotel, it looks and feel like a 5 star hotel! The rooms are super clean(love the smell of bleach in the bed linen) and the staff was super nice... In addition, they have peloton bikes and a modern gym..Hats off to the front desk staff for providing an exceptional experience despite COVID-19.

The hotel is beautiful, the front entrance area when you walk in, the chandelier above it is gorgeous. The staff is very accommodating and thanked me for my loyalty as a Ambassador Elite which was awesome. So people do not do so and it made me feel welcomed. The Westin Club is amazing and beautiful, and offered breakfast starting at 6 a.m. The seating and the atmosphere is amazing. The hotel rooms are really comfy and the beds are really comfy. The hotel is very clean and a breathe of fresh air. I'll be back when I come back to Dallas. The location is not far from food locations and shopping. Denny's is right across the street if ypi do not want to eat at the hotel. Westin thank you for your commitment to serve not only your elite customers but ALL your customers.

Beautiful remodeled hotel. Common areas are beautiful. Nice rooms. Why not upgrade shower fixtures? Small gym. One stationary bike broken and the other one souns like it needs maintenance. Laundry is in the gym. Gym was dirty and no towels at 5 pm ... none the next day at 7 ...

Nice hotel and close to restaurants and other attractions in North Irving. Guest services were nice and accommodating for our needs. Our main issues are the small room size and DFW landing paths are directly over the hotel so you constantly hear them landing. Otherwise, no major issues noted during our stay.

The hotel had enough rooms to accommodate players coming in from out of town. The rooms were clean but small. I wont complain we were given a decent rate. The downside was there was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave however there is one in the lobby. We only had enough towels for a 1 night stay so we had to request additional towels. The bar was open but the food options were mainly party food. wings, hamburgers, cheese sticks etc. That was only available from 4 to 10. There was no complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and always available.

I will soon update my review with photos but I have to say that I always have great experience at this Byrne Grill restaurant/bar. The staff is super friendly and approachable and they are willing to go out of their way to create drinks of your choice. Especially Meghan has been a creator of delicious martinis or margaritas. She is a true gem :). Now about the food. It’s simple but plenty to choose from; whether you are in mood for delicious pizzas, chicken wings, salad, tacos, pasta or even steaks, they have it all. I enjoy coming to this hotel, because the front desk ( ask for Lilly, she is the sweetest and the most professional), the staff and overall experience is always pleasant. And of course, they offer a complimentary shuttle as well!! It’s also a convenient 10 min drive to the airport….guess what, I reside in California but when I am in DFW, this is the hotel of my choice. :)

The Westin DFW airport hotel was great for our one night stay. We liked the extended checkout time provided. The room was clean and the amenities were good as well. I think our favorite part about our stay was the people - very friendly. The shuttle too was very convenient- Tony was the shuttle driver arriving and leaving - he was awesome and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

I know a lot of people posting about how bad it was this past weekend. I’m quite the opposite. There was a massive convention going on for some people domestic and international. Elevators were hard to come by, but nothing to bad. Customer service always treated me kind, I’m sure they constantly got phone calls and guest show up to them with bad attitudes on how their experience is going so I’m sure they were a little frustrated but if you come at them with disrespect then expect the same in return. They are people with emotions just like everyone else. I love this hotel, we are going to continue to stay here, everything we wanted out of the hotel we were still able to use. Met some of the guests that traveled here from out of country, some really nice folks. All in all a great trip. Will return next month.

My husband and I have been staying here for a week now, we are on our vacation. Lilly H., from the front desk, has made sure that every need has been met. She goes above and beyond with the best welcoming customer service! The entire staff from the cooks to the shuttle service is super friendly and welcoming. We originally had a three night stay, but we extended our trip for 4 extra nights. The hotel is beautiful and it is a very convenient location minutes away from the DFW airport, shopping centers, and yummy restaurants. Keep up the great work, God Bless you all!

My company placed me in this hotel for over a month. Everyone was AMAZING! The one’s that stands out the most to me was Tedura, Meagan, Dionne, Ingrid, Shawn, Roderick, and Q! They made sure I was comfortable and well fed when the bath weather hit Dallas. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town.

