The employee are very friendly, nice and fun to talk too and they would do there best to help you especially if your just pass through.

I've stayed there 2 times when flying out of George Bush intercontinental airport in Houston. Both times I've had issues with my room although they were promptly fixed it still is a pain.

Terrible place. They marked this place to have free parking. But they actually sell the parking spots to someone else. Hotel guests don’t get parking here. Staff have a horrible attitude as well. The front desk says that “you can park and block the cars, because they are not moving”, when I parked there, another stuff said sarcastically that “park there as you like, if you want to get towed away”. Do not recommend.

Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to and from airport is available. Nearby restaurants and bar which is within walking distance.

FIRST LET'S GET STARTED THAT I DID NOT EVEN GET TO STAY. LONG STORY SHORT. I BOOKED A ROOM AND

I WAS FLYING FROM CHICAGO, MY FLIGHT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE AT 11:57 PM BUT I MADE IT TO HOUSTON AROUND 12:30AM, YES THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND I BROUGHT THIS MATTER TO THE HOTEL AND I PREVIUOSLY CALLED AND SAID I WAS ARRIVING AROUND THAT TIME AND I WAS TOLD DO NOT WORRY JUST GIVE US A CALL, AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID AND TO MY SURPRISE I WAS TOLD WE CANNOT PICK YOU UP BECAUSE SHUTTLE DOES NOT RUN PAST 12 AM. I WAS GUARANTEED TO BE PICKED UP AND THIS IS SO WRONG AND THIS IS MY VERY FIRST TIME TO YOUR BUSINESS FOR REAL? AND THIS IS YOUR MOST ENGAGING CUSTOMER WELCOMING? I FEEL SO DISRESPECTED, UNVALUED, AND COMPLETELY IGNORED LEFT ALONE AT AN AIRPORT TERMINAL WITH A RESERVATION ALREADY PAID FOR. THIS IS BAD, WRONG AND SO UNFAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU SHOULD HAVE ADVICED YOUR SHUTTLE ENDS UP AT MIDNIGHT WHEN I PREVIOUSLY CALLED BEFORE BOOKING. I'M ALREADY WORKING WITH MY CREDIT CARD TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE CHARGES, YOU GUYS DID NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND, AND THAT RED ROOF IT IS CALLED STEALING.

I stay here for one week and the service was ehh.. ok i guess. The janitors doesn't sweep the room and the Indian/Muslim/Asian Clerk made me feel uncomfortable. The room need refrigerators and microwaves. That changes the whole perspective. The sink stoppers are disconnected. There was one clerk who made the experience better.

Do not stay here. There shuttle service terrible. Wait for ever. When shuttle comes it keep going to terminal's until van is full. Made two full trips around the airport. It wasn't until people got out and took a cab that they went to hotel. When I got there at 9 pm my room wasn't read.

Stayed one night courtesy of United Airlines after a flight schedule change. A comfortable bed. Holes in the bed cover. Clear enough though and tidy. Staff were friendly once you speak to them but don't seem happy. So much plastic though. Cups and plastic glasses in room wrapped in plastic. Part of coffee maker wrapped in plastic. self serve "continental" breakfast of cereal toast waffles but all cups cutlery bowls plates Polystyrene! Feels so cheap and SO much waste. Please please charge a dollar or two extra and don't add so much plastic waste to the world.

Our airline booked us a room here after our flight was canceled. The entire downstairs had an awful smell, broken sheets of sheet rock laying in the halls, weird people just lingering all over. The hallway smelled like a cat box and ethnic cooking, the hallway was dimly lit and we were incredibly nervous walking to our room. Once we FINALLY get to our room, we shut the door, but great news we can see the entire hallway from the borders of the door. Our room, once again is dirty, dimly lit and had a weird odor. My husband and I barely slept because we were so uncomfortable and nervous about our surroundings. Also because the air conditioner didn’t properly operate so we were either sweating or freezing. This hotel needs to be shut down!

Please check your Bed as soon as you get in room. You only have 5 min. to to get out of room if its not pleasing to you. Friday, September 27th we paid for room which we didn't get it for the price that was told over phone and when we did get in room there was hair all over bed. They didn't change sheets from previous guest. When asked about Refund the night Manager didn't want to refund us because he said we stayed in room more than 10 min. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! I would give no stars if i could

Hotel stay was wonderful. Pet friendly, for those who travel with pets. No deposit for pet. Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly yet professional. Safe parking. I picked a great place to stay for the weekend!

Stayed here my niece had an early flightI enjoyed my stay... The receptionist was great... It hard to find parking. But I did get there late. You snooze you lose right! Oh and the shuttle bus man awesomeness to. Very affordable. Nice breakfast to. Great job !

It was a nice hotel and pretty cheap *but* I have some issues.

1. The coffee maker was weird

2. Not enough wash cloths

3. Cable remote was glitchy

4. Concessions were over priced

5. The shuttle doesnt start till 5am and we had a really early flight and the reason we stayed here was because of the shuttle, I wish they would've posted the times on their site.



Overall I enjoyed my experience but it could've been better. Thanks!

The room was very clean, well-maintained and comfy. They have the shuttle service to and from the Houston International airport. If you have a early morning flight, the Inn offers a complimentary coffee at 5 AM as well.

Unplanned visit due to missing flight. Was picked up by shuttle who drove like a crazy woman..

2 towels in bathroom, toilet clogged and drapery looked like it was shredded by a knife. The Male shuttle driver was a complete jerk in a.m. because we were unsure which terminal we needed to be at since it was not assigned yet, huge attitude was terrible. We appreciate finding lodging but sure needs some help with rooms and drivers. Front lobby was clean and nice and had a place to sleep.
