We stayed here for a conference. The airport shuttle took 40+ minutes to get us. We would’ve ordered an Uber or cab if they would’ve told us it was going to take that long. But every time we called they said “it’ll be there in two minutes” & that obviously wasn’t the case. Other than that the hotel was fine
Best Manager ever. We ordered our meal and due to miscommunication someone dropped the ball. The manager immediately brought us an appetizer of our choice. Our group was impressed on how he took charge and went around helping with the other tables, and with a smile. I will be going back. The food and drinks were all delicious and we had a blast with friends and meeting new friends. Very nice hotel.
I have been at several great events held at this hotel. The staff are amazingly helpful. The food is extraordinary. Doesn't taste like "hotel food". Tastes like a great restaurant.
Really nice and everyone was super friendly. Check in was quick, room was clean and big. Only minus I have is bed was not that comfortable very hard. Otherwise great place. Oh food from Whiskey Tango was really good and room service FAST!
I’m in room 631, it is a corner room with a spectacular panoramic view windows on two sides. It is amazingly soundproof and an incredible experience. LaVida at the front desk is exceptionally helpful. It is definitely a remodeled older property,But it is exceptionally well done. The property manager should be very proud of their entire staff and the work they put into bringing this property up-to-date.
The check-in was quick and easy. The staff were all extremely friendly. The on-site restaurant offered an excellent dining experince. The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. As you would expect from a more upscale hotel, the meals were a bit pricey for the portion size but they kindly offered a free breakfast coupon for their buffet breakfast, which was well stocked. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I would choose this hotel again.
My kids and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The room was a little small but very clean with a nice view. We were very comfortable. The linens were clean and we didnt have any trouble getting additional towels, etc. The cons: breakfast was available but ranged from $16-$20 per person. The elevator was a little creepy. The room didnt consistently stay cold at times. I found myself adjusting the thermostat a little more than usual. We are over 100 in Texas so maybe that played apart.
Beautiful hotel. I got a corner room and had the most exquisite panoramic view of DFW. For plane watchers you will be in your element right from your bed. Totally soundproof too. The gym us pretty solid good equipment and sufficient cardio machines so you don't have to wait.
The breakfast buffet was quite a good deal for the price. Friendly staff and an efficient airport shuttle service topped it all off. Pity I couldn't have a longer stay.
Pretty nice place. Jacky is a great front desk gal. For someone from the Philippines, and brand new to the service industry, she really has a great personality and smile. I'm pretty sure Sheraton has a pretty good training curriculum and all... but having a great attitude and smile isn't something that you can really buy. It comes naturally to a few and Jacky is awesome.
Whiskey Tango! We sat in the bar area and I guess the One14 does the diner fare? The Ranch Hand steak was superb. We even told Chris our server to compliment the chef on a job well done - Yum!
Awesome experience at this hotel. EVERY staff member was exceptionally pleasant. Beginning with my front desk/shuttle driver Spencer D. to the nice housekeeping lady who helped me roll my luggage to the elevator without hesitation. The bed was so comfy and the room was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I have to also mention that Spencer was an excellent and safe driver during nasty weather.