I have been staying here for 6 weeks, and have another 3 or 4 remaining. That’s a long time ! The staff here have been so friendly and welcoming from day 1. We’re now on first name terms. Everything has gone smoothly, including a number of big conference style events we have held here (Teresa in the conference team is excellent btw). Compared to other hotels, the food has been very good. Sudip and his team behind the bar are fun, and their service has been top notch. Maria has been so welcoming and always fun as she greets us ‘from of house’.

I'm truly only rating it 5 stars because of the bar. Not only did I not get room i requested, but it was dirty. However, I went to the bar and Omar and Megan were so nice and attentive to me it almost made up for it. Despite having to deal with a slightly rowdy crowd they still made sure to pay attention, converse, and handle me with extreme care. They never once seem frazzled by the loud and outspoken crowd. They really made my experience enjoyable. I would come back to the bar just for them.

Stayed here because of a flight cancellation. We were stressed out from the airport, but as soon as we arrived the welcome we received was a breath of fresh air. Lilly checked us in and was extremely welcoming and sweet. We had dinner In the restaurant, the food menu was limited but our server Ingrid was very attentive and had a great sense of humor, she had me laughing throughout the entire dinner! She even had the bartender Megan stop by our table to help us decide on our drinks. The drinks she made were amazing! She was very knowledgeable when it came to the bar too. The service I received from these people was top notch.
So shout out to Lilly, Ingrid and Megan for making the stay here one to remember.
The only negative was a limited food menu and breakfast prices were a bit high. The ice machines were also out of service.

I was recommended this hotel for a quick easy in and out layover and I must say this hotel was absolutely amazing.
The staff are so polite and they helped with any needs I had. Check in was so easy, hotel in general was spotless, food was amazing and they even had a cafe open for my early morning flight.
The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Ubers are very easy to get plus the hotel offers shuttles to and from the airport to make things easier.
I will absolutely be staying here again for any layovers I have coming through Dallas!

Excellent room. Everything was clean. Bathroom was fantastic. Living room was amazing except for the fact I was looking for a plug for my phone behind the couch and they don't clean behind the couch. I found empty cans and garbage back there. They have a nice little reception in the evening so you can get a light snack, chips, vegetables, salsa and some drinks. That was nice. They also had a decent breakfast. The proximity to the Bass Performance hall is what made this the choice for us. It was literally kiddy corner across the street. Downtown Fort Worth is very walking, friendly with lots of little shops and I never felt unsafe.

Maria was very accommodating to us and did a great job managing the guests requests and making sure breakfast items were replenished and hot. The breakfast was very well stocked and had many options - Eggs, hash browns, bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, toast, made-to-order pancakes, Greek yogurt, cereal, apple juice, orange juice, lemonade, milk, coffee, tea, pastries, oatmeal, grits, and all the toppings. The lounge was clean and well stocked with snacks and especially drinks during the day and evening.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were spotless. I found mildew/mold on the lid of my ice bucket. I went to the front desk and it was personally cleaned and sanitized for me. I requested an extra towel and it was brought to my room within minutes the view was blocked by trees, but seeing through them was good enough. There were multiple lights out on the hotel main sign. The parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of spaces available close to the front. I will choose this hotel for my next trip.

The staff was friendly, they had desserts for guests in the evening, the lounge was great and the overall atmosphere is fantastic.
The gym is very good. Large enough for several people to not get in each other's way with plenty of different equipment including 2 Peloton bikes.
My one complaint is the extremely cheap toilet paper... There's no way we can't do better.
My one wish would be to have the pool be open year round.
Overall, excellent stay that is close to the airport.

The only problem we had was that the catalytic converter was stolen off of the Toyota Tundra we were riding in. When the police officer showed up he said that it happened in that parking lot regularly.

Stayed here for a week on a work assignment, every thing has been great the whole time, from clean rooms to beautiful lobby, roof top pool and gym. The food was not horrible priced and was very good from the restaurant at the hotel. Room service has had my room cleaned up every night. It has been a very pleasant experience. Also, it was a very quick drive to and from the airport.

