There was a lot of drug Addicts here but maids are cool not the safest place to stay but it was okay hotel was pretty clean though the only issue is the people around you in the other rooms I would recommend stay in your room at night
O gave it 4 stars because the customer service was grade A my only issue was the room. The a.c. didn't work there were unused condoms in one of the drawers n the room didn't appear very clean but the front desk person and the housekeeper were very polite and accommodating. I would book here again just not thru booking.com because that is where I realized how good the c.s. was because the front desk clerk had to make accomodatipn
DO NOT STAY HERE. While I understand this is a 2 star hotel, some standards should be met. The only reason why we stayed here is because we were traveling down south with our pets and needed a pet friendly hotel. Prior to Covid, I stayed in a hotel about 60+ nights/year. This was the worst hotel I've ever experienced. First, I was checked into someone else's room while they were sleeping. Once we got into an empty room, we had no towels and no toilet paper. The hotel was filthy. Dead bugs everywhere, crumbs of food in the nightstand and all over the floor... absolutely horrible. We never had a working room key. The best part of this hotel was how friendly the security guard was. We were just happy our cars were safe overnight. I've stayed in way nicer establishments for the price point.
I have been fighting this company since Feb 4th, 2020 for my refund. They have done nothing to take care of this matter. I was asked to show proof where my refund was not put back on my card, I did that. I was asked to call and speak to the manager at this location, I did that to no avail. Conveniently for them she was NEVER around. I was asked to E-mail my bank statements showing where I paid the $329.96 for the room, I did that.
Oh, but when I asked them for proof of what they claimed, for some reason nobody seems to be able to provide it.
Someone at this Travelodge took $196.00 of MY MONEY and put it in their pockets. Now they want to cry, we need more time... You have had PLENTY of time. I am going to my attorney, BBB, Social Media, the freaking news if I have too in order to get my money.
The ONLY reason you have 1 star from me is because you can't post without one. If it were left up to me, you'd get ZERO stars.

This place is great for junkies to spend the night. filthy dirty and extremely rude staff. We received our room with dirty sheets and no towels 3 pillows for a family of 4. We went right back to the front desk and were told we would not be charged. We headed to another hotel that night.
Today we received our visa and Travel lodge charged us. I have tried calling and kept getting put on hold. just have to take it up with visa and dispute the charge.

Where do I start, rude staff ,cocky attitudes, rooms beds are broken down , you sink in the middle , ice machine located in a odd location. Will NEVER recommended to anyone I know. My advice ,DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, go to another place to bed down.
The lady at the front desk was super nice and understanding, but that is the only positive thing I have to say. The rooms were terrible. It reeked of mold, it was dirty, and just overall disgusting. There were several other people in the lobby waiting for refunds with similar complaints. We overheard someone even say someone was in their room. Do not stay here. The shuttle driver and the lady at the front desk of the hotel we ended up going to instead said to stay on the other side of the freeway. Seriously, don't spend your money here.
This property was very unkempt.The rugs were stained. The beds need replacing. The night staff were very rude. No towels in room. Had to search down housekeeper an hour after asked for towels. Dead and alive cockroaches in bathroom. Rusty dirty towel racks. Shower head falling apart. Broken room telephone with a USED BANDAID under the receiver. Was supposed to get a room with a king and got a room with 2 full that smelt. Will never stay again!! Customer of Room # 244
Bitten by bed bugs. Manager Ashanti Peoples is rude doesn't seem to care. Mr.K at the front desk is just a worse. Avoid this place at all cost!!! I have a video of the bed bugs on my mattress & pics of the bites on my back.
Lights didn't work, plugs didn't work, holes in the room doors and walls, the fan was falling off the ceiling, the beds were broken and disgusting, no water in one room, then switch rooms and no hot water, then had to switch to another room. It made our vacation miserable if I would have been able to get a refund I would have and I would have went somewhere else. The staff was friendly and knew the place was torn down and didn't work. The heaters didn't work in any of the rooms we had (4+ different rooms) so we were freezing all night. It was a horrible stay and I would not recommend it. Also, it is advertised that they offered breakfast however they do not. I have photos and videos all of proof of our rooms and how they were.
Good location. Many many options for restaurant dining within walking distance. Helpful, friendly staff. However, Housekeeping for extended stay is lacking in that they do not service my room on a daily basis and we clean ourselves, only ask that we get clean towels etc.
The owners/managers are friendly and helpful. There is an issue with housekeeping servicing our room as often as they should, daily. All around though the hotel is quiet which we appreciate with our young baby girl.