The hotel is showing its age; the "club lounge" is unremarkable, hotel bar & restaurant are (unsurprisingly) expensive. Staff are generally friendly, but not particularly engaging (e.g., front desk staff couldn't be bothered to open a conversation with "good morning", "hello", or "how can I help", but instead stand and stare at you until the guest says something. Not a good impression).
Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is well-maintained. TV has a reasonable number of channels, but nothing remarkable. Internet speed is solid. Water pressure is adequate. Air conditioning couldn't get the room below about 75º. Desk space is good. Hallways are poorly lighted. Parking is convenient. Easy access to major roads.
Housekeeping in the rooms was generally good. (My room was not vacuumed during my stay, even though I requested "full housekeeping" - which, by the way, has to be requested), and the public areas (such as guest hallways) could use attention. The same pink feather was in the hallway in front of the adjacent room from my check-in on Tuesday until I departed on Saturday morning - that tells me no staff member is walking that hallway (or they would, of course, have picked it up), and neither has the carpet been vacuumed in that timeframe. Small things, yes, but indicative of a lax attitude toward the property in general, it seems.

This was our 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. Excellent is all ways. Washer and dryer are free from guests — bring your own detergent or buy it across the street. Hotel does not offer it for sell nor provide it.
4/5 stars due to 3 catalytic converters being stolen from the vehicles of guests during our stay. Facility needs to figure out how to increase security in their parking lot.

Had a lovely stay for a country western competition. Great dance floor. Spacious room. My only concern was that the bed was so high that I struggled to get into the bed. I am less than 5 ft tall. I asked front desk for a stool, but they had none. At first, they said I should have booked a handicap room instead. But how was I to know in advance the hotel would have a bed that was as tall as my chest? I have stayed there several times before with no problem. However, the nice lady said she would mention to management that they needed to get a few stools for such needs. She offered to move me, but I declined because I was already unpacked. I stacked up some shoes to gain some height to get in bed. Chuckle. Just thought you should know, especially if you bring kids under 5 feet tall.

We arrive to Dallas and spend and overnight stay at this beautiful hotel. The Westin Dallas forth worth , we love their hospitality after a long fly the accommodate us and gave us extra perks.
The lady at the front desk gave us tips to our destination and a nice room to sleep.
Definitely a place to consider again.

Really nice hotel by the Dallas-Fort Worth airport. The people at the front desk, the shuttle drivers and even the people who provided the room service were amazing. The shuttle service will take you anywhere within 5 miles of radius. It was really convenient to visit some of the amazing restaurants around. Would like to visit this hotel if I ever travel Dallas again

The hotel it's self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of us.
We were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes. The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us. That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn't have to listen to the planes all night.
I was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning. It was a quick, easy, comfortable ride.
They do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly.

Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass by.
Their bar is opened until midnight. Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer. Food was great. I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned!
I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it's not an issue for me. Phone was taken by nobody. So I removed one star.

This hotel has complimentary shuttle service to and from DFW which is a huge plus. The hotel itself is nice. While enjoying the rooftop pool you get to see many airplanes flying over as it is so close to the airport. Westin Club is spacious. We really liked the white tea shower gel and shampoo. Tub is separate from the shower. Room was clean enough. Most of the front desk staff are polite. I did have an issue where I requested an extra blanket on the Marriott App. After over two hours it never arrived at the room. Went down to the front desk to mention my request wasn’t responded to. An additional hour later - still no extra blanket… The exercise room is really tiny. Solid 4 star experience overall.

Overall, it was a regular Westin experience. It’s a deceptively large conference space. Room was comfortable. The lobby/atrium ceiling opens up 4-5 floors, which made it incredibly loud at all hours for those of us on the end of the hall. Most of the interior restaurants were closed or barely/poorly operating, which has become the norm in hotels during the pandemic. Staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating. Banquet food was wonderful!

Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The front desk people were attentive and provided information on restaurants in the area. Their shuttle service is a great perk too.