Checked in having requested a smoking room and given a non smoking room. Room 401 to be precise, issues -- black mold in tub area, no microwave, trip hazard at the transition between bedroom and bath, no handicap designated parking. Staff was ok but owner who was at the desk before we checked out and left our complaints, disappeared completely and left it to staff to deal with. As normal they are limited in their abilities to deal with this many items. AINT hanging around this place again EVER !!!!
Sonya and the other lady that worked with her(can’t remember the name) were very helpful, they moved us to another room right a way because we were not satisfied with it. They even had our names down packed. And they were very sweet to my 87 year old grandmother, and even got her extra blankets and pillows because she was cold. And they were very quick every time.
Horrible is all I can say! I will never stay here again! Had to reset our room keys every day! Run down house keepers for room service, fight for towels. Ants ate my leftovers and I had it fully covered. They were even in my luggage. Over it! Dont ever say here. Spend your money elsewhere .
The staff was first rate. Efficient, helpful and friendly, they rate 5 star. The hotel needs work. Our room needed a clean and a facelift, including finishing nails protruding from the broken trim on the headboard to the dirty corners and dead gecko on the floor. The coffee maker was broken and the element had a thick coating of spilled coffee. On the upside they were relatively inexpensive
This motel is very old and run down. Not a very pleasant feeling at all. The guest service team is adequate at most.
The rooms are awful and the beds are even worse. They crack and make all kinds of noises keeping others up in the room.
No towels in our first room. Tried to call down to guess services and the phone was broken. Got to the new room and at least we had 1 towels this time...
The front desk told us that it was a security risk for them to leave the building and that we'd have to come get more towels ourselves if we wanted some.
Bottom line is, If you're looking for a section 8 motel and you're okay with below average then this is the place for you.
I will not be staying here again. I urge you not as well. I'd take my business to another hotel/motel somewhere else.

The first room was nasty not cleaned lots of mold no towels, wash cloths and smelled nasty. Was put in second room and the same. I made due because every where I called was book. After the first night no room service. Had to buy cleaning supplies and air freshener. Would not refund money could not speak to manager all of this after checking in for 15 min MN Would not recommend anyone staying here.You also pay 100.00 extra for paying with cash..
The place was terrible they get my hundred dollars cash deposit they kept my room rent and my $25 early check-in fee when there was no hot water in the room at all the room smelled like pot and when I asked them to change our rooms because you had no hot water I checked out for different rooms the first one she sent me to was occupied so that was fun opening that door and the next one was dirty the next one was a twin room with two beds instead of one king size and the fourth one was right next door in the same building that had no hot water when they could make me happy they asked me to leave all I wanted was a smoking room with a king-size bed and they couldn't accommodate. So they kept over $225 way to go Travelodge never again I didn't even want to give them one star but I had to give him something

Stopped one night to rest while driving through. The room was not worth the price or the Wyndham name. I guess it is the airport closeness. It was dated, smelled, the blanket had cigarette holes in a non smoking room. I get some hotels can be unkept if cheap but for 80$ this was not worth it. Only thing that merited I gave two star was breakfast was included and the waffles were good.
They was really nice the price was right because of my discount but wouldn't pay the price if it wasn't with my discount the first room I had the toilet was broken and smelled moldy as well as the second room smelled moldy, it wasn't that cleaned to have housekeepers just standing around looking so as well as the maintenance man it's a lot to be cleaned outside I'm just saying...oh was scared to but my money in the soda machine it was wrapped up with tape and pieces of boxes like is was in a crime scene. We end up staying one night and then went to another hotel.
Good rate. Nice people. Room was ok, could be updated and cleaned a little better. Overall we were happy with the stay.
This place on Airport Road near the airport in Jacksonville is the most disgusting dirtiest not up to code or even out to standards for even being clumsy in the bathrooms from black mold cockroaches clogged sinks broken appliances from your refrigerator to the coffee maker the only thing that works where's the TV there was no telephone in the room whatsoever and had a sent of urine somewhere in the room! They said it breakfast from 6 a.m. to 9 you would expect it's be almost until 11 when you're getting ready to get out but I was afraid to even try that after seeing the Despicable and disgusting that I had to stay in because there was no other places to go
They brought us new towels everyday and touched up the room even though we were checked in for a week. Unlike other hotels we have stayed in. The front desk was excellent and allowed us to check in early. There was a few things that needed looked into but they were there in less than 5 min. I would not hesitate to reserve a room here again
After reading reviews we had 2nd thoughts about staying here during our Cruise, but we are so glad we stayed here. Our king size bed was so comfortable, our room was super clean. Breakfast area was decent lots of choices from hot breakfast items like waffles, biscuits & gravy to fruit, cereal, yogurt and hot coffee/tea. Hotel staff worked diligently refiling food and keeping the area clean. The hotel staff was wonderful so friendly and helpful. We did the park & cruise package and definitely would do it again, the hotel is close by everything and in a safe location.
